24/06/2025: The classic arrosticini were good, the hand-cut ones I didn't like, arrosticini served without bread, beautiful panoramic view but outdoors with insects

20/06/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Family dinner with reservation. Locare located in a small village on the hill. Free parking in the nearby square. Possibility of eating both outside and inside the restaurant. Arrosticini cooked to perfection both classic and liver, never eaten so good in the area. Upon arrival a popular saying awaits you on the napkin, a very cute idea. We tried the fried cheese, very crunchy, really delicious, compliments because it was not greasy at all. The crunchy red onion really excellent. Very good desserts, I recommend the panna cotta with cooked must and the ratafià liqueur, you can't miss it when you arrive in Abruzzo. Friendly and helpful staff. Next year I will definitely return to try other traditional specialties.

14/07/2025: Siamo venuti esclusivamente per mangiare diversi tagli di carne. Il locale si presenta molto bene, moderno e curaro, personale gentile ed attento. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo ordinato tre tipologie e tagli di carne diversi sapendo che la produzione è interna. Delusione totale: ragnetto di bell’aspetto ma posso gustoso, costata neutra a livello di gusto con sapore estremamente tenue, controfiletto mediocre di bell’aspetto ma senza alcuna intensità gustativa. Considerando che si vantano di essere i professionisti della carne il livello è molto basso. Qualsiasi trattoria locale con il bracere la cucina meglio. Carta dei vini interessante con bellissima vetrina. Caffè imbevibile, nemmeno nei peggiori bar dell’est europa! Grandi potenzialità ma poca concretezza.

08/07/2025: Ein Steakhaus der Extraklasse, wo man es nie erwartet hätte. Coole Einrichtung, exzellentes Fleisch (so was kriegt man wirklich selten) aus hauseigenem Betrieb. Aber auch ein evt. mitreisender Veganer findet etwas aus der sehr guten Küche. Dazu gute Weine. Der Service aufmerksam und flink. Die Preise sehr fair. Nicht zögern, lohnt sich!

Local wines, Genepy grappa and homemade desserts (strudel, tiramisu, cheesecake) Friendly, fast and multilingual service (Italian, English, French) . An ideal inn for all seasons: perfect for winter lunches on the slopes and summer lunches immersed in nature A refuge-restaurant that combines an authentic atmosphere, tasty cuisine and an unparalleled view. The right place for a break at altitude, in winter and summer. September 2024 Historic refuge at Pian del Sole. You can get there by chairlift, by car and on foot. A short and healthy walk of about 3 km will take you to over 1500 meters. Up there you can enjoy a wonderful view. But above all the climate is fantastic in this period. You can start either from Campo Smith or from Fontana Giolitti (tough route). Courteous and friendly service. Good and well-made dishes. You can rent an umbrella and two deckchairs for €10. They have recently finished renovating the little house next door which they rent out both in the summer and winter.

23/07/2025: Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria da Donato was the place that left best memories and culinary experience though all the stay. As we didn't book a table we had to wait for available one but the staff were very reassuring and welcoming. As soon as the table was ready, we were asked if we liked the table. The staff went beyond a mile to make us feeling welcome and special. During the whole evening they were professional, friendly, helpful. The menu consists lots of dishes, starring from standard starters through more sublime ones, pizza, pasta dishes etc. Lots of dishes are sea-food based. Vegetarian options also available. The good wine selection and the staff is happy to recommend or pair some for you. Despite the restaurant was full, our meal was served promptly and prepared as we asked. The portions were very generous and the food was absolutely scrumptious! Best pasta with neapolitan ragù I have ever had, the pizza was great too! It's in top 3 of all pizzas during the stay. Great meal! The tiramisu was OK, not exactly what I expected but the coffee was great. The atmosphere of the place seems cosy and authentic, nice simple decor with Italian colours. Despite the place was buzzing, it didn't feel to crowded or too loud to talk.

23/07/2025: I had a truly wonderful meal. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and, above all, knew how to explain what you were ordering. I found the place clean, as were the tables and dishes. What surprised me most was that they undercharged me, not overcharged me like many other competitors do. They took 59 cents off my bill instead of adding 41. Great! The only problem, I'd say, was parking, but obviously we're downtown and it's not their fault. Prices are rising, but overall, they're average for other restaurants in the same category. Deserved 5 stars.

13/07/2025: A tavern with restaurant-style service, in a positive sense. A good selection of traditional dishes, beautifully prepared and plated. A very careful selection of wines at very reasonable prices. If you appreciate snails (a characteristic of Cherasco), this place is a must. The menu features fried snails with a green sauce and Parisian-style snails, expertly prepared with garlic. Upon request, five days in advance, you can sample the full snail menu. I highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: Excellent restaurant. Typical Piedmontese cuisine. Possibility of tasting menu and à la carte Super friendly staff and friendly and easy-going owner. We will be back! Everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert..the meliga biscuits offered were super!

04/07/2025: A very cozy restaurant with an original presentation of dishes. The stars with fish filling were simply fantastic))) I really liked the shrimps in tagine - spectacular presentation and delicate taste)) The only thing is that the scampi & gamberi were at room temperature - almost warm. I would like a lower temperature. And we had to ask the waiter several times for plates to taste new appetizers (The desserts and compliments from the chef were simply magnificent!))))

19/06/2025: Petra has great food! All very tasty, with a lot of freshness and a touch of extreme quality! There was nothing negative, from tartar to meat! Very attentive and friendly staff! Excellent quality wine!

17/07/2025: Locale carino ed accogliente sia per la sala interna che per i tavoli all'esterno. Personale cortese ed alla mano, menù molto vario con una gran varietà di cibi sfiziosi. Consiglio l'aperitoast, piatto ricchissimo do varietà di sfiziosita' con aperitivo alcolico a scelta ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio. Da uno a 10,consiglio 11!
