Convivial and authentic environment, friendly and quick service, excellent quality food both on the famous torte al testo and on the other à la carte options. No frozen products and everything freshly prepared! For me a place of trust and a guarantee.

Great fast casual. Upon entry a gracious host led us to a table and explained how to order. I forget the name but the move is to order what is basically a pita that is oven roasted and stuffed with your preferred savories. I chose ham and pork shoulder. Other choose cheese and tomato. Either way it’s delicious. Plus it’s a great deal. For less than $10 I for a delicious quasi-sandwich (see above, stuffed pita) plus a glass of wine.

Abbiamo atteso un po' in fila prima di trovare un tavolo libero, ma ne è valsa la pena. Ai tavoli esterni era impossibile trovare posto, allora ci siamo accomodati all'interno. La cucina è a vista, con una buona pulizia ed un'ottima qualità del cibo. Molto buone le Torte al Testo. Noi in quattro, mangiando abbondante e bevendo quattro birre medie ed una bibita, abbiamo speso €42,00. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Pagamento sia in contanti che con carte.

02/04/2024: Now a very famous place in Milan. To book a table you have to set the alarm and hope to be one of the lucky ones... you book with a window of 3 weeks in advance. Sore point, discovered only when sitting at the table, they no longer make grilled osso bucco. Too many requests and few pieces available. Given the Machiavellian booking mechanism, I would suggest being able to order the osso bucco when booking. Vitel tuna always very good. Perfect cooking of the meat and excellent tuna sauce. The choice of the menu leaves me a little disappointed so I choose a cut and my wife the fried brain.... Which results in too much vinegar. I made the mistake of taking tiramisu, because I forgot that I don't like it here. They don't use ladyfingers but (I think) pavesini. In the end we leave a little disappointed with the choice of dishes and because if you have difficulty booking, then you can't leave happy with just the veal with tuna. The rest is good but not so good as to justify what is written above. We will be back? Maybe when we feel like a good veal with tuna
30/03/2024: What an experience! The food here is spectacular and I'd highly recommend the fried tripe, which was crispy and had a ton of flavour. The service was friendly and brilliantly efficient. As soon as we finished one dish, the table would be cleared and refilled with water and bread in seconds! The waiters were very helpful with recommendations and we felt really welcome. Make sure you book ahead!!

05/04/2024: Wonderful is an understatement. Stunning place, the guys are professional and the chef is the top. Always fresh food, very carefully prepared and made with love. I highly recommend it
27/03/2024: I discovered Vic through a friend, the environment is old style, sober, elegant, the staff is kind and professional, the chef is a must to meet! I started the dinner with a space focaccia made by them, continued with excellent white wine Smile, an excellent red tuna tartare, as was the artichoke and parmesan salad (simple but quality) a red snapper served with very abundant baked potatoes and chosen before being cooked (difficult choice because the fish was obviously fresh and I would have eaten them all). I recommend trying Vic's.
