12/03/2024: A great little reality. The best pizzeria in the area, for quality and service. When an activity is carried out with passion you can perceive it in everything. Never had a problem with home service, never had a problem with the pizzas, the quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. When I want to eat a delicious pizza I can't help but call them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

23/08/2024: Il ristorante è una vera gemma sul lungomare, capace di unire la bellezza della location con una cucina di alto livello ideale per una cena romantica o una serata in compagnia. Il punto di forza del ristorante è senza dubbio il cibo. Ogni piatto è cucinato con grande maestria.Il menu propone una selezione di piatti tradizionali rivisitati con un tocco di innovazione, soprattutto negli antipasti.Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, il ristorante offre diverse opzioni di menu a 15, 25 e 35 euro, perfettamente in linea con quanto pubblicizzato.

09/07/2024: I was passing by with my daughter to have a sweet and a coffee. Excellent service and polite staff. One negative note... the toilet, located under the staircase... practically tiny and very, very dirty. Too bad 😔

15/05/2024: The place is small but growing and is run by a young couple. I highly recommend trying the pizza in this place unknown to tourism, which perhaps for this reason manages to put more care into the preparation of the pizza. I usually get takeaway pizza, the staff is friendly and the pizza is excellent. The owner is very inventive with the ingredients so I recommend not taking the classic marinara and margherita but trying the other pizza flavours, because it is a unique experience. Let him advise you, the pasta is light and very digestible. At lunch you can find, in addition to the classic wallet pizza, also fried pizza, rotisserie, piazza a taglio and the loaf which is not classic however, but made in its own way... Always delicious.

24/08/2024: Not recommended, better continue a few more kilometers and eat outside the tourist area, especially if you are a foreigner and still have no judgment. The quality of the food was not bad but after a week in Naples and surrounding areas I can attest that the quality-price ratio could be improved (pasta at €20-25). Better not to order off the menu. The views are spectacular but be careful with the sun on the terrace. If you finally don't follow the advice and stop, eat in the dining room. There are also views.

09/08/2024: Comitiva di 14 persone. Uno del gruppo provvede a fare una prenotazione e gli rispondono "siamo al completo". Dopo 30 minuti ci provo io "prenotazione confermata". Magari si dovrebbe cominciare ad organizzare meglio. Accoglienza assolutamente sgarbata e arrogante. Una parte della comitiva era già presente in loco con una persona anziana. Il resto della comitiva stava parcheggiando. Chiediamo di accomodarci soprattutto vista la presenza di una persona anziana. Ci viene risposto "quando sarete tutti presenti vi faccio accomodare...se la signora vuole sedersi ci sono le sedie fuori". E già questo mi avrebbe fatto venir voglia di andare via. Arrivano anche gli altri e finalmente ci fanno accomodare. Ordiniamo. Fritto misto scarso di quantità e pieno di olio. Pizza pessima: probabilmente non sanno neanche come è fatto l'impasto di una pizza. Il panuozzo invece era ottimo sopratutto quello con stracciata e limone e quello con porchetta e patate. Veramente ottimi. Dovrebbe togliere le pizze dal menu. Ma la nota ancora più dolente è che nel servire i panuozzi il ragazzo che ci stava servendo fa cadere un pezzo di panuozzo a terra facendo toccare i piatti che aveva in mano. Non si è scusato e non si è neanche preoccupato di risolvere la situazione. Alla fine nel conto il panuozzo lo abbiamo pagato per intero. Era un piccolo pezzo ma almeno a proporre di farlo rifare il panuozzo. Avremmo risposto tutti che poteva lasciar perdere e che sono incidente che possono capitare. Non do neanche la colpa ai camerieri che con un locale stracolmo e gente fuori che aspettava facevano del loro meglio. Potrebbe assumere altro personale. Alla fine della fiera, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a 4 persone diverse di farci pervenire il conto con un'attesa di 20 minuti. Sconsigliatissimo. Conviene farlo da asporto ma solo il panuozzo.

27/07/2024: Siamo arrivati verso le 2130 parcheggio pieno, abbiamo parcheggiato lungo la strada il locare era stracolmo abbiamo lasciato il nome ci hanno detto che saremo entrati dopo 20 minuti e così è stato. Una volta dentro abbiamo preso un po di fritti in attesa del panuozzo, aspettando pochissimo. Nonostante il locale fosse stracolmo fuori e dentro devo fare i complimenti a tutto il personale hanno gestito tutto come una grande orchestra con il sorriso e gentilezza abbiamo mangiato il panuozzo più buono di tutta gragnano una bella sorpresa

11/08/2024: We went yesterday 10th August and waited just 15/20 minutes to be seated... we were two couples with children and we ate very well... we chose the €45 menu and the food, in addition to being good, was also plentiful... on the €45 menu there was 'It was raw seafood... marinated appetizers etc. then as a first course the paccheri with lobster and the portion was for two not for one and as a second course fried prawns and calamari, a bottle of wine and unlimited water... from the raw to the second course everything was good ... we ordered off-menu items because there were children with us (raw seafood, zeppoline etc.) in 4 adults and 3 children we spent €140 With wine and coca cola... the nice thing is that they always give you free water... for me the value for money is exceptional... I recommend it to everyone If you are not looking for luxury but just to eat well, this is the right place

24/08/2024: The location of Cratere sul Vesuvio is truly splendid and fresh, with a breathtaking view that adds a special touch to the dining experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the meal enjoyable and relaxing. However, despite the lovely atmosphere and friendly service, I expected something more from the food. Although it was good, it did not reach the expectations I had for such an impressive place. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with some reservations on the level of cuisine.

05/08/2024: Let me start by saying that the first disruption/disagree arose in the car park, unfortunately to reach the crater you inevitably have to make a fairly steep climb with the road surface made up of pebbles, gravel... the car parkers have seen fit to position themselves at the steepest and most it's where cars stop to follow their instructions on where to park. It's a shame that this position causes cars to stop, even the best performing ones, because when you set off again, you have to play with half a tire since you can't get on and you inevitably have to scrape this gravel with your tires. When I went to tell the valet, very politely, I received a response as if I was wrong to tell them to stand lower and that I should mind my own business. Bah! Usual Neapolitan education where the concept of dialogue has no longer existed for years. Once this inconvenience is over, we enter the place where there are no more seats as they are all sold out, good! We then ask how long the wait was for a table and the waiters could not answer, replying that we could have easily taken a box and eaten it in front of the panoramic balcony (without chairs, tables or suitable positions... Practically standing) we accept this condition, now we were there, let's go to the house to pay for this box... and here's the third inconvenience... a box with two omelettes, three tachos, two sandwiches (the very small ones used during refreshments) two cans of still water, €50 !!!! €50!!!! I have no words! In short, during the wait, a good 30 minutes, we took advantage of a table that had become free to sit and consume these very expensive dishes... To finish the story, because this is a story! Cold food is no big deal. Synthesis? I advise whoever manages this place to review the total management of the place for a moment, starting from the parking lot and ending with the goodbye…. I recommend hiring people who at least want to work, I recommend placing more tables and more chairs because the place is worth it but you are literally ruining it!
