There are many taverns in Venice but this one really surprised us with the quality and freshness of the ingredients. A warm greeting to Marco and his staff who delighted us and hosted us with their professionalism.

Ero già stato qui, pre Covid. Ricordo dì essere rimasto molto contento. Mi ci sono ritrovato davanti in casuale peregrinaggio in una fredda mattina di gennaio, ilun lunedì, in uno dei pochi giorni di bassa stagione a Venezia. Ci sono tornato con piacere. Ho notato la clientela fatta di veneziani e di lavoratori in pausa pranzo, che è sempre una bella garanzia. Ho assaggiato il trionfo di saor e le linguine alla busara. Tutto molto buono e ricco. Personale molto gentile. In fondo, si paga poco.

We enjoyed this restaurant and dined here twice. The service was fantastic and prior to paying the bill each time I got offered a free shot. The owner also took time out to see if we enjoyed the meal. We tried the seafood tapas one night and the mixed fish grill the next night. Really enjoyable and fresh and filling. My wife also enjoyed the Tiramasu. Can’t go wrong dining here.
