23/10/2025: I had the chance to try the Genovese astrospaziale about a week ago, and it was absolutely amazing. My compliments, and I really hope the quality of the sandwich stays this high, so I can try it again when I return to Naples.

14/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, unmissable just opposite the archaeological park and next to the Hotel del Sole, authentic Pompeian gastronomy explained and cooked by the chef, with a mischievous smile: Succulent. Buon appetito amici in viaggio!

05/11/2025: Restaurant found with the help of the Lonely Planet guide. A very good experience. It's worth the effort. The restaurant is located in the upper part of the Spanish Quarter, away from the tourist crowds, yet right in the heart of the city. Authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Homemade dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed it! 😋 Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: I came across this restaurant after looking around online, and I couldn't fault the food. Everything was very good, and the price was more than fair.

05/11/2025: I went for lunch with my parents and my 3-year-old daughter a couple of weeks ago: the reviews were very good, and I can confirm that. The prices are a bit higher than the Sorrento average, but it's definitely not a mediocre or touristy restaurant: from the service to the food, everything is top-notch and worth the expense. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests, and they offer a three-course set menu (appetizer, a choice of first or second course, and dessert) for €50. The average price is €20-40 per dish, and the quality is excellent. They also offer children's dishes. The historic setting is meticulously maintained, the terrace is beautiful, and the interior dining rooms are equally impressive. Definitely an excellent choice for dining in Sorrento.

04/11/2025: One of the best places we came across here in Sorrento. I had the first lemon sauce spaghetti, and I love it. The waitress was very lovely, gentle and educated. We sat in the middle of the afternoon and he gave his best.

12/10/2025: The waitress was very nice, but other than that, I cannot say anything good about the place. The carbonara pasta were tasteless, pizza was oily and uncooked. The gnocchi were decent, but nothing special, i would have expected the sauce to be more fresh and spiced. I usually do not have very high standards for food, especially when I’m hungry, but this time I was very disappointed.

12/10/2025: We came for dinner twice. Once with 14 people and once with 30 people. Both times the service and food were excellent. I highly recommend it!

30/09/2025: I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The pasta was excellent and the salsiccia full of flavor, cooked just right. They also served delicious, fresh bread on the side, which was a perfect complement to the meal. The atmosphere really captured the true spirit of Naples — warm, lively, and authentic. A great place to enjoy traditional Neapolitan food.

One word of caution: when ordering pizza, if you're not used to it, ask for it NOT burnt, because I've discovered that traditionally in these areas, it's normal for pizzas to have a burnt bottom, while those from out of town often dislike it. Overall, excellent.
