12/05/2025: Fantástico restaurante. Gianni, el propietario te saluda al entrar. Además, es el único servidor y sumiller. Él es tan conocedor y eficiente. Uno debe empezar con uno de los carpaccios. Probamos el atún y las langostinas. Ambos eran tan frescos y sabrosos. . Para el segundoi, tres de nosotros disfrutamos del besugo servido con un puré de hinojo. Todos los cursos secondi utilizan el método sous vide. Por lo tanto, el pescado se derritió en su boca y combinado con la salsa es etéreo. Uno de nuestros invitados disfrutó de la mejilla de ternera que es tierna también. La comida se acompaña de tres panes caseros. Mi favorita era la nuez. Gianni recomendó un vino de Apulia que tenía un precio muy justo adornado nuestra comida. Este es un restaurante imprescindible cuando se come en Monopoli.

29/05/2025: Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Excellent welcome. Few tables but well set with a view of the delicatessen. Homemade preparations and excellent panzerotti, light and fragrant dough. You can also eat stuffed sandwiches and delicatessen delicacies. The cost for each panzerotto is €3. Absolutely to try!

10/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant, which I visited during the week for a business lunch. Spacious, airy, elegant, in "country chic" style (roof with exposed beams, large fireplace, super elegant mi en place, very attentive and reverent service). The menu is "simple" but the dishes are prepared with great care, professionalism and great experience. Venue suitable for any occasion, including parties and weddings.

28/05/2025: This steak house is exceptional!! We are from Texas and have been craving steak after being in Italy for two weeks 😅 the meat was very good quality. We got the skewers for a starter. The meat was a little strong compared to the US but with the yummy homemade hot sauce they bring, it was delicious. We ordered the Italian wagyu ribeye and wow. One of the best ribeyes we have ever had. Served with the same hot sauce and chimichuri. We were pleasantly surprised!

Zeppole farcite // Pasta omelette // Crescia marchigiana stuffed with seasoned culatello cooked on the grill, sautéed porcini mushrooms and grilled buffalo provola // And finally His Majesty the SUMMER calzone stuffed: inside grilled aubergines, buffalo provola, parmesan and tomato … outside raw and parmesan flakes. 18/05/2025: Pizzeria carina anche se ci hanno fatto sedere all'esterno perché avevamo un piccolo cagnolino. Abbiamo preso un crocche' e le mozzarelle in carrozza e poi due pizze. Tutto buono anche se l'impasto della pizza non è come quella napoletana. Nel complesso però pizza ugualmente buona ed anche ottimo servizio al tavolo.

13/06/2025: Il ristorante Osterietta che frequento da anni, si conferma sempre una grande garanzia. Location elegante, atmosfera rilassante, personale sempre molto gentile ed attento e soprattutto il pesce è sempre buonissimo e freschissimo. Qui regna davvero la materia prima di grande qualità. Prezzi adattati al contesto. Consigliato assolutamente!

The grilled sea bass was just right- not overcooked. * They were able to accommodate our party of 8, who wanted to separate our checks by individual groupings without a problem. * We were seated fairly quickly as we arrived fairly early for the area. CON: They forgot two of the dishes, and we had to remind them multiple times.

17/06/2025: Wir habe hier ein phantastisches Steak gegessen. Fleischqualität super und auch super gegrillt. Da gab es gar nichts dran auszusetzen. Das gegrillte Gemüse, das ich als Beilage bestellt habe, war nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Sellerie gehört meiner Meinung nicht dazu und ich hätte mir ein bisschen Würze gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Steak war wirklich top.

02/06/2025: Lunch in a very characteristic place in Turin, high-end restaurant cuisine with a courtesy and service of a trattoria (for me it is a super compliment). Very good and refined wines. The thing that struck me most is the love for the work, from the owner to the waiter always smiling and ready to fulfill every little desire. Highly recommended.
