03/05/2026: New and renovated room, fully equipped. Safe, coffee table, suitcase and shoe rack. Comfortable bed, simple and clean furnishings. Large, new bathroom with all the amenities. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. The location is scenic, quiet, a true oasis in which to stay. The complimentary bottles of water are nice. Breakfast was also good, with warm croissants and homemade cakes. I would have added something, perhaps to make it more varied.

The menu is very well-curated and the staff is friendly.

06/01/2026: A wonderful end to a fantastic weekend in Abruzzo! I've been wanting to take the regional train from Terni to L'Aquila and Sulmona for years, and I finally did. A fantastic start to the year, sealed with a final evening at this place. The pane burro e alici (bread, butter, and anchovies) were TOP with the Margarita! We'll be back, guys—that's not a promise, but a certainty! 😎

02/05/2026: Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms with reasonably comfy beds, quiet (though not when they're hosting parties), and a decent-sized bathroom. Breakfast is good, with both sweet (cereals, milk, yogurt, toast, croissants, jams and Nutella, and various cakes) and savory options (cooked ham, salami, cheese, rolls, sliced bread, fruit juices, and freshly cooked eggs), as well as coffee drinks prepared at the bar.

Truly excellent food: delicious arrosticini (it's a shame there weren't many left 😅), generous and flavorful first courses, you can really taste the quality and freshness.
Even the tagliata, the house wine, and the draft beer... everything was top-notch.
The owner is a truly lovely person, the kindest person who makes you feel at home.
The waiter was also very kind and attentive.
Fast service, no waiting, a quiet and pleasant evening.
I would go back in a heartbeat ❤️ Thanks for the lovely evening

11/04/2026: Here we rediscovered our grandmother's flavors and aromas, excellent food, top-quality ingredients... from the strictly handmade pasta to the tender and juicy meat... to the desserts... creamy and authentic tiramisu. Marialuisa's cooking is wonderful, as is the staff's hospitality... Claudia's smile, attentiveness, and kindness are the icing on the cake. We'll be back very soon.

06/04/2026: A cozy, intimate spot in Anversa degli Abruzzi. The dishes are phenomenal, accompanied by the staff's smiles.
