We had: mixed bruschetta, rabbit hunter style, wild boar stew, grilled meat, kebabs, side dish of potatoes and chicory, desserts. TOP quality products, PERFECT cooking, everything EXCELLENT. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

Sono capitata a tagliacozzo con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo fermati in questo locale molto accogliente. Tagliolini cacio e pepe superbì, carpaccio di manzo altrettanto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Il ristorante è specializzato nella cucina italiana e mediterranea, con particolare attenzione alla carne cotta alla brace. È nel centro storico di Tagliacozzo, in un edificio del XIV secolo che è stato sapientemente ristrutturato per preservarne il fascino antico. L'interno è intimo e familiare. Un camino che arde continuamente legna contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il menù è ampio e ne ha per tutti. Tra le specialità ci sono gli arrosticini, piatto tipico abruzzese, preparati con carne di pecora e dai quali proprio non si può derogare. Per chi vuole mangiare bene, l'Osteria del Borgonovo è un'ottima scelta. È aperto tutti i giorni a pranzo e cena. Io dico che è meglio prenotare, soprattutto nei fine settimana.
