Everything was excellent. Flavors of yesteryear, and to finish, a tasting of unique and rare bitters. Giuseppe is a true host, welcoming and friendly.

More than a dinner, it's a journey through local cuisine. Drawing on the long-standing local culinary tradition, they've allowed for fun influences, but without spoiling the meal with excess. Well done: for sourcing quality ingredients and continuing a family business with passion. The mixed antipasti and, if available, a smoked fillet are a must. As a lover of bitters, we indulged in tasting several rare gems with the owner. One of my all-time favorite restaurants.

18/12/2025: An elegant and welcoming restaurant in Formia serving high-quality Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, featuring refined and beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, authentic ingredients. Many guests praise the delicious appetizers, flavorful first and second courses, and original pairings, as well as the extensive and carefully selected wine list. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is intimate and pleasant both inside and on the terrace. Excellent value for money considering the attention to detail and quality of the dishes. Reservations recommended!
