20/07/2025: We ordered water and a few drinks, but after waiting for around 30 minutes, nothing was served—not even the water. We had to call the waiter ourselves, and at that point, we decided to cancel our order and leave. Very disappointing experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.

10/07/2025: Beautiful place! Delicious food, but I found the portions to be quite small compared to other places with the same price.

20/08/2025: Good food, a little slow, but that's okay for the slightly more unusual dishes. The menu may vary depending on the day or time. If I were to return, I think so. The scallops were so good I ordered a second one 😋, and the appetizer wasn't bad either. I highly recommend it!

17/08/2025: Good pizza, but you are forced to tip when you pay! He hangs up on your bill without your permission. Unpleasant behavior from the bald waiter, threatening and scary. I didn't want to tip, but he FORCED me to even though I said no and was very angry. We couldn't leave otherwise. I WAS SICK!! DON'T GO HERE!

13/07/2025: Here we are not just talking about typical Neapolitan cuisine, in this estate everything is typically Neapolitan, from the welcome to the service. Yesterday we spent a typical Sunday like we spent with our grandparents as children, those endless lunches, delicious food, chatting and laughter. The pasta and potatoes are pure poetry, the craft beer is a gem. A place suitable for everyone, especially families, here children are looked after by entertainers in a safe and danger-free place. I will definitely go back.

12/07/2025: I went there tonight with my husband, daughter, and parents! The atmosphere was really nice, the food was excellent, the prices were fair, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

25/07/2025: I stayed at Hotel Il Caravaggio for a short visit to Naples with my brother. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Central Station, in a very strategic location. It's 20 meters from the Treasure of San Gennaro and 20 meters from Caravaggio's Seven Works of Mercy inside the Pio Monte museum and church. The entire historic center can be reached within a 5- to 35-minute walk; it's perfect! Very good rooms, perfectly functioning air conditioning, perfectly cold refrigerator, perfectly hot Neapolitan hot water. Very attractive price. They're truly excellent, because maintaining fair prices is a virtue that enhances the true prestige of a business and the people who run it. Excellent staff, excellent management at any time, even at night. Perfectly quiet at night. I will definitely return with my children and family. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to admire the city of Naples while enjoying a central and strategic location. Congratulations!

15/07/2025: We spent two weeks here on holiday, as we did a lot of cultural activities, it was sufficient. If you're looking for more amenities like wellness, pool, etc., you're in the wrong place. In my opinion, the hotel doesn't have four stars, more like three, but you mustn't forget that standards are different in every country. The rooms are simply furnished and air-conditioned, there's a cooler for cooling drinks, and each room has a safe for storing valuables. Overall, it's OK for short stays. A little maintenance could do with a visit here and there, but otherwise, the hotel looks decent. The service is decent. The rooms are cleaned every day. When you arrive for breakfast, you're immediately asked what you'd like to drink. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The breakfast can be a bit varied, but otherwise, it's OK. What was quite steep was the tourist tax of €5.50 per person, which adds up to quite a lot after two weeks. Overall, for short stays and if you want to be close to the city center, it's OK. For longer stays, it's quieter and more amenities are recommended. are looking for something outside the city or near the beach

25/03/2025: Number one for ingredients, friendliness and speed of service. I make a regular stop every time I go to Naples (I travel for work) even if it is in a nearby town. I highly recommend it. The sandwiches are amazing, unlike fast food burgers, this tastes like good meat! Eat good things!

25/08/2025: What happened on Sunday, August 24, 2025, was quite scandalous! The beach club has a restaurant area on part of a platform, marked off by a rope. Outside of restaurant hours, a young man sitting on a nearby sun lounger dared to climb over the rope to look out over the sea when one of the two managers approached him, rudely telling him to get out of there. The young man obviously got angry because, as we all know, there are different ways to say the same thing, especially when dealing with CUSTOMERS and not your own family. The situation obviously and quickly escalated. A group of girls sitting nearby urged them both to stop, while the young man repeatedly told the manager to stop and move away so as not to make the situation worse. The manager, in all his "maturity" and "professionalism," instead of calming the situation and walking away, incited and verbally abused the young man. The situation reached its climax when the other beach club owner approached and, with equal "maturity" and "professionalism," told the boy to take his money and leave, all accompanied by rude manners and obvious threats. When the boy threatened to call the police for the treatment he had received, the second owner laughed and arrogantly replied that he could call them, but he didn't care. If it hadn't been for another customer nearby and the boy's friends, the situation would have really escalated, and I don't know what would have happened. Naturally, the afternoon continued with the first owner's boy being glared at. Luckily, his friends were there, and I heard them making light of the situation, and they all didn't hear that both owners continued to tease and insult the boy with other customers. I'll also add a personal experience: one evening I was near the beach club and I thought about staying for dinner. Before sitting down, I approached the platform in question to take a photo of the beautiful sunset. The first manager in question approached me and rudely told me to "get out of there" because it wasn't possible to take photos. When I asked for an explanation, he replied, "Because if you do it, others will come too"... what does that mean?! What can I say? My heartfelt congratulations on the embarrassing situation you've made in front of us customers! Your reputation precedes you, but your manners say a lot about you. Many things can be overlooked, but a lack of manners is truly impossible, considering you're dealing with customers who, as such, aren't your family and who you must respect regardless, because they're your livelihood!

Ambiente moderno, bem animado, muitos jovens no lugar, música tipo balada, atendimento bom e rápido, Pedimos 2 sanduíches, estavam simplesmente perfeitos, meu marido falou que foi o mais gostoso que ele comeu na vida. Ambiente moderno, muy animado, mucha gente joven en el lugar, música club - estilo, buen y rápido servicio. Pedimos 2 bocadillos, eran simplemente perfectos, mi marido dijo que era la cosa más deliciosa que había comido. Tienen una variedad muy amplia de platos y bebidas. Solo tienes que ir, fui, lo recomiendo y volvería.

06/07/2025: We took the fixed menu for 25 euros recommended by the waitress, there were two of us when it came to the bill we paid 70 euros Oops, the waitress's mistake, she was wrong. The menu was for 35 instead of 25. Their mistake but paid by us... not even a small discount to fix the mix-up. They won't see us again
