Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

19/01/2025: We were there for lunch and had a starter and 1 first course each, what we tasted was truly excellent, the service was attentive and kind. The room is not very large, better to call first. And if I'm in the area again I'll be back

30/12/2024: Pastas were delicious... Lasagna and Ragu was so incredible some of the best I've ever had. However, tortellini was very good but abit rich in taste after awhile. Duck however was disappointing considering all the glowing reviews and the high price tag of 20€, duck had overly gamey taste with a powdery texture with an unimpressive sauce, honestly the only thing stopping us from giving 5 Stars. However, service was great and server was very kind and helpful! 30/12/24 lunchtime

29/12/2024: Very good first and second courses, quality raw materials, amazing tortelloni with porcini mushrooms. Very attentive service, very kind and helpful waiters. I absolutely recommend it!

01/02/2025: We went here over a decade ago on a trip through Tuscany and I still think about it! In fact, while staying at a nearby town, we came here on more than one occasion (which says a lot given the multitude of excellent options in this area). Multiple generations of family run this place and you can taste in the food and feel it in the experience. I will never forget it. If this place opens again, you would be a fool to miss it! Next time I am in Italy I will surely be planning a visit. Honestly, I haven’t had a meal quite as excellent and perfectly perfect Italian as this ever since.

26/12/2024: On 19 October 2024 I got married and had the reception and also a symbolic ceremony at the farmhouse, unfortunately it rained but thanks to Sandro Marci and Patrizia I was able to set up the ceremony on the closed veranda. They were all wonderful, the menu was good and plentiful...a fairytale atmosphere. A special THANK YOU to SIMONE for officiating the ceremony, he made this day unforgettable, making it even more special. Thanks again to everyone (Valentino, Daniele, Paolo, Gabriel, Caterina, Monica Cristian, Elena) sorry if I forgot anyone 😅 MUCH DESERVED 5 STARS!!! 🥰

04/01/2025: Scoperta oggi grazie al volantino pubblicitario lasciato sulla macchina dopo la visita alla Rocchetta Mattei. Abbiamo prenotato verso le 12.15 e per le 14.15,eravamo a tavola. Posto vicinissimo alla Rocchetta,oltretutto. Io sono celiaca quindi ho evidenziato la questione con la signora che ha preso l’ordine e molto prontamente mi è stato risposto che sarebbero riusciti a fare tagliatelle o sedanini con i vari condimenti,avessi voluto un primo. Mi ha fatto molto piacere ciò,bravi!! Avevo voglia di carne ed ho preso una grigliata di maiale,OTTIMA,con patate al forno altrettanto!!! Finalmente delle patate al forno croccanti e non aventi quel retrogusto “dolciastro” che,a volte,mi è capitato di trovare. I miei amici hanno preso tagliatelle al ragù e bis di tortelloni e hanno detto che erano super buoni!!! Arriviamo ai dolci e qui vorrei scrivere un piccolissimo appunto ma che non vuole essere una critica ma un consiglio. La signora gentilissima che ha preso l’ordine iniziale,ci ha elencato i dolci e abbiamo preso una panna cotta e del mascarpone. Arrivati i dolci al nostro tavolo chiediamo conferma fossero quelli ordinati dato che,al momento dell’ordine,non era stato detto che la panna cotta venisse cotta nel rum e il mascarpone non fosse propriamente “liscio” ma con sopra una spolverata di cacao. Solo dopo il nostro dubbio ci è stato spiegato che la panna cotta viene cotta,appunto,nel rum e che il mascarpone viene servito di default così. Sono stati gentilissimi a dirci che se avessimo voluto avremmo potuto cambiarli ma dato che non vi era nessun problema particolare ce li siamo gustati con piacere! Erano strepitosi!!! Il mio piccolo consiglio è che sarebbe auspicabile sapere al momento dell’ordine questi dettagli soprattutto per chi è allergico o semplicemente potrebbe non gradire. Detto ciò,qualità prezzo nella media e complimenti per tutto!!

04/01/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio 60 compleanno gustando ottimo cibo con grande disponibilità di tutto il personale per le mie richieste! Tortelloni burro e salvia, tagliatelle al ragù, crescentine e tigelle con affettati,formaggi e friggione! Menù alternativo per i vegetariani! Nessun problema per il cagnolino che era con noi! Grazie ancora a tutto il personale e al gestore!

27/01/2025: An unexpected discovery. Invited by friends for an aperitif, I found myself in a truly old style place with a lot of personality, characteristics that are missing in today's places. The choice of beers is excellent, the friendly atmosphere adds a touch of warmth. Highly recommended.
