15/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago and hope to return soon. Finally, we can eat traditional Abruzzo food. Homemade pasta, appetizers with local products, and then wood-fired pizza... finally, Roman pizza... the kind where you can eat the crust because it's thin and crispy. We were so full, we skipped the main course, which is why we'll be back soon. The desserts are excellent. If you're passing through Antwerp, you can't miss this place.

14/10/2025: Perfect Quick and efficient. Even though it was busy, we didn't wait. The house appetizer was truly homemade. Fresh and authentic products Their homemade pasta is top-notch. The right portions I recommend it to anyone who wants to make a unique day discovering the beautiful villages of Abruzzo.

The atmosphere is truly welcoming—a simple yet refined place, with a positive energy that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is kind, smiling, and always available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We had various dishes and drinks, and everything was excellent! From the perfectly served coffees to the fresh, homemade desserts, you could taste the quality and attention to detail. Even the savory dishes were delicious, prepared with authentic ingredients and beautifully presented. We also loved the atmosphere: clean, bright, and with background music that accompanies without disturbing. It's the kind of place you can come for a quiet dinner with friends or family. In a world where all places seem the same, this little bar stands out for its authentic atmosphere and the care with which they welcome their customers. We'll definitely be back—it's become one of those places that makes you feel "at home"! 💛

05/10/2025: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the young, competent staff truly pampered us. We ate both first and second courses, and I must say I've rarely eaten so well...not to mention the selection of liqueurs and grappas, everything was truly superb! Highly recommended!

Perfect combinations, blending wasn't easy, but everything turned out excellent, obviously a good value. 31/08/2025: The spelt gnocchi with sausage and porcini mushrooms are among the best first courses I've ever eaten. Definitely worth a try. Excellent restaurant, impeccable and extremely courteous service, and the location is also worth a visit, considering it's a former slaughterhouse.

09/10/2025: We showed up around 2:00 PM without a reservation, and they seated us right away. The place was really beautiful, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly. The price was right for the location. The pasta, potatoes, provola, and pancetta were amazing.

27/09/2025: What a surprise, Quantum! A refined, elegant, yet intimate venue, perfect for any occasion: from a romantic dinner to an evening with friends or family. The young, highly trained staff exudes passion and professionalism in every detail. The fish is of excellent quality, incredibly fresh, and cooked with great creativity: each dish is a small masterpiece. The talent of the chefs is evident, very young but already extraordinarily skilled. A captivating experience that is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended, we'll return again and again!

Service made the experience even better, friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest but at no point did it feel anything other than good value. Recommend for a special dinner.

But guys, the meat is fabulous, the service works like they're at war with the amount of work they have. Anyone who disparages this place is acting like they're the Borghese (chef or otherwise). You've never disappointed, keep up the good work! Congratulations!

13/08/2025: The restaurant is located in the center of Marsciano, and there's easy parking 150 meters away. Traffic was closed that day, so we ate on the street in a very nice location. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Umbrian focaccia with sausage, pecorino cheese, and chicory. The service was quick and efficient, especially from Sabrina, who is very friendly and approachable. I think the price was fair for the quality: we spent €66 for an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and two glasses of wine. I recommend booking.

10/08/2025: Fantastic food - the cheese marshmallows were particularly amazing, as was the chocolate fondant cake served in a cute wrapped present with a bow. Location with a beautiful view and staff were wonderful and friendly and full of life. Highly recommended .

10/10/2025: A very special place! We were staying at the Le Fontanelle hotel and chose not to have dinner at the hotel to experience this, and it was worth it! It's a unique, family-friendly place where simplicity makes you feel at home. The menu starts at €45.00 per person, including starter, first course, main course, and dessert. There's no cover charge. The food was delicious and very generous. I found the dessert a bit bland, but it didn't take away from the dinner. The house red wine, actually made by them, was delicious! The best house wine of the entire trip to Italy. To top it all off, Bety, the owl, makes the atmosphere and experience even more incredible. It's a worthwhile experience for anyone in the area! The total bill, including 500ml house wines, came to €100.00.

24/08/2025: A superb hotel, very professional staff. They waited for us even though we arrived after check-in time and were very prompt in answering and clarifying questions on whatsapp. Super nice, modern rooms, incredibly good breakfast! Lucky for us that it starts at 07:00 and we were able to leave on our way further. Overall, an experience that I will repeat!

20/10/2025: A lovely outdoor spot for lunch or dinner in the heart of Garbatella. The food is affordable and very good, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual. Highly recommended!
