04/12/2025: I've been a customer of this pastry shop on numerous occasions, and yet I can't help but give it a low rating. The staff is often untrained and disinclined to be courteous—with rare exceptions—the prices are decidedly exorbitant for the location and quality offered, and the ambiance is unique and well-designed, granted, but the glass-fronted counter is enormous and decidedly disproportionate to the offerings on display, giving a sad sense of emptiness. The climax came this morning, when the cashier refused to accept copper coins for 10 cents. I asked why, and was told, "They don't accept them anymore, you have to go to the bank to change them..." To which I pointed out that they should go to the bank anyway—I hope—and that they are still accepted in all establishments because they are legally valid. I didn't want to blame the poor young and probably innocent cashier, but I informed management that Article 693 of the Italian Criminal Code imposes a penalty for refusing to accept small cents. For future reference.

23/11/2025: The place, staff, and pastry shop are remarkable. Prices are moderately high. The owner's wife is incredibly arrogant and condescending. Since my 13-month-old son knocked the sugar packets off the table onto the floor, she not only didn't ask me what I had consumed (as if I wasn't there to enrich her own pocket), but also charged me for 52 packets that aren't listed. Terrible. It's a shame because, being the owner, she ruins everything else, and I think it's very serious that she doesn't realize the damage she's doing herself.

24/11/2025: Good morning, I was there for a coffee to take in the time of a coffee taken in time, I went away, there were moments of distraction with methods of simulating a heart attack and exaggeration of symptoms of such current head without knowing how I assessed myself, perhaps a false alarm on the spot

08/12/2025: Today, during the panettone tasting, I visited a pastry shop I wasn't familiar with and was pleasantly surprised by the young pastry chef Michele. I had the opportunity to taste several different types of panettone, ranging from the third-best in Italy (the scugnizzo) to the classic. They were very good. A special mention goes to the Scugnizzo and the lemon panettone, which were so delicious I couldn't resist buying them. I will definitely return on other occasions to try the splendid pastries displayed in the window and, especially, the Parisian ones that caught my eye this morning!

07/11/2025: The view is amazing. The view from the room is also great, and the bathroom is spacious. The view from the restaurant is also amazing. The hotel is on a hill, so a car is essential. Also, the hotel staff were all very kind and the atmosphere was very homey! We didn't rent a car, so we tried to call a taxi, but the hotel staff took us to the nearby station and even to the airport on our last day (we paid for this, of course). We were actually planning to go on vacation in August, but when I found out I was pregnant, we postponed it to October, and they were happy to accommodate the change. The food at the hotel is also delicious, so I recommend it.

12/10/2025: Let's leave aside the terrible experience, on the restaurant side: a plate with 4 mozzarella bites and 4 slices of ham + pumpkin pie and 12 short paccheri with aubergines and a coke + final coffee 48 euros on the B&B side 75 euros per night for 4 nights .. + gift of bedbugs and geckos in the room ... they have to pay the customers so as not to call the NAS ... unpleasant and disappointing experience ....

29/10/2025: I ordered meatballs, but unfortunately they were really greasy and cold. The sandwich wasn't up to par.

12/10/2025: For those who enjoy Friday night, after a day of work and routine commitments, ordering a tempting chicken, burger, and sausage sandwich, accompanied by fries and homemade sauces, is a deeply satisfying culinary experience. The rotisserie chicken, which I tried, also proved excellent.

24/09/2025: The guided tour of the production facility was very interesting; the woman who accompanied us was very kind. We even purchased some of their pasta at the end of the tour... we recommend a visit if you're in the area!

18/10/2025: This place is amazing don't get me wrong the food is alright but the service on the other hand, when a kid stained the table they didn't change it , overall the place is wonderful on non bizzy days but on Saturday it becomes hell

22/09/2025: It was a wonderful experience. I went yesterday to celebrate my birthday. What can I say? The waiters are friendly, the pizzas are good, and everything is clean. I'm satisfied and I recommend you go there.

20/10/2025: Pizza Antica dell'Angelo in Naples is simply exceptional. The real Neapolitan pizza, the one with flavor, fire, and heart ❤️ Soft dough, golden edges, simple but perfect ingredients—in short, true Neapolitan know-how, the kind that doesn't cheat. And so, as for the few negative reviews we read here… Honestly, we wonder what these people eat at home 🤔 Probably €4 frozen pizzas from the supermarket. That's what a real Neapolitan pizza is: a tender, light dough that bends, that lives! Not a €28 dry flatbread they serve you in Paris when they call it a "concept." This is Naples, not a tourist laboratory. Bravo to the owner and the whole team, great welcome, great atmosphere, and above all... great pizza! 🇮🇹🍕🔥

20/10/2025: Historic pizzeria. We ate three pizzas yesterday: two calzones and a montanara. The pizzas were delicious despite the crowds in the historic center. I recommend it; we'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: It's awful, I don't recommend this place!!!! The oily food and the plate of zeppole came with one piece missing. The waiter was really annoying. In fact, he took a piece of food from my plate with my fork and tried to feed it to me. I said no, it fell on the floor, and I told him to bring me another one because it was his fault, but he refused. Awful experience

18/05/2025: A pleasant day surrounded by nature, friendliness, and simplicity We visited this restaurant for a day with friends, and overall, the experience was more than positive. We found the price-quality ratio to be fair: we chose the €25 menu per person for adults (€15 for children), excluding drinks. One peculiarity is that they leave all empty bottles on the table, which are then counted at the end of the meal and included in the final bill—so it's worth keeping this in mind. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the waitresses: helpful, polite, and always smiling. My sincere compliments to them. The location is charming and well-kept, surrounded by greenery, with many animals that make the experience more enjoyable, especially for those—like me—who love nature. The aquariums, turtles, and other animals in the garden are very beautiful. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the parrots; the area was closed both times I went out looking for them, but I was told that at other times, someone was there to accompany customers. Never mind, maybe next time. The food is what you'd expect from a fixed-price menu: nothing exceptional, but more than enough to enjoy a quiet, unpretentious lunch. It's definitely not a place I'd recommend for a gourmet or sophisticated occasion, but it's perfect for spending time with friends in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Finally, a curious detail: to pay the bill, you have to wait in line and then enter an office. At the desk, you find yourself discussing the bill with someone I believe to be the owner, not at the traditional cash register, almost as if you were closing a formal deal! We simply paid the due amount, without asking for a discount, and the discussion of the amount consumed was clear and precise, a sign of the staff's honesty and attention. In short, I recommend it to anyone looking for a carefree day, in contact with nature and in good company, without spending too much.
