A magical place starting from the welcome, continuing with the atmosphere and ending with wonderful food that is no less important and worthy of note. A super special place and a must-see if you want to treat yourself to a break suspended in time while eating fabulous dishes and, why not, with an enchanting musical background.

07/01/2025: This is a shop where you can eat sliced ​​pizza located about 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. My favorites include pumpkin flowers and anchovies, and potatoes and salsiccia (Italian sausage). There is a table inside where you can stand and eat, as well as some chairs, but you can also take out. The price is a little high, but it can't be helped since it's a tourist destination.

08/01/2025: Above-average quality bakery, pastry shop and rotisserie. Half of the products are reinterpretations of the Palermo classics based on vegetable ingredients: sfincione with vegetable cheese, roulade with tofu frankfurters, arancini with tofu vegetable butter and veg bechamel, soy ragù, large and small classic and cocoa brioches, croissants and others sheets, all to be filled at the moment with pistachio cream, yellow cream, gianduia and jam, cinnamon rolls and various braids. The quality of the dough is truly excellent, the fillings and condiments are homemade and generally very good and original. Furthermore, the price is really honest and sometimes below average (arancini €2.30, sfincione €2.00, small brioches €1.00, croissants €1.40 I think...) At 7 in the morning you can find various croissants and pastries together with bar drinks. From 8.30am it is possible to find express rotisserie and baked goods until 7pm, when however the choice becomes increasingly limited. For those who follow a plant-based diet it is truly a must to visit in Palermo. For those who are omnivorous, and convinced that following a plant-based diet is synonymous with deprivation and betrayal of traditions, this place may suggest a re-evaluation of such prejudices, and therefore an incentive to evaluate similar alternatives in the future!

08/01/2025: Above expectations! Very nice and welcoming environment. Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent food, as well as excellent choice of wines and spirits. Desserts absolutely worth trying. Although there are many meat dishes, my wife and I (vegetarians) found starters and first courses without meat and fish: excellent!

25/11/2024: Beautiful and good tavern in the middle of the Langhe hills. Very friendly welcome and service. There is all the flavor of typical cuisine and a wine list that leaves you spoiled for choice. Mine was an excellent choice! Try it to believe it.....

05/01/2025: Nice place with an excellent view of the Sagittarius gorges. we found it by chance and, although there were many people, they immediately found us a table for 2, no problem for our dog. Very friendly staff and, no small feat, very organized to cope with all the people to be served. Excellent food that favors local ingredients, simple but cooked very well. I ate really well and they treated us very well. An excellent reference point for the area which has a lot to offer. I will definitely go back.

26/01/2025: Excellent restaurant, nice environment, very particular, vast choice of dishes including starters, first courses, second courses and excellent desserts, exquisite and excellently prepared food, all surrounded by excellent red and white wines, excellent and impeccable service, I certainly recommend it for those it's in Turin, a stone's throw from the center, really excellent!

I find it more difficult to find satisfaction in this, where you have the opportunity to see people reinventing, changing, venturing into ever new challenges, than evaluating a place where you have only been once (make or break). Congratulations to all of you at La Mimosa, for the passion and care you always put into it and for the desire to always offer your customers something new and special.

30/01/2025: very special place, from the welcoming location to the background music, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail by a spectacular gentleman, namely Beppe, the owner. excellent food, the risottos are amazing. I recommend coming here early if you want to eat right away.
