Right down the middle on this one. Beautiful view but a bit of a tourist trap. €15 for a spritz that tasted fine but nothing to shout about. €4 for a 0.5l bottle of water. The outside viewing bit is covered but has retained the smell of smoke so not a place I’d be longing to stay as a non smoker.

The food isn't extremely good, but it's okay. Drinks are very expensive, but that's how it is in Capri, especially in the tourist hotspots. You just have to pay for the view, it's really magnificent.

After a one-hour hike from the coast to the top of the island, Delizie al Limone—this lemon delight—helped me recharge. It was quite crowded at noon, but even if you don’t make a purchase, the view alone is amazing.

13/03/2024: A real coffee as only in Naples is made. No adjectives are needed because it's true that coffee is a cult here! Not to be missed.

Ristorante Di Leva Le 5 Sorelle

07/04/2024: It is the best pasta a la vongole that we have eaten here in this region. Very fine in taste, super fresh and the Sorellas are fantastically nice ladies with a wonderful sense of 'drama'. Highly recommended and not expensive at all.
06/04/2024: The sardines were very tasty and the lemon cake was also great. The ambience is not that nice. The terrace is right on the "beach", but it is littered with a lot of rubbish and doesn't really invite you to swim and sunbathe. The ladies from the restaurant are a bit rude but still friendly.
