10/05/2025: Uno dei tanti locali “croupier” per turisti facoltosi, in particolare per gli americani che notoriamente sono di bocca buona. Tanta fuffa, poca sostanza, cantina ridicola per il costo del menu, sinceramente esagerato. Anche l’arredamento e il servizio sono rivedibili. Rien ne va plus!

09/05/2025: Absolutamente deliciosa comida y excelente servicio. Tuvimos un tiempo muy agradable con deliciosos bocados y algunos de los mejores vinos que he tomado. El personal era muy amable y fue más allá para hacer nuestra noche especial, especialmente para el cumpleaños de mi esposa. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

13/07/2025: One of those places you have to visit at least once in your life because they're iconic. Among the Faraglioni of Capri, there's a hidden spot where time stands still. A restaurant on the rocks, with a beach club bathed by the most crystal-clear water you can imagine. It's undoubtedly heavenly music for the senses. Take a taxi boat to get there by sea, reserve a table and a sunbed, and enjoy what could be an unforgettable day. Good food, good service, although exclusivity doesn't come cheap. That's a given.

06/07/2025: Stunning slice of heaven. It is a bit of a walk or boat ride to get here. The food was good. Even my daughter enjoyed it. The chairs and umbrella are pricey, but honestly, not unexpected. My favorite part was the boat ride back.

08/06/2025: Bell'impatto all'ingresso, sembrava tornare bambini quando si andava con i genitori la domenica a pranzo in quei luoghi tranquilli al fresco sotto le vigne . Siamo stati di sera bei freschi non tanto affollato ma ben gestito ,camerieri educati pizza buona ,servizio nella norma come i prezzi

15/05/2025: Locale non raffinatissimo ma le pietanze erano cucinate molto bene e rapporto qualità/prezzo molto alto. Frittura leggera, genovese che non ha nulla da invidiare a quella di mia suocera, carne molto tenera e dolce ottimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

22/03/2025: Excellent kebab shop! The staff is extremely kind and always available, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. A big plus is the acceptance of traceable payment methods, including the American Express credit card, without any problem, even for amounts as small as 1 euro for a bottle of water. The food is really good, quality and well prepared. I have already returned several times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

07/07/2025: ⚠️ Very serious experience: We stayed at this property trusting the 4 stars declared and the images on Google and Booking, which turned out to be clearly misleading. The reality is profoundly different from what was advertised: it is an old, neglected property, with rooms that are more reminiscent of a nightclub than a hotel, and a style totally incompatible with the quality and hygiene standards expected for a hospitality facility of this category. At the time of booking, we were told that only a "suite with hot tubs" was available. Later, reading the reviews of other guests, we discovered that this is a systematic practice, used to induce customers to accept non-transparent conditions, thus configuring deceptive commercial conduct. We arrived at the property around midnight, with a newborn in tow. Despite having called the hotel 15 minutes before to confirm our arrival, we were given an attic room with an internal temperature above 45°C. The baby, a few months old, immediately showed clear signs of discomfort and sickness. The room, lacking adequate thermal insulation, was moldy, damp and had seriously poor hygiene conditions. Access was only via very hot stairs, totally unsuitable for those traveling with children or the elderly. The temperature makes climbing up difficult. When we asked for an explanation, the staff stated that - following complaints from other guests who had found the rooms "too cold" - they had chosen not to turn on the air conditioning before the guests' arrival. An unacceptable, illogical and irresponsible justification from a safety and health perspective, especially considering the presence of a newborn. It should be emphasized that the aforementioned gentleman was well accommodated at the reception, in a very cool environment. I showed up with my daughter in my arms in a sea of ​​sweat and visibly tired by the temperature. Only after repeated insistence were we moved to another room, which was still unsuitable: cracks in the walls, a shower in full view in the room, a clogged sink. Conditions that in no way reflect the definition of a “suite” or what was declared at the time of booking. We tried several times to contact the owner, without ever receiving a response. Online reviews have shown that the gentleman present in the facility is used to providing contradictory, evasive or completely false answers, systematically avoiding satisfying the legitimate requests of guests, with conduct bordering on legality. Further aggravating elements: • We were asked for €120 over the phone for the “suite”, the only available room with a hydromassage tub that had given us hope having decided at the last minute to stop, given the tiredness, unable to continue for 4 hours by car. We were not told the price of the second room. • When my friend asked to retrieve some personal items left in the first room, she was initially told that it was not possible because new guests were expected. Shortly after, the staff contradicted themselves, telling her to leave the keys attached to the door, implicitly admitting that no other guests were expected. • When we asked for a room with a balcony (for reasons related to smoking), we were told that there were no alternatives available, only to be transferred to a room with a view. This room, however, was located right next to a recycling company, with strong smog smells and under an overpass, in an area not suitable for families nor compatible with what was promised online. • There was not even a mattress cover. • The swimming pool visible in the advertising photos does not belong to the hotel, but to an adjacent bar, where the atmosphere is made inaccessible and noisy by loud music and chaotic attendance.

10/06/2025: What can I say? The Masaniello hotel is fantastic, the staff is competent and very kind. Having arrived from an unpleasant adventure, we were welcomed super well. I booked a suite. The staff, knowing my misadventure, made me find the room already with the air conditioning on. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

02/06/2025: We had a really strange experience at this restaurant. We ordered 2 antipasti and a bottle of white wine to accompany these courses (tomatoes & mozzarella and a cod/squid/prawn). At the same time we placed our order for the 4 main courses, two of which were meat courses. 10 minutes later they bring 3 of the main courses and 1 antipasti. It went downhere from here and they blamed the chef. The red meat was way overcooked. This place is WAY OVERPRICED, especially considering that they do not know how to course the meal. I could go on and on. Sad really because the view is spectacular.

30/05/2025: Highly recommended. The food is very good and the view is fantastic.

13/06/2025: The pistachio cake was anything but soft, however the flavour was decidedly different from others I had previously purchased.

03/06/2025: I just went to the ice cream shop on Via Chiaia. I asked for a small cone, the girl who served me was clearly inexperienced so much so that the ice cream was falling inside the shop. When I asked to make it again, the girl thought it best to take another cone and mix the flavors trying to save what could be saved. Result: two mixed flavors and undefined flavors. Never again!

20/07/2025: I placed a home delivery order, unfortunately we were not happy, the sweet potatoes were soggy and inedible, I had to finish cooking them in the air fryer to make them a little crispier, kebab arrived not rolled at all well in fact it was completely open as soon as it was opened from the aluminum, the sandwich was quite good overall but in the Chianina burger there were several pieces of small bones that were annoying.

02/06/2025: I bought two awful chickens and potatoes and ate a chicken so dry and tasteless that I will never repeat it again. The lantern is always number 1.
