03/05/2025: La genuinità dell'accoglienza coniugata con una altissima qualità del cibo. Tutte le volte che veniamo al Baco rimaniamo normalmente super soddisfatti. Le pietanze sono INNANZITUTTO ECCELLENTI, dal punto di vista del gusto e dell'accoppiamento dei sapori, e poi se serve sono ANCHE BELLE nelle PRESENTAZIONI. Il tutto in una atmosfera quasi familiare, un locale bellissimo in un parco verde, a due passi dalla città. Se vuoi mangiare pesce crudo e eccellenti ostriche a L’Aquila...consiglio fortemente IL BACO DA SETA!

We ate a mixed starter, truffle tagliatelle and bacon and cheese and egg meatballs with tomato sauce! Everything is mouth-watering... highly recommended!!!

04/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questa trattoria un po’ defilata rispetto al corso principale ma vicinissima. Abbiamo mangiato per antipasto un ottimo tortino al pecorino guarnito con prosciutto e pera e un crostone con cipolla rossa caramellata e lardo. Inoltre tagliatelle all’aquilana e cicoria ripassata . Tutto buonissimo. Conto più che onesto rispetto alla qualità servita. Personale giovane e cortese. Bravi.

05/02/2025: The pizza is fabulous! Typical Roman dish with the right crunchy edge, quality ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The truffle used is delicious and typical, as are the other ingredients. The place is really nice, the wooden exterior welcomes you to an equally intimate and warm interior. It feels like home, in a good way!

06/05/2025: Eccezionale a dir poco! Noi ci siamo fermati allo gelateria più piccolina sempre ubicata nei pressi della piazza. Sia il titolare che il ragazzo addetto al banco, sono stati molto cortesi. Personalmente dopo aver gustato un ottimo cono gelato fatto con il cannolo sempre ripieno di ricotta più gelato ho preso anche la briosche: squisita, impasto fresco, molto soffice, ripieno di gelato. Gusti veramente particolari il pistacchio con acqua di mare era buonissimo così come il caramello salato! Complimenti

06/05/2025: Wow! ¡El mejor helado! Cristina y Lisa estaban fácilmente ofreciendo muestras de la variedad de sabores, que eran muchos! Sus recomendaciones para el emparejamiento también fueron apreciativas. ¡Dos cucharadas por 3 euros! No pierdas el tiempo con las otras heladerías cerca o alrededor de la Piazza Duomo. ¡Ven aquí!

08/05/2025: La LOCANDA DEL FAGIOLO Perché pranzare altrove? Non c'è di meglio in zona. Coratella coi carciofini, carciofi alla brace, tagliolini al burro di Normandia e abbondante tartufo nero grattugiato , spezzatino di cinghiale e gustosi e teneri friarielli. E che dire di Alessandro , della sua disponibilità e gentilezza? Unitamente al proprietario Fabio sono le colonne di questa locanda. Devo fare i complimenti anche al personale della cucina che puntualmente realizza i piatti richiesti

22/02/2025: Locale eccezionale, situato in nella zona pianeggiante all'entrata del paese di Rovere per chi viene da Ovindoli. Il paesaggio è indubbiamente molto bello. La locanda è un unico edificio con una sala interna piuttosto modesta e tavoli all'esterno dove è possibile mangiare nelle giornate di bel tempo. Menù di cucina tipica abruzzese davvero eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato gli gnocchetti porcini e tartufo, la zuppa fagioli e porcini, gli arrosticini, il carciofo alla piastra e il caciocavallo miele e pistacchio: tutto ottimo. Prezzi contenuti. Consigliatissimo!

23/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Cartiera del Vetojo and we are very happy with our choice. Luca was available at all times from start to finish, meeting our wishes. The organization was impeccable. Excellent lunch and location surrounded by nature. We highly recommend it!

25/06/2025: I had been wanting to go there for a long time. I expected it to be the way I found it. Simple, without unnecessary frills. The dishes are written on the blackboard but, in reality, they are engraved in the memory of those who were born and raised in this land and preserve its superlative food and wine heritage. Mrs. Rosaria speaks softly but her dishes are overbearing and express the strength and flavors of the land of Abruzzo

23/06/2025: Just been... Typical Abruzzo trattoria! It reminded me of the flavors of when I was a child! Fettuccine mushrooms and sausage excellent... Excellent grilled meat and super arrosticini! Delicious house cake (parsley and ricotta), delicious tiramisu. Unmatched quality/price, superior quality without a shadow of a doubt compared to the prices. Kind and hospitable owners. Not too far from Campo Imperatore, if you find yourself for a visit I can only recommend you stop here, you will come away satisfied!

27/05/2025: Restaurant inside what used to be a living room of a house, nice, cozy. Typical cuisine done well with a special first course with homemade pasta. Try their desserts. Attentive and kind service, very welcoming. Very reasonable bill for what we ate. A place definitely worth trying if you are in those areas.
