I don't frequent the place as much as I would like. A unique food and wine experience in the heart of the city. Pampered by Marcello and Pietro, in a refined, intimate and welcoming location, you will enjoy excellent food and wine for every palate. Enoteca Centrale a certainty.

Welcoming and well-kept place in the historic center with a new room at the back of the room and another entrance onto the excavation area of ​​the Roman theatre. The owners are hospitable, affable and helpful as are the rest of the staff. The gastronomic specialties are prepared with the highest quality raw materials. Wide choice of wines selected and recommended to best match each dish. Good quality/price ratio. So? What else!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The word class combined with simplicity. Dishes cooked with visual art and with intensity of balanced flavours. A great hand from the Chef and a service in the dining room that makes you feel like family. Care and attention for the wines and for the customer's needs. Pride of Teramo cuisine. The cod with chickpeas, the little guitar, true excellence. Highly recommended, practically mandatory.

01/12/2023: Serata tra amici. Posto conosciuto da alcuni di loro Splendida scoperta. Prendiamo antipasti di salumi, formaggi verdure, polpette cacio e ove, coratella,trippa. Tutto molto buono. Il tutto accompagnato da un'ottima pizza bianca calda. A seguire un ottimo arrosto misto. Buon vino, servizio ottimo e prezzo in linea. Da provare i primi che dicono essere superiori.

14/03/2024: Long-standing pastry bar, recently renovated in its environments and management. Family and above all youthful atmosphere. You feel at ease, both for breakfast and for an aperitif. Wide assortment of croissants and artisanal pastries. Personalized cakes: just ask and you will have what is right for you for any occasion. Fast service, friendly employees and knowledgeable owners. The aperitif concept deserves a special mention, whether you simply want a drink or "dinner" you are in the right place. Very rich platters with, in addition to the classic cured meats, also hot goodies such as meatballs with sauce and fried cheese worthy of a restaurant. Well-stocked cellar. Drinkable draft beer. Prices are absolutely normal and artisanal quality with always fresh products, absolutely not to be underestimated given the period. Keep up the good work, the best in the area.
