What is most striking is the excellent value for money with the highest quality ingredients and a very light pizza dough which makes even the richest pizza super digestible.. 18/05/2025: We were on 05/15/2025 in the evening for dinner after booking via WhatsApp, (and already there it said a lot about the seriousness of the owner) me and 4 other friends, too strong a welcome, the same kindness, typical of Romagna, we ordered crostini and gentlemen one better than the other, fried gnocco ditto, then we moved on to the first courses, 5 tagliatelle with ragù and gentlemen we had another round of tagliatelle, with SUPER COMPLIMENTS to the cook, the ragù was incredibly good, the pasta STRICTLY HOMEMADE was wrinkled so that the sauce goes right in there, no this bullshit that you find around, it felt like being at grandma's house on Sunday. The girl who served us was uniquely kind. Then the desserts, mascarpone with chocolate chips, amazing. The house delighted us with its bitters and company, the pistachio beyond all grace of God, VERY GOOD. At the time of the bill, a request was made to the Owner for payment both in cash and in cash, also there of an extraordinary courtesy. I sincerely hope that you complimented the cook and whoever created that sauce. As soon as I have the opportunity, I will bring my family to your restaurant to delight them with your products. Thank you very much to all of you.

05/06/2025: Very well-kept restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere in the center of the town. Very popular so I highly recommend booking in advance. As appetizers we tried the mix of vegetable tarts, very good and a tartare with fried egg amazing! Like a Florentine steak served with the hot plate aside to heat it up (it was very useful). For dessert an excellent apple clafoutis recommended by the very kind lady who served us. I give 4 stars because we wanted to share a slice of about 800g but, since it ran out, they offered us a Florentine steak (obviously more expensive) of similar weight. The weight was almost double, so the bill turned out to be decidedly salty. Having said that, excellent and quality food!

28/05/2025: Una joya escondida en Udine – ¡Una visita obligada! Tuvimos el placer de cenar en este maravilloso restaurante familiar en Udine, y fue realmente una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el momento en que entramos, nos recibieron con calidez y hospitalidad genuina que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Inmediatamente puedes sentir la pasión que esta familia pone en todo lo que hacen, desde los platos bellamente preparados hasta la selección de vinos cuidadosamente seleccionados. La comida era simplemente excepcional: fresca, sabrosa, y claramente hecha con amor. Cada bocado contaba una historia de tradición y dedicación a la calidad. La selección de vinos fue igualmente impresionante, con excelentes opciones locales que complementaron perfectamente la comida. Es raro encontrar un lugar donde te sientas como un huésped y parte de la familia, pero este restaurante logra ese equilibrio sin esfuerzo. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que visite Udine — este lugar es una verdadera celebración de la hospitalidad italiana y la excelencia culinaria.

26/04/2025: Amazing pizza the best I have had in Puglia and one of the best I had in Italy, very friendly owners and service I highly recommend you to try the Gourmet versions as they bring freshness to the taste of pizza! Also they can always modify the positions so it's vegetarian 🥰 One other thing worth mentioning is to order Panzerotti although not fritti they are the best!

11/05/2025: One of the best steaks I have ever eaten anywhere in the world!! The lightly salted Angus ribeye steak combined with the sweet potato fries is perfect. I can recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

27/04/2025: Bel locale nel centro di Matera, cibo locale rivisto da cuoco molto competente anche se un po’ alti i prezzi ma la qualità è alta. Però non è pensabile di mangiare in locale di questo livello solo sul tavolo senza una tovaglia di stoffa e nemmeno una tovaglietta di carta. Questo è fortemente richiesto, per cui do solo 4 di punteggio !
