Very nice, particular place, with great attention to detail. On Sunday for lunch, they have a fixed menu, delicious meat, 6 courses, the steak *SUPER*. Price €32 per person excluding drinks, dessert and coffee. I would say a fair price, it's worth it. Very friendly staff 💯💯👍

It is not so obvious to remain objective when we come up against similar realities (even more so, if we consider that we have been "friends" and "clients" for decades). However, you can make an attempt, leaving at home all the hesitations, habits and vices to which we are now accustomed and which we no longer realize (example: ordering a sea fish in the mountains). Here, here there is a return to essentiality and simplicity: it is no coincidence that at the entrance we found a sign that quotes verbatim "abandon all hope, you who enter, here you are in the hands of the butcher...". Well, forget about any thoughts about the menu (it's not necessary, we go for the fixed dish), but trust the expert hands of Ilaria and Nicola and their round of meat (spectacular, among other things), in which they alternate slow cooking with short in a mix of flavors that have often been forgotten (either due to the frenzy of the times, or due to supermarket homologation). Abandon yourself to just enjoying the dishes, leave your thoughts at home. You will make both of them and you happy. I forgot: the prices. Very honest.

Siamo stati da Furnel e Pirol in occasione di una cena tra amici. L'interno è davvero caratteristico, completamente in legno e con uno stile tipicamente montano. Noi avevamo il tavolo vicino alla stufa e personalmente abbiamo patito molto il caldo. La formula che c'è stata proposta prevedeva un menù fisso composto da 6 differenti portate di carne. Inizialmente sono state portale delle Verdure di stagione crude, accompagnate da olio e sapori. Successivamente si sono alternate le seguenti portate: Carne cruda con nocciole sbriciolate, eccezionale, buonissima! Vitello tonnato, Bollito piemontese con salse, Cotoletta impanata, Bistecca Prazzese servita su pietra, Capra. Dolci e bevande sono escluse dalla formula, ma vanno assolutamente provati perché molto particolari. Io ho preso una cheesecake con latte di capra e l'ho trovata davvero particolare. Il prezzo complessivo per il menù fisso, vino, e dolce è stato di 45 euro a testa. Il servizio è stato cortese e tempi di attesa giusti. Personalmente mi sarebbe piaciuto un contorno caldo assieme alle verdure crude servite inizialmente. Complessivamente Consigliato.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale una domenica molto nuvolosa, ma l'ambiente era piacevolmente caldo. Come ci ha spiegato la proprietaria, la struttura è nuova, ma l'interno è stato tutto costruito ed arredato con legno vecchio ricavato da strutture decadenti o preso da stalle di montagna. Il risultato è un bellissimo colpo d'occhio sulla ricostruzione molto fedele di un ambiente di montagna stile inizio 900, con tanti oggetti di uso comune in quel periodo. La cucina, incentrata sul menù a base carne, utilizza prodotti allevati e coltivati nella vallata. Per gli amanti della carne non si può perdere l'occasione di assaggiare questi piacevolissimi piatti. Il menù fisso prevede 6 portate. Proprietaria e personale gentilissimi e molto preparati, sia sulla presentazione dei piatti sia sulla cantina molto fornita di vini tipici piemontesi. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
