02/11/2025: The staff is friendly but it's useless to try to 'catch' the customer at the entrance... unfortunately I had a terrible experience with your pizzas twice, I ate badly and paid too much... This morning I tried to avoid the pizzeria so as not to make another mistake... however, I haven't had any better. This is the standard I think, polite yes but in a restaurant you want to sit down to eat without drinking liters of water for the next two days.

24/10/2025: Quite good, but way too expensive for the quality! We felt like suckers at the end...😅 4 euros cover charge, per person!!! In all our trips to Italy, we've never paid such a price. 6 euros for a glass of wine, tasteless... 8 euros for a slice of tiramisu, which is good, but still excessive for Italy (they advertise the desserts without seeing the menu). Honestly, I don't recommend it. Go to the Dal Calabrese restaurant instead; we paid half the price the day before, for just as good, if not better!

11/03/2026: The restaurant is well located and the service is quick and efficient. As for the food, we ordered pizza and pasta. We weren't completely impressed; they weren't bad, but they weren't particularly outstanding either.

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

10/10/2025: They didn't give me a receipt when I paid in cash. They're not transparent about the off-menu additions THEY THEMSELVES OFFER. The food and drinks are quite poor. There are better quality options and more honest moral standards. The staff, at least in the evening, are ABSOLUTELY IRRESTLESS. The owner should do some soul-searching instead of making serious accusations against anyone who criticizes them. STAY AWAY!!!

15/02/2026: I ask for a non-alcoholic drink and therefore I am denied the opportunity to eat a savoury platter!

07/02/2026: A good place for a cappuccino. In winter it is a strategically advantageous place, because the sun shines here on the square, sometimes you have to wait for a table... around the corner is the famous Sansevero church... but it would be time to change the table.

21/09/2025: Pizzeria primarily for takeout, with a few tables inside. Affordable prices, very friendly and helpful staff. Good pizza.

01/09/2025: We chose this pizzeria through The Fork, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We had a 50% discount, but we realized the prices had been deliberately inflated, virtually eliminating the savings. We have proof on Just Eat that the pizza prices are much lower than those charged here. A real joke. The dining room is horrible; it almost feels like a garage, with no attention to detail. The only positive: the staff, who at least were courteous, although that doesn't make up for the feeling of having been scammed. Highly discouraged. We will never return.

26/05/2025: Avevo un bel ricordo di questo locale. Ho portato alcuni amici a cenare, convinta del livello alto del cibo e del servizio.. beh che dire, mi hanno fatto fare una pessima figura. Siamo entrati e il locale era silenzioso, ci siamo accomodati, hanno servito l’antipasto e per quello che ho mangiato il crocché era acido, il resto delle cose di media/bassa qualità. Abbiamo cercato la cameriera per ordinare perché in sala non c’era nessuno. Dopo aver atteso 45 minuti nonostante il locale vuoto, ci hanno finalmente servito: io e una mia amica abbiamo preso la pizza, gli altri il panino. Per la pizza, oltre la forma veramente strana, era poco lievitata, condimento crudo e veramente poco saporito. Per quanto riguarda i panini, il bun era secco e datato, l’hamburger buono ma nel complesso i panini risultavano secchi e difficile da mandar giù. Abbiamo chiesto un’acqua grande, la cameriera ci dice che non era fredda e ci propone quindi tre bottigline piccole. Una volta arrivate a tavola, abbiamo dovuto chiedere del ghiaccio perché anche quelle erano a temperatura ambiente! Quindi una trovata fatta giusto per gonfiare un po’ il conto. In tutto ciò abbiamo assistito a una scena veramente poco professionale: una lite tra dipendente e il titolare che ha trasmesso disagio anche a noi clienti. Un’esperienza veramente terribile, a malincuore non verrò più.

23/10/2025: Four of us sit down. First of all, the waiter wasn't coming at all, so we decide to move to make ourselves more visible. Given the obvious posters advertising their lactose-free pastry selection, one of my intolerant friends was comfortable ordering a croissant and a cappuccino, clearly specifying "lactose-free." She then ordered an empty croissant, which was brought to her twice with cream before finally being brought to her. Following further investigation, she discovered that the cappuccino wasn't lactose-free at all. Furthermore, the other croissants she'd ordered weren't edible either, as they were old and rubbery. Absolutely not recommended.

20/10/2025: While staying in Naples, I had the opportunity to try several taralli. Yours aren't bad, but I found them hard and not as crispy and crumbly as others I've preferred. Too bad.

18/01/2025: I've had breakfast a couple of times in the last month, and it's unthinkable to be served so boringly. Today, the girl was texting on her phone, even though she'd seen us sit at the tables. I got up to order, and even then, she was very annoyed and bothered. Then I came back to pay, and she treated the person before me the same way, without even a thank you. These people aren't suited to working in public places. Furthermore, the tables are perpetually empty; this bar doesn't know how to make the most of the space it has, unlike other bars that always have people sitting outside. They clearly don't know how to welcome customers properly. I recommend getting a takeaway croissant and avoiding sitting there.

11/01/2025: The coffee at this bar is excellent... This would have been the review I would have written if they hadn't made us wait outside for over 30 minutes without serving us, even though they could see us. A word of advice: don't set up tables outside if you don't want to work there! 😘

25/10/2025: Staff were quite rude and some of the worst pizza I've ever seen/tasted - in Napoli!

24/09/2025: I'm rating it a 4 (which is perhaps a little generous) but it does what it needs to do well - it supplies food quickly to a lot of people, and it's a good stop to get sustenance during a full day walking around the massive museum. A few other reviews mentioned bad service, but from what I witnessed, the staff were just being efficient trying to get orders and payment out of customers (who were often rude or clueless) quickly, to keep the line moving. As a customer, simple manners - hello, please, and thankyou in whatever language - goes a long way to get polite service in return. The food was ok, not bad and not the most memorable, but it was tasty enough, and filled us up to keep going for another 4 hours of museum-ing.

11/10/2025: For the first time tonight we tried this pizzeria. What can I say?... Starting with the pizza box, which was dirty, I don't know what, but it looked like rust. The pizza was tiny, the fries were RAW, and there was only one sausage on the whole pizza! While the filling was also tiny, it only had stuff in the center. The rest we basically ate pizza dough! The whole thing cost 18 euros! Bha!

25/07/2025: Truly an excellent pizzeria. I went there for dinner and the pizza was delicious with a very light dough. There are lots of pizzas, so there is a variety to choose from. I had a salami with mushrooms and the sauce was perfect. Compliments to the pizza chef and the staff for the beautiful pizzeria.

10/04/2025: I'd been to this place about two years ago; it was truly excellent, the best in Naples and the surrounding area. So, a few days ago, I decided to go back. Since there were two of us, we ordered a croissant with pistachio baiocchi and a double layer pancake with Nutella biscuit. The pancake was good, but dry; the croissant wasn't bad, but unfortunately, the pistachio flavor wasn't very noticeable. PRICE: Special croissant, special double layer pancake, and a bottle of water were €8.60, a bit pricey. The croissant alone cost €3.30 because at the entrance, near the cash register, there was a sign advertising a 0.30 cent increase on the entire menu. Unfortunately, I no longer consider it as excellent as it once was, which is a shame. I hope to return and change my mind, despite the price increase justified by the current situation. 02/04/2025: Cira Review - An Empathetic and Competent Professional I'd like to share my experience with Cira, an employee who completely changed my perception of Jam Bake. Until Cira arrived, I had stopped frequenting the store for a long time. My previous experiences with employees were not positive: not only were they not particularly competent, but their courtesy and helpfulness towards customers left much to be desired. Cira's presence, however, was a real game changer. She demonstrates unquestionable professionalism, combined with incredible empathy and kindness. Since she joined the team, I've happily returned to Jam Bake. Cira is not only an expert worker, but she also knows how to effectively interact with customers, making each of us feel welcome and comfortable. Her friendly approach and helpfulness are truly unique and make all the difference. What I appreciate most about Cira is her unwavering commitment. Every day, she sacrifices herself to ensure the store runs at its best, implementing a series of targeted actions to improve efficiency and service quality. Furthermore, it's clear that she never stops learning and perfecting her craft, always striving for professional growth. Cira exudes passion for what she does, and this is reflected not only in her attitude toward customers but also in the care she takes in every aspect of her work. She's an incredible asset to the store, and her commitment is certainly one of the main reasons I continue to choose Jam Bake. I conclude with my sincerest congratulations to Cira: she's an extraordinary professional and a wonderful person who contributes significantly to the store's success every day. I hope she continues to be a key part of this team.

07/11/2025: The croissant was very bad, coffee good but extremely overpriced. Shocking prices! Avoid.

06/11/2025: The waiter is rude, they misrepresent the prices, the staff is arrogant, and the food is very mediocre considering the exorbitant prices. Be warned, they charge 5 euros for service, if not more, and they don't disclose this directly. I honestly wouldn't recommend it; I leave the place with a bad taste in my mouth and feeling simply cheated by the incompetence of the people working there.

22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.
