15/01/2026: Disastrous New Year's Eve. Food was quite good, but poor. The owner showed up before midnight in her pajamas, a sign that the evening had ended to her satisfaction. Based on her responses to other, very negative, reviews, she presumes to offend customers and assume falsehoods. I strongly advise her to learn to manage her fortune in such a beautiful location, because rumors are spreading, and she only makes a poor impression. I expect an apology or complete silence, but further insults will not be tolerated.

06/01/2026: We're from the Marche region, and during our stay in Naples, we stopped at Pupatella in Vomero: what a wonderful discovery! The buffalo mozzarella was a joy, so fresh and delicious, truly unforgettable. A special thanks to Claudio, a very kind and welcoming person. If you're passing through Naples, treat yourself and head to Via Piscicelli: highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: The staff were helpful and friendly, but the wait was very long. I ordered margherita pizza, which arrived lightly topped, and the dough seemed stringy and dry. The panuozzo, on the other hand, was filled with porchetta, provola, and French fries: the whole thing had a very light, almost bland flavor. The porchetta was flavorless, and the provola was equally so.

29/11/2025: A truly awful experience. I went to a friend's 18th birthday party, and at the end of the evening, my friend discovered that her wallet, inside her bag, had been found open. The incident itself was unpleasant, but what made it worse was the total lack of support from the staff. Another detail that left us perplexed was the fact that, when we left for a moment, all the bags were on the chairs; when we returned, however, my friend's bag had inexplicably been moved to the table. This also didn't help us feel at ease. At the end of the evening, when I asked for information and tried to see if anyone could help us, the waitresses reacted with a bewildered and defensive expression, as if they felt accused without anyone pointing the finger at anyone in particular. Personally, if I were sure I hadn't done anything, I wouldn't react that way: it made the situation even more unpleasant. I also asked if there were internal cameras and was told no, which I found rather odd. In fact, shortly afterward, a relative of ours contacted the venue by phone and was told that there were cameras, but that they were only activated at night. A contradiction that didn't help us feel at ease or even remotely protected. Overall, the staff's attitude was completely indifferent and showed no desire to manage the situation, nor to offer support or even empathy. Added to this was their rudeness: the staff began cleaning the room while the guests were still inside, creating an atmosphere of haste and unwelcoming atmosphere. This lack of expertise, in a private event, is truly unacceptable. An unpleasant incident can happen ANYWHERE, but what makes the difference is how it's handled, and here it all fell flat. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone.

25/06/2025: Terrifying to say the least.. Booked by phone for a family evening 6 adults and 2 children of which 1 in a high chair never sat because we had to wait for it to be free... a place that does 200 people in total 5 high chairs this already left me perplexed. Full place little staff and in total confusion I say this because we have worked and continue to work in places that do the numbers and I can say that they have the boat in the sea but they don't know how to sail it. Anyway, good appetizer but the 1 sliced ​​​​leather meat, lamb, t bon and sausages accompanied by various side dishes also the side dishes accompanied by the meat we ate or rather tried to eat because without cutlery and without plates seen (we got up and took it ourselves) that the meat arrived after a good 20 minutes from the side dishes and not only cold and raw meat (requested rare but instead it was alive) (t bon raw and cold and not soft when cut) my son's cutlet arrived after 2 hours ... fortunately he ate the appetizer. I usually do not write reviews of this type but I think it is necessary after the terrible experience....

Prenotato telefonicamente per una serata in famiglia 6 adulti e 2 bimbini di cui 1 da sediolone mai seduto perché dovevamo aspettare che si liberasse... un locale che fa 200 persone in tutto 5 sedioloni già questo mi ja lasciato perplessa. Locale pieno poco personale e in totale confusione parlo così perché abbiamo lavorato e continuiamo a lavorare in locali che fanno i numeri e posso dire che loro hanno la barca in mare ma non la sanno far navigare. Comunque antipasto buono ma la carne di cuoi 1 tagliata, agnello, t bon e salsicce accompagnate da vari contorni anche i contorni accompagnati dalla carne abbiamo mangiato anzi cercato di mangiare perché senza posate e senza piatti visto (ci siamo alzati e presi da noi) che la carne è arrivata dopo ben 20 minuti dai contorni e non solo carne fredda e cruda (chiesta al sangue ma invece era viva) (t bon cruda e fredda e non morbida al taglio) cotoletta di mio figlio arrivata dopo 2 ore... fortunatamente ha mangiato l'antipasto. Di solito non scrivo recensioni di questo tipo ma mi sembra doveroso dopo la pessima esperienza....

22/03/2026: Looked like a decent place, and had higher reviews on TripAdvisor, though should have noticed many were very old reviews. Nice enough waiter. Had bruschetta, one piece of toasted bread with tomatoes on it, nothing else? Not every flavor. Only redeeming quality was the buffalo mozzarella. For my entree, spaghetti with seafood. Flavor of the sauce was good, but most the seafood was overcooked and rubbery. When in went to pay, they cold me the card reader wasn’t working. I had euros, so fine, gave it to them and then he showed me an empty til and said they had no charge. It was only a 4 euro difference and I didn’t have the energy to fight over it, so I just ate the 4 euros. Would not recommend. Overpriced food and scammy feeling at the end.

We had to wait for the towels to dry before giving them to us. Another important thing: we booked for 4 people in two double rooms, with dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, including lunch. At the price of 150, but because it was Women's Day, he asked us for 10 euros more per room, and so far so good. We had lunch on Saturday and breakfast in the morning, but it wasn't great. We went out for a walk and on the way back we sat down for lunch on Sunday, and he came over to tell us if we wanted to eat, we'd have to pay another 70 euros per couple. We told him that with 160 per couple we had agreed that there would be dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday like all the farmhouses in Agerola. But he said I do it like this and at this point we had to go and eat somewhere else. I absolutely recommend Grandpa. Rooms without TV, without WC, shower with a broken glass and a plastic curtain attached. I'm sorry to say it but never again absolutely without parking, we put the cars in one, an uncontrolled curve. I absolutely do not recommend it, I'm sorry. The work must be respected but also the customer. 🙏🙏🙏

08/03/2026: I absolutely do not recommend him, a very rude person, ok, we made a quote for a weekend with Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch at 160 and so far everything is fine, he calls me and tells me that we had to pay 10 euros for the difference per room and ok, we had dinner on Saturday evening and it wasn't great, rooms without TV and without wuaifai in the morning, Sunday breakfast was miserable, no towels. He had them because they were drying... we came back after a Sunday walk, we sat down and whoever said but you had lunch... and we with the disgusting answer said yes. And whoever asked for another 140 euros for 4 people in total came to 230 per couple for Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch at this point we told her that there was an error because the reservation was 160 per person, he said that these were the extra prices... we got up and left politely but he was rude in everything I absolutely do not recommend it, it's a chicken coop and the photos he put on his finger show psn9rdma of the sea that there is not only mountains. I absolutely do not recommend it, the price he wanted is paid in Sorrento and not at his place 160 per couple was gen paid, highly not recommended

04/09/2025: A real discovery! We ate divinely: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and excellent quality, despite the fixed-price menu. Sincere compliments to all the attentive and helpful staff, to the owner Alberto, and to the chef, who masterfully showcased every ingredient. We'll definitely be back! 11/01/2026: Having a nice place is not always synonymous with quality. Desserts are not their thing, neither for taste nor for the excessive price. Perhaps they should limit themselves to going back to the origins and making tarall zogn e pepe, which by the way there would be a lot to say.
