07/07/2025: Overall good. Abundant and quite tasty appetizers, shame about finding beams - not bones - in the fried cod. The Genovese was very good, the wine was bad (Aglianico), the orecchiette were clearly reheated, the service was quite attentive and very kind. I am attaching a photo of the bones to avoid being labeled as a fake review. Nice cuts of meat, but perhaps too attached to that workhorse and unprepared for other requests. If you go with the idea of ​​eating ONLY meat, it is the perfect place. Otherwise there is something else.

29/06/2025: Little respect for animals, alive or dead The restaurant may have a certain reputation, but the experience was deeply disappointing, especially for those who care about respect for animals. Dogs - even if well-behaved and calm - are subjected to very strict rules, including the absurd prohibition of drinking water. A rigid and inexplicable behavior, which makes the owners feel unwelcome and judged. But what really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth is the underlying hypocrisy: while live animals are denied even a bowl of water, the walls are proudly displayed with stuffed heads of animals killed for "decorum". A grotesque and disturbing scene, which reveals a total lack of sensitivity. A place like this can also boast excellent cuisine (warm heart cake excluded), but without a minimum of empathy towards every form of life, the taste of the experience remains very bitter. NEVER AGAIN!!!

10/08/2025: A family-run Italian restaurant with friendly, honest, and personal service. Delicious pizzas prepared on-site at a fair price. Don't hesitate, just do it.

17/07/2025: We were recommended by the hosts of La Villetta Manu and we came twice during our stay on the Amalfi Coast. Quality food and cuisine. Very attentive service, which is rare these days. Sea view from the restaurant and sunset as a bonus for dinner. Perfect parking. A very good, renowned establishment. We had a wonderful time.

03/08/2025: Absolutely great experience in Neapel - Pasta Sea Food Porn :)) This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb landlord and we didn’t get disappointed. The service (the waiters name is Adrian) was amazing and we felt like visiting our favourite restaurant in Frankfurt. Starters, main course and dessert on point including great recommendations. Vino we choose we knew from Sardinia so it was perfect. Absolutely going to return. Ps: the area is super alive at night so we had some cocktails close to there after. And guys: please please Tipp good service in Neapel !!! Thanks and cheers !!

06/08/2025: Historic pizzeria, few tables but friendly and fast service, spectacular fried pizza—words are too short to describe it. It would take 10 stars, I've been away for a long time, but the pizza and the friendliness remain intact. Congratulations! I'll be back to add photos. The aroma was so intense (and I was so hungry) that I didn't even think about taking a picture. Highly recommended? MORE.

06/08/2025: The best pizza I've ever had in Naples! ! The B&B I was staying at was right next to it. I was tired and hungry when I walked in and bought one. It was so delicious that I later took my friends there again, and it was also very delicious! The grandmas there were very cute and welcoming.

09/08/2025: This is best restaurant I’ve been too!!! I had the best meal here!!!!! Their gnocchi is stunningly amazing, their seafood pasta was delicious, along with their eggplant dish and finally their tiramisu!!!! I felt like my Italian grandmother cooked her food with love and flavor right in the kitchen. Ugh the gnocchi lives rent free in my mind. The place is very welcoming with a friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place 100 percent!

We were a group of nine people, including children, who came to have a good time. The result: rushed, cold, and completely disrespectful service. As soon as our plates were finished (or even not yet), they were taken away. Our drinks were removed without us even finishing them. Worse still, one of the tables we were sitting at was removed while we were still seated. Not a word, not an apology. Just constant pressure to leave as quickly as possible. And when we dared to calmly ask why we were being treated like this, we were curtly told that 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat a pizza was "too long." As a reminder: we ordered *starter, main course, dessert*, for nine people, with children, and this time included *taking the order and serving*. All this without delay, without excess. And at no point were we told, when we made our reservation, that there was a time limit. The worst part is that this isn't an isolated case: last year, we were flatly refused our dessert order and asked to pay immediately, because "we'd already been late enough." Same scenario, same contempt. It's simple: this restaurant treats its customers like they're numbers to be rotated as quickly as possible. No warmth, no professionalism, no respect. And clearly, no questioning. A good meal isn't enough when you're pushed out as soon as you're seated. Avoid it.

30/07/2025: Si usted está visitando Capri, asegúrese de pasar por y ver Carlo y la familia en Il Gabbiano en la Marina Grande, Capri. la comida es genial, las bebidas fantásticas, pero Carlo hace toda la diferencia en el mundo. Situado detrás de la zona donde atracan los ferries de salida, hay mucho que hacer y si usted está buscando su equipaje y tratando de entender cómo funcionan las líneas de ferry, Carlo e Il Gabbiano hacen que todo se ralentice para usted! Carlo es el mejor embajador que Capri podría tener. Él es rápido para hacerte sentir cómodo, explicar lo que está pasando en medio del caos, y asegurarse de que estás bien cuidado. Tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutar y morder, tomar unas copas y hacer nuestro ferry. Solo desearía tener comida Il Gabbiano antes de irnos, habríamos podido pasar más tiempo en el restaurante! 23/07/2025: Suckered in by the, admittedly enthusiastic owner(?), telling us how great the food is and how it’s all local & fresh. Only one other couple in the restaurant at the time, so we thought there was a good chance of reasonably quick service. Took a while for any drinks to arrive and orders to be taken and then a while longer (not always a bad sign if it’s quality fresh food) for the meals to arrive. Disappointingly small portions, reasonably cool as well. Took about 10 minutes to get through the whole thing. We made a small complaint and no fuss was made by the waiter. Given a complementary limoncello by way of an apology. Tried to guilt trip us into a tip by showing us pictures of his grandmother who supposedly made the limoncello. Avoid if possible. Much better options in Sorrento.

14/07/2025: Thankyou to Luigi and his team for making my wife’s birthday one she will remember for a very long time - everybody was attentive throughout our time inside the restaurant, our table was ready for us along with a suitably chilled bottle of Falanghina - the prawns were stunning and the surprise birthday cake and candle was truly unexpected but a lovely surprise - we finished off with Espresso Martinis, again made with care and skill Once again our genuine thanks for a truly magical experience 🍾🎉🎂

Todo el mundo que trabaja aquí es encantador y amable y lleno de información, el ambiente es encantador. Comida deliciosa: los platos de marisco eran una delicia. Gracias.

04/07/2025: Splendida serata sul piccolo, ma accogliente, terrazzino nel pieno delle bellezze di Napoli. Personale cordiale, affabile, ma nello stesso tempo di altissima professionalità. Servizio ed atmosfera perfetti. Marcello, il proprietario, come se lo si conoscesse da sempre. Viviana, la chef, attentissima alle esigenze di ogni cliente, nel parlare dimostra tutto l' amore e passione con cui affronta il suo lavoro. Prepara piatti nei quali esalta i sapori di prodotti di altissima qualità. Esperienza molto positiva e che mi sento vivamente di consigliare.
