09/02/2025: I did a little bit of research to find a restaurant that specialized in local cuisine. This restaurant was not far from my hotel and it seemed like a reasonable choice. It was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Everyone that worked there was terribly helpful, especially considering my Italian is poor. They helped me select dishes that would give a good variety of the local food, plus as an added benefit they offer half portions which made it easier to choose more plates. I really can't recommend this place enough.

I have a small restaurant business in Fucecchio and today with my partner we came to visit this exquisite joker from Chianti.... I can only give 5 stars because no more can be given. ..because we had a great time...a very familiar atmosphere and high quality products...but in my humble opinion we are there in terms of quality for money...and then what can I say Gregorio, an excellent person...a little crazy but a great host together with his family... what can I say... Pupillo thanks and highly recommends this little corner of good food to everyone.

08/02/2025: My husband and I arrived in Milan about three hours before we were able to check into where we were staying on a chilly and rainy day - we spent all of that time here, eating some of the best food and drinking some of the best wine I have had in my life for less than half of what I would have paid at home. I think I'll remember the tiramisu for the rest of my life, it was so fantastic! The owner let us sit with all of our luggage and was very kind about our (frankly abysmal) Italian. I highly recommend this place!

03/02/2025: Walking around, wandering around, I find this wonderful establishment, homely, charming... with an aroma of delicious cuisine.... with a delicious menu on the blackboard.... I would have eaten all the dishes. The tiramisu is crazy, the pasta with fish is pure delight. A great glass of house wine and a delicious coffee. They made me feel at home. If you get lost in that place, don't hesitate... it's what you're looking for

25/12/2024: Nice pub with an interesting offer of beers. I haven't tried the cuisine so I'm not judging but in context I was well advised by the owner on the choice of beers. I hope to return to be able to taste the cuisine too. The background music was excellent, which accompanied our stay during the evening

17/01/2025: Everything absolutely perfect from start to finish. Room of modest size, but with excellent attention to every detail. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can best advise customers on the dishes and cuts of meat to choose from. Dishes prepared and served impeccably, beautiful to look at and excellent to taste. Definitely a guarantee.

08/12/2024: What can I say, excellent food, family welcome. We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday who is in a wheelchair and the owners supported him in everything. Furthermore, it was a day of rain and snow, the managers were concerned with a message to inform us of the road situation. It was a pleasure to have lunch in this wonderful place. Super super recommended.

27/10/2024: First of all, a wonderful place, quiet, with breathtaking views. There were 4 of us plus a 1 year and 3 month old girl. We only had lunch. The owners were very kind and helpful. With the appetizer I asked if they could immediately bring me the pumpkin soup for the little girl and it arrived promptly, they were careful to ask me if I wanted it with porcini mushrooms or without and they served it on a cute little frog-shaped plate for children. For the rest, the little girl tasted everything from our dishes. Delicious food, many compliments to the cook who also took the time to chat with us. Highly recommended place for courtesy, good food and an amazing view. Congratulations indeed.

12/01/2025: è un locale che conosciamo molto bene...ogni anno durante le nostre vacanze "toscane" costituisce un punto di riferimento gastronomico utile ed immancabile..... aperto solo a pranzo (peccato) propone piatti della tradizione toscana in un ambiente molto semplice ma paicevole e accogliente......porzioni abbondanti ben cucinate davvero in modo "casereccio"....personale affabile e presente......il tutto a prezzi da self service.........nulla da aggiungere........ah dimenticavo! i pici sono di una bontà ultraterrena!!!!!
