04/05/2025: Durante il nostro recente viaggio a Venezia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare e cenare in questo ristorante, e non possiamo che tesserne le lodi. Fin dal primo momento, siamo stati accolti con una cordialità squisita da parte del cameriere, che con la sua professionalità e simpatia ha reso ogni pasto un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Ma il vero protagonista è stata la cucina, semplicemente ottima. Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era preparato con cura, esaltando i sapori della tradizione veneziana con un tocco di originalità. Sia a pranzo che a cena, siamo rimasti conquistati dalla qualità e dalla bontà delle proposte. Se state cercando un ristorante a Venezia dove sentirvi coccolati e gustare una cucina di alto livello, questo è assolutamente un super consiglio! Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci nella nostra prossima visita.

15/04/2025: A place out of time, which preserves an ancient flavour, where you find the modern tastes of chef Simone Breda in the dishes. The castle stables are transformed into a welcoming, warm and enveloping environment. 3 rooms for different environments and situations, maximum attention to every detail.

12/04/2025: We returned after 6 years and... the quality has not changed at all, on the contrary, we noticed the chef's growth path. Upon reservation we requested a tasting of 7 vegetarian dishes and... what can I say if not impeccable, I have never tasted so many imaginative vegetarian dishes with incredible flavour. Not least the "normal" 7-course tasting itinerary, an experience that deserved leaving home.

13/05/2025: What a wonderful encounter with Piedmontese cuisine! A wide selection of specialties with distinctive flavors. The agnolotti are famous, the swordfish, ricotta, and lime ravioli are particularly delicious. The tripe is revisited with a slightly fruity recipe... And so on, because I finally went back the next day. That's saying something!

We had dinner and everything worked perfectly: attentive and competent staff, waiting times reduced to the bare minimum, excellent and well-presented food, particular attention to our three little ones guests. Only thing (but it's my thing) I DON'T LIKE ANIMALS IN A RESTAURANT! I understand that it's a company choice to avoid losing a slice of the market, but I always stand by my opinion.

11/03/2025: Cenetta molto buona e gustosa dagli antipasti ai primi in particolare gli gnocchi ai formaggi si scioglievano in bocca! Non hanno brillato le pizze rispetto al menu'. Il locale è stupendo sembra di essere dentro una baita molto caldo e rilassante su 2 livelli. Il personale è molto presente in sale con esperienza e parecchio accogliente nulla a caso. Ci torneremo presto.

01/05/2025: We came on a day trip to Tuscany to visit Certaldo, and decided to eat at this restaurant. Extremely friendly staff, we ate a selection of Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, very good and the onion soup and ribollita were also fantastic, the ricotta and pear cheesecake was wonderful, absolutely worth trying, not least the really wide selection of wines

30/04/2025: Giunti in Andria volevo fare assaggiare una buona pizza alla mia ragazza che viene da fuori, ci rechiamo in questa pizzeria e chiediamo un tavolo per due senza prenotazione, una donna probabilmente la titolare ci dice che avevano due opzioni o un tavolo vista cucina senza nessun tipo di protezioni (per la contaminazione di cibo) e un tavolo che bisognava liberare in un'ora. Optiamo per il tavolo da liberare entro un'ora, ordiniamo un antipasto e due pizze, il cameriere ci dice "vi metto una ciccio calda per accompagnare" e va via. All'arrivo del conto la ciccio che nessuno ha ordinato viene inserita. Dopo l'antipasto ancora con il boccone in bocca tolgono i piatti, mangiamo le pizze stessa situazione subito via i piatti e tempo zero arriva il conto. Nemmeno il tempo di usufruire dei servizi che ci dicono che dobbiamo liberare il tavolo. Da quando ci siamo seduti erano passati 30/40 minuti e non un' ora come concordato. Cibo ottimo ma servizio pessimo.

24/04/2025: Not just pizza, which was also excellent. I tried: a pork carpaccio cbt with pecorino foam and fried artichoke chips, a beef ingot cooked at low temperature that melted in the mouth, a broad bean puree with chicory and a cardoncello mushroom that went very well, an excellent artichoke stuffed with cod and an equally excellent millefeuille with octopus ragù. All accompanied by a good local pas dosé and to finish a babá that was not bad! Attentive and professional service.
