26/09/2025: The gelato masterclass with Nicola was very interesting. We made our own gelato from peach to sorbet and it was just delicious! Our daughter was never into vanilla ice cream, yet the vanilla gelato we made here, she loooved. Nicola and his team only use highest quality products, and that is something you taste. The pistachio was the best I ever ate. The one with caramel was so good. The chocolate very deep and intense (yet I learned not to stick to my fave chocolate all the time because there is really a whole world of splendid tastes they make 😋). Gracie mille!

29/10/2025: Disappointment on multiple fronts Booking is complicated. The tagliata arrived overcooked and dry, so much so that it remained on the plate. No one bothered to ask if everything was okay. The final bill was €100 for two, without dessert or coffee, and without having enjoyed the main course. It was also unfortunate to see a waiter pick up the leftover bread with his hands, immediately after clearing the table, without washing his hands and taking it to another table. After this experience, I won't be returning.

11/11/2025: If you want to eat a good pizza....go somewhere else, they don't taste of anything, they all have the same flavor despite different ingredients, I really can't describe the supplì, ANONYMOUS AT MOST, typical place for foreign tourists

04/12/2025: The decor isn't to my taste; it's minimal and retro, but not overly bold. Meals are sparse and lack cutlery rests. The open kitchen is beautiful, but only one chef wore a hat, despite everyone having long hair. During lunch, a chef came back and forth from the kitchen several times with exposed cuts of meat in a steel bowl. For appetizers, Roman-style tripe and pumpkin in various textures. Tripe with acidic tomato sauce, despite the pecorino cheese, was bland and flavorless. The pumpkins were well-cooked, but I found no harmony in the dish; each texture was an end in itself and didn't connect with the others. Next, the amatriciana was decent, the carbonara was very good, creamy and well-seasoned, the rigatoni were perfectly cooked, and the plin pasta was very interesting, although I didn't fully appreciate the flavor of the ossobuco filling. Finally, the panettone with chantilly and the maritozzo filled with chantilly. The leavened products of both were interesting, but the cream was truly awful, so flavorless and heavy with cream that it covered and ruined the flavors. The price was in line with the offerings. The service was friendly and professional, but the wait for the main courses was very long. More than half an hour for the appetizers and about 40 minutes for the first courses. The desserts arrived quickly. In conclusion, the meal fell far short of expectations. Of the medium-high-end Roman trattorias I've tried so far, I consider this one of the worst in terms of taste and perceived quality.

29/10/2025: Unfortunately, despite a very positive review that brought in other vegan customers, I'm forced to write a negative one. When we called to make a reservation, we were told that in the winter they make all the fresh pasta with eggs, they add pork rinds to the beans, and we'd only be eating polenta and radicchio. Okay, another wasted opportunity.

29/09/2025: This restaurant and cocktail bar is always a joy. I attended a charity event they coordinated, and it lived up to expectations in terms of professionalism and quality, even in this setting.

26/09/2025: I'll start by saying that we were there for a wedding, with the entire venue reserved, so I certainly didn't get to enjoy the "standard" service, but our experience was beyond positive. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the location is superb! It's surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful setting, yet just steps from the center. There's plenty of parking in the area, which doesn't hurt, and the staff is young and incredibly friendly! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness, making our arrival immediately pleasant. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional, always ready to answer any questions with a smile. The rooms are spotless, tidy, and meticulously maintained: you can sense the utmost attention to hygiene and guest comfort. Every space exudes a sense of tranquility and well-being. Another highlight is the breakfast: plentiful, varied, with fresh, high-quality products. There's something for everyone, from sweet to savory, and it's served with great care. Overall, a perfect stay. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service impeccable, and the hospitality truly makes the difference. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: An all-around perfect hotel! Everything is top-notch, very clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly friendly. The beach is incredibly beautiful—a true oasis of well-being with plenty of space and located right next to the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with everything from sweet to savory, catered to. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and the pool and lounge are superb and ideal for relaxing. The rooms are large, modern, and very well-maintained, plus there's private parking. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless; everything was explained to us directly and in a friendly manner. We felt welcome from the very first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—we will definitely be back!

23/08/2025: Very nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, delicious mussels and they offered a limoncello alla crema at the end. Reasonable prices for the excellent quality. Recommended!

06/10/2025: My wife and I went for dinner. The hostess welcomed us warmly. The first and second courses were very good. The place wasn't very crowded at the time, and we enjoyed the evening. The price was reasonable.

13/11/2025: Went on reviews for good food in Maranello. This restaurant popped up. We went in it was nice and quiet. The menu was simple, clear, in Italian, English and French which helped choosing form the lovely dishes. The food was excellent, tasty, fresh and presented well. The Gnocco was 😍 I could eat 10 of them. All of the food you can tell was cooked by someone with a passion for food The service was also fantastic. The waitress really made sure we had everything we needed. Not that it matters she was also extremely beautiful. Would recommend to anyone, a fantastic find, for sure we will be back.

21/11/2025: A wonderful culinary experience in a fantastic location surrounded by greenery just steps from Palazzolo Acreide. I was leading a large group of seniors who had come to visit the town. We were more than satisfied: the food was fresh, plentiful, and high-quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to everyone's needs. Excellent value for money. We had lunch in a spacious and charming dining room carved into the rock, and before leaving, we strolled through the adjacent park. Truly the best! I recommend it to everyone.
