I returned to this inn after several years and it is always a sure thing. Typical and excellent quality dishes. Truly delicious. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming. The place is very beautiful and characteristic. Highly recommended.

Recommended by local acquaintances, we went to this wonderful family-run trattoria and had a wonderful meal. All the ingredients are home-grown...very well cooked and plentiful. Excellent service...courteous and professional. Perfect value for money. A must-try!!!

Stunning atmosphere, typical South Tyrolean fare, just what we were looking for because it's hard to find traditional restaurants and food in South Tyrol these days. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. Come here; there are only a few places, so reservations are recommended. We'll definitely be back.

I returned here for the second time last Thursday for lunch. We waited about ten minutes (it's best to reserve because they don't have many seats), we had a trio of delicious homemade first courses, a mouth-watering plate of goulash, and a second side dish of rosti potatoes and sauerkraut...all delicious! A liter of water and a half liter of Lagrein. The owner is discreet and exceptionally attentive. We had two slices of cake and two coffees. 53 euros... I told the owner that it's always a pleasure to return to this place that exudes peace and serenity.

20/05/2026: A really nice restaurant in a small village. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to eat. Although we went into the kitchen, it was really fun to watch the pizza being made from up close. The pizza was a bit watery, but it tasted really good.
18/05/2026: I've eaten many pizzas around the world, but these are definitely among the most delicious I've ever had. Plus, a fair price and friendly staff 👍🏽

Ristorante Wasserfall

05/05/2026: Extremely friendly service, and everything is freshly cooked, even the bacon dumpling in the bacon dumpling soup. The perfect place for a lunch break if you're heading out on the way.
02/05/2026: The restaurant is located right next to the viewpoint overlooking the Partschins Waterfall. After the strenuous climb from the valley station, it was a welcome reward. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Everything is very cozy and well-maintained. The menu is very varied, as is the drinks menu. All the staff are very, very friendly and accommodating, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible for everyone arriving by car or bus. The minibus from Partschins stops directly at the parking lot in front of the restaurant. We had a very generous portion of Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake).
