Managing and offering your own specialties isn't for everyone; it's a sales pitch, but also, and above all, an experience for the customer, who should leave feeling satisfied and fulfilled.
Jobotto is the right choice if you're in Cori.
Not to be missed.
Compliments to the excellent manager, the jewel in the crown of this restaurant.
First courses, second courses, side dishes, appetizers, even for celiacs.
The price was absolutely reasonable.
Everything is homemade with love.
Even the bitters.

I'd been hearing about it for a long time, but I never thought I'd have such an experience.
An incredible menu, narrated by an owner who captivated us from start to finish.
The dish that struck me most was the beef fillet with lard, served while it was still being smoked.
The first courses were also noteworthy.

This place was a real find for lunch. I had a half caraf of red wine, and they promptly brought me olives and toast soaked in a flowery olive oil. I ordered the raviolis with tomatoes - and rabbit cacciatore - both delicious!!! Based on the locals joining me this place is "can't miss"

I lived in Cori until 2009, but unfortunately I'd never been to Cori Alto, so I wasn't aware of this special place. Arriving on a cold, rainy day, they sat us down by the fireplace and served us an exceptional, steaming pasta and chickpeas. Followed by veal sirloin with puntarelle.

Good flavors, but the portions of the first courses were absolutely disappointing! I ordered the ravioli filled with eggplant and sweet gorgonzola, and they brought me 4 ravioli! You'll say 4 large ravioli, no, 4 normal-sized ravioli! My wife ordered the pici with ragù and pecorino cream, and the portion was the same, but insufficient. Okay, I think, that's the custom here in Cori... and instead, not even a bit: at a certain point, the two waitresses started their lunch, and I can't even begin to tell you what a huge amount of pasta they sloshed through!
