19/06/2026: Last night, we had a pleasant experience in the center of Rovere, an ancient village between Ovindoli and Rocca di Mezzo. The restaurant is very intimate, with soft lighting, chamber music playing in the background, stone walls, and barrel vaulted ceilings: all in all, beautifully renovated. We particularly enjoyed an excellent Montepulciano risotto with radicchio and gorgonzola, and another with sausage and saffron. The side dishes were also very good and carefully prepared. The owner is truly welcoming and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it.
