06/05/2026: Not bad. The pizza was delicious, the carbonara was good, although they definitely skimp on the Parmesan. For three pizzas, two pastas, and a fish dish, plus two beers and two Aperols, we paid 112 euros. The time from ordering was less than 20 minutes.

06/04/2026: Let me just say, the receipt only listed a cuopp di terra for €19.50, when we ordered two, but there were barely two small fish and three rings. And in the cuopp di terra, a small mozzarella in carrozza and a potato croquette. It really seemed to me that they adjust the price based on where you are, etc., and on top of that, the portions were really tiny and the quality wasn't up to par with Naples.

22/07/2026: I write very few reviews. I only do them in two cases: when a place is truly Latina, or when it exceeds expectations and I feel like saying so. I swear to God, I'm a real customer. I say this because these days long reviews seem like they're written on purpose. I, on the other hand, almost never write them, so the one time I write one, it's because the legend says it's a little too much. I'll start with the sandwich: it's delicious. Without further ado. As I write this, at 4:13 in the morning, I'm eating it cold because it was delivered at midnight. 4 hours later, the meat, but also the phenomenal sandwich, is still super soft. I'll quickly explain. Last week, I appreciated the courtesy on the phone, the delivery driver was also kind, and obviously the sandwich was excellent, so I would have called again. This time, however, I had made another request, and I don't even want to specify what, because what they did shouldn't become an obligation for anyone. It was a gesture of great courtesy, one of those small touches that show someone knows how to pamper their customers. A clever move (cleverness isn't just a negative thing; in fact, used well, like now, it's done both for me and him). But be careful. I'm not buying Ann's services, and I'm writing a review for him. 18/04/2026: Delivery was over an hour late, and the order was also incomplete. Terrible.

02/06/2026: The coffee quality is excellent, but it's overpriced (€2.50). A Coke costs €4.50. The bathroom is poorly maintained (no toilet paper, no seat, damaged towels).

14/05/2026: They required cash payment and asked that someone remain seated at the table because they accused us of being thieves. We should have checked the reviews beforehand. Yet another establishment that's damaging Italian tourism. 👎🏼

17/09/2025: We were truly impressed by this restaurant! We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and the freshest ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, without ever being intrusive. But the real surprise was the price: excellent quality at a truly reasonable price. An experience I highly recommend and will definitely repeat. Kudos to the entire staff!

04/08/2026: The ice cream was delicious, but the service was a bit of a mess. I ordered a small scoop in a cup, and when I went to the register, I discovered they'd charged me for a larger scoop, which had three flavors to choose from (I chose two, just like the small one). When I reported their mistake to the staff, they claimed I'd ordered a medium scoop. I didn't argue further because the ice cream was already melting. I don't recommend it.

25/06/2026: A great place for a quick and delicious meal! I had some excellent fried fish there—crispy and fresh—and they also offer very tasty pizza. The shop is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, the area around Via Toledo is really lively in the evenings, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. ✅ Excellent fried fish, very tasty pizza, a clean shop, and exceptionally friendly staff.

22/06/2026: The staff is rude and unfriendly. They serve you with angry faces, as if they were doing you a favor. The quality of the food is very poor, all you can taste is the frying oil. Poor!

14/08/2026: Disgusting!!! I asked for a €1 spritz because I'd gone to the wrong bar (the other one was closed). The waiter said yes, and then served me a €7 spritz without a word. Horrible, I hated it. No way to negotiate, the waiters were confrontational....👎👎👎👎

25/07/2026: Make sure if you buy ice cream you ask first if you can sit. Otherwise you will be asked to leave the place where you purchased ice cream. RUDE. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!

24/07/2026: The drink prices are outrageous, €9 for a Coke. It's always crowded. My advice: bring what you can, and take the funicular up; it's much nicer.

15/08/2026: Inedible watery pizza. Was overcharged by about €10!!! (service charge apparently even tho the service charge was €2.50). Used calculator to keep adding up imaginary amounts when questioning it. Asked to come inside as others complaining about the bill also so obviously wanted to separate us as doing the same thing to each person. Still haven't eaten! Worst experience. Been to sorrento and all over Italy over 10 times and never had such bad runny pizza! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

25/06/2026: We ate here before waiting for our tour to begin. It is right across the Pompei ticket office. It has full shade but no air conditioning. There was an older gentleman loudly telling everyone that they cannot just order drinks and need to order at least 2 person minimum of food. That is 100% understandable as they are running a business not a resting place. However, he was rude and he could have either put a sign up or been kinder. We ordered a caprese salad which was decent and a bruschetta which also was decent. It took very long (25 mins) to get the order. Overall, it filled a need but just keep in mind what you are going into. Customer service was not good.

26/04/2026: We had a tour at 10:00 AM and decided to sit for a few minutes to wait. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. They're all true: 7 euros for a small coffee and orange juice. A rip-off.
