17/01/2026: We ordered a pork burger, two sandwiches (kebab, fries, and provolone), and a tub of baked fries. After an hour's delay, at least the food was still hot, but the first kebab had a hair inside, the pork burger had a very bitter pistachio cream, and the fries were full of oil. The only saving grace was the other kebab, which was good (the one with spicy sauce).

05/01/2026: I ordered on Glovo, and after an hour of waiting for three sandwiches, my order was canceled at practically 10:10 PM. As a result, we never had dinner again.

13/04/2026: It is shocking to say the least that the customer restroom x has still been out of service for over a month.

11/04/2026: Terrible experience! We ordered a "tutino" (a pizza with a little pizza), but they didn't have any ingredients (zucchini cream, pancetta, etc.) and didn't tell us, making us a terrible pizza of their choice, with mozzarella and fresh cherry tomatoes. The place is generally rundown and disorganized, there's no option to pay by card because it's constantly out of order, and there's no regular pizza chef... in short, it's a mess, I don't recommend it.

24/09/2025: We ate late lunch. Other restaurants are closed so we had to try it. People are smoking all around us. They forget my second order. Salad was not fresh , cheese no taste. Gnocchi is ok

09/08/2026: Avoid! Three dishes I wanted, they wouldn't make any of them because they said they were too hot, even though there was a chalkboard outside with the dishes listed. In the end, I opted for fried calamari and shrimp. Two shrimp and nine small, dry calamari arrived, with a mountain of salad underneath. The waiter was too pushy. Avoid.

08/08/2026: The food is served in small portions (at least for the seafood), and the food itself wasn't fantastic. The prices don't reflect the quality of the food either.

03/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend ordering or using this shop! I ordered a bento cake (€25) via WhatsApp for an anniversary. Upon picking it up, I discovered, by pure chance, that the cake was a completely different flavor than the one I requested. They didn't even try to find a solution to the inconvenience other than not accepting the cake (which left me without an anniversary gift despite having ordered well in advance). The alternative was to pay €25 for a cake that was completely different from the one I requested. I should also add that, even though I don't live in the area, the shop was closed at the agreed-upon time for pickup and the phone was unavailable. I had to go back a second time, wasting even more time, only to return home without the desired product.

17/04/2026: We bought various FILLED Colomba cakes, priced at 40 euros each, the fact is that all the Colomba cakes were practically empty, the Kinder Cereal one had dry cereals and the Colomba was not artisanal, but a classic supermarket Colomba cake "stuffed" It would have been better if I had stuffed it with my own hands

22/07/2026: We stopped for a bite to eat. They've also had a sandwich shop for about a year. A wide selection of ingredients. We relied on him to assemble the sandwiches. Excellent porchetta and parmigiana bianca, which we shared, then we had one of his choices, with sausage, bacon, and mushrooms with provola cheese. The fries were also good. There's no menu, so the final bill was a bit of a surprise. At Montale, we paid €29 for three sandwiches, a portion of potatoes, a small water, and a cereal. We then ordered two French breakfast sandwiches from the dessert section, which were also very good at €2 each, but given the size, they fit the bill perfectly. Service was fairly quick. Update: When we returned after a while, we found higher prices and poor quality. The vegetables tasted like nothing, and the prices weren't clear because the flyer says one price, but in reality, when you pay, the prices are different. The sandwich itself was a bit crappy because they didn't add much filling. The bread is good, but the burger with provolone, mushrooms, and eggplant was dry, to say the least. The other sandwich with parmigiana rossa, zucchini, and sausage was flavorless, and the zucchini were truly minimal. The good thing is that it's open late.

29/07/2026: A quick coffee break during our museum visit… we would have been better off staying in front of the statues; at least there was something to admire there. The only positive point: it was clean. The taste? Nonexistent. The service? Still looking for it (cappuccino served in a paper cup). The product? We're still wondering. The highlight: the potato croquettes. Except we must have ordered the wrong thing, because all we tasted was batter with a vague hint of potato somewhere in there. A subtle homage to the tuber, in short. You've been warned: here, you come for the visit, not the coffee.
