10/07/2026: We ended up here more by chance. It is a bit hidden behind Via Toledo, but it is a seriously nice little place with a simple yet solid and reasonably priced selection, without fuss or pretensions. The meatballs in tomato sauce are tasty and the pasta was also excellent. We didn't try the pizzas, but they were clearly popular and certainly looked good. The occasional tourist, but also many locals. A pleasant surprise!

09/07/2026: Food was ok, not bad not special. We ordered pasta with octopus and prawns with salad. 50 E for 2 people. We received 4 prawns and 1 little fellow - octopus in the pasta. I think we expected a bit more from the place. The servers were very friendly though, great guys.

08/07/2026: You're practically eating by the sea... The staff is always friendly (Antonio, Alfonso, and Crescenzo). May I recommend a first course? Linguine with calamari, green chili peppers, and cherry tomatoes. A delight for the palate. Absolutely not to be missed.

09/06/2026: A small place away from the hustle and bustle, with air conditioning and comfortable trattoria-style tables. Fast service. We enjoyed grilled swordfish and meatballs with ragù and tomato salad.

20/05/2026: Great little restaurant down a side street. The food was very good especially the melanzane parmigiana. Very good value and we'd definitely go back to try more dishes. Highly recommend this place

11/07/2026: Ate here on our first night in Ischia, the food was everything I wanted it to be and more and the service was impeccable. Even with the language barrier, Julia, our server was excellent and extremely helpful.

04/04/2026: The gelato is superb, they have many flavours and all are good which is not the case for many gelato shops. I know that because we frequented 5 times.

03/07/2026: I spent a wonderful evening at Calasole. The location is truly enchanting: the view of Coroglio and the sea is breathtaking and makes the atmosphere even more special, especially at sunset. The cuisine is predominantly seafood-based, and the quality and freshness of the ingredients are immediately apparent. Dishes are well-prepared, flavorful, and carefully presented, respecting tradition. The service was also courteous and professional, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. It's the ideal place for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or simply to indulge in an excellent gastronomic experience with a spectacular view. I recommend it without hesitation!

19/04/2026: This trattoria in the Vomero district of Naples is highly recommended if you love authentic Italian food. The (female) chef and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ritornero! ❤️

01/06/2026: Overall, the place is very nice and well-kept inside. Outside, if it weren't for the ongoing construction, you'd be able to enjoy a beautiful view and a pleasant breeze, even if it weren't for those tiny, skewed tables and those middle-school-sized chairs you have to sit on, which are certainly quite difficult for people of a certain height and stature, as indeed they were. You eat on the sidewalk, having to maneuver around for a bit of space to put your arms and legs. The service is nonexistent; we asked for a glass of water four times until we finally got up to get one ourselves. Two of us ordered a platter, chips, and a couple of soft drinks. They spilled the Coke on us, the chips were full of oil, the bread from the platter was given to someone else, and we had to wait about another half hour and make countless requests to start eating. The ten of us spent €350, which for a bar, let alone a pub, seems decidedly high considering what we ordered (a drink and a sandwich each, plus some chips). We were so angry, we couldn't wait to pay and leave. Afterward, we were so hungry, we had to go get something else to eat.

31/05/2026: Walked past this place and it looked like the ideal spot for an aperitivo. Customers appeared to be enjoying themselves. A table was available and I was seated. Waited, waited, waited. Customers came and went, drinks were delivered, tables were cleaned, new customers arrived, orders were taken. But not mine. After 20 minutes I approached a waiter and asked for a drink. He apologized. Seemed genuine. 10 minutes passed. Snacks were served. Still no drink. Pigeons arrived to attack snacks. Battled determined pigeons. Another 10 minutes passed. Again, no drink. Left. 40 minutes of my vacation wasted. For nothing. Nice view though.

22/07/2026: Such a great service & amazing food! All the pasta & seafood we had was amazing, didn’t leave any crumb in our plate. The owner was super helpful, gave us so many tips on what to see in such a friendly way! We spent an amazing day at Bagno Corrado. Will visit again for sure! :-D

14/07/2026: The service at Bagno Corrado was exceptional! After walking through the heat of the day, we were greeted promptly and the staff brought a table for two onto the patio to provide us with a lovely view of the beach. Our waiter in the red shirt – I sadly did not ask his name – made sure we were well taken care of, and kindly spoke to us in English when he realized our Italian was not very good. The caprese salad & bruschetta were fresh and delicious! Thank you to the staff at Bagno Corrado for making us feel welcome 🙂

11/06/2026: Everything was great and the prices were very reasonable. The service was friendly and the food tasted amazing. I 100% recommend the Diavola pizza.

08/06/2026: The cuisine was excellent, with fresh ingredients and excellent wine. We had the exceptional sautéed clams, the peppered mussels, and the pizza was also exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly. Of the three dinners we had in Naples, this was definitely the best. Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: The sausage and broccoli rabe pizza is highly recommended. The fried pizza is also highly recommended.

19/05/2026: I spent five nights in Procida and had planned a gastronomic tour of the island. Da Girone wasn't initially planned, but honestly, I couldn't book a nearby restaurant because the phone was constantly busy (perhaps a glitch), so I opted for this one. Out of eight restaurants I tried, it came in second place! Had I known, I would have returned a second time, as in hindsight, I would have gladly avoided some of them.

15/05/2026: Charming little restaurant with a sea view! The service was very pleasant. The lemon salad (an island specialty) was delicious.

06/04/2026: Terrible... very greasy fried pizza that stuck to my stomach and left a greasy taste in my mouth. Never again.

06/04/2026: This is my third time here, and I'm in love with their pasta frittatas. I've tried the fried pizza, the Margherita, the pasta with Neapolitan ragù, and their various fried foods. I've never been disappointed. All the waiters are very friendly and welcoming; they know their way around the restaurant business.
