A truly positive experience! Truly excellent food, a perfect location, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available.
The real highlight, however, is the sommelier: a well-stocked wine cellar and spot-on recommendations make everything even more special. Highly recommended!

We had lunch at this restaurant and the experience was simply fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment.
The menu is highly original, with unique combinations and attention to detail. The meat is of the highest quality, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. The service is attentive and pleasant, without being intrusive. A special mention goes to Massimo, who is very kind and attentive.

There are places you go to eat, and others where you're happy to stay longer than expected. Gran Fuoco is one of those.
There's a sincere welcome, made up of small gestures and thoughtful touches that never weigh down. You feel at ease, almost as if you were a regular customer, even on your first visit.
Then comes the meat: full, authentic flavors with various agings. Everything is essential, carefully crafted without unnecessary frills.
The open cellar reflects the same care, and the selection of cured meats adds an extra pleasure: the Pata Negra, in particular, is one of those details that lingers in your memory.
It's the kind of place where you leave satisfied, wanting to return soon. The price is right for the quality.

I can't give more than 5 stars, but it would have been appropriate! A wonderful place, refined, delicate, impeccably designed. We didn't even need to ask for anything, and they immediately poured us more wine, water, and the missing spoon—truly impeccable service.
Food: SPEECHLESS! Perfect meat, delicious appetizers, the only thing I would do is make the portions a little larger, but otherwise everything was wonderful. Compliments to the owner and a special thanks to the manager and the sommelier from Andrea and Elia.

Regardless of the quality of the meats and excellent service, the sober and elegant atmosphere, highly professional staff, not a single negative point. I nitpicked by asking for a toothpick, I was given an interdental arch, which is unusual in restaurants. I was extremely impressed by the care, even in such a delicate detail of customer service. Excellent grilled meat, much appreciated.

I had dinner at Granfuoco Braceria and the experience was truly positive.
We were looked after throughout the evening by Stefano and Massimo, always available and knowledgeable, who were able to advise us on both dishes and wines, making us feel looked after without ever being intrusive.
We each started with an appetizer, including a heifer tartare served in brioche bread with pistachio cream and teriyaki sauce, which was truly a success.
We then shared a platter of cured meats and cheeses, followed by a first course each, including a truly delicious spaghetti.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the meat: a spectacular Rubia Gallega, cooked to perfection and accompanied by artichokes, which paired beautifully.
The dishes were flavorful, carefully crafted, and with a certain refinement. An experience I would gladly repeat.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and competent, with great customer service. Special mention goes to Stefano, who, even with a full dining room, manages to take care of everyone with professionalism.
Beautiful, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent selection of meats and a well-structured menu. The wine list is extensive and comprehensive: the choice to include descriptions is appreciated, although the sommelier is always ready to guide you in your choice.
We will definitely be back.
