06/06/2025: Delicious, fresh and seasonal food, with proper service by the owner who has a stake in your meal and experience. Portions not too big, allowing you to enjoy a range of dishes and dessert if you choose, but still quite filling if you have a good appetite. Local-ish wines are available by the half-bottle which is convenient. (We had a tasting choice of the starters (this specific option was not on the menu but offered by the owner), the stuffed ravioli with eggplant, the seared tuna, and the ricotta-cinnamon-orange cake.) No terrace or outdoor eating, but the restaurant has an authentic (not commercial) Italian feel. This is not a touristy kind of place, but the menu has English descriptions below the Italian ones and the owner's English is good enough. Lots of regular locals come here, and the restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide though their prices are reasonable. Tip: Reserve your meal late in the day or you might find yourself eating alone in the small restaurant which may feel awkward. On a Thursday evening, locals started arriving at 20.00/8pm.

04/06/2025: I have been to this hamburger joint with my daughter who studies in Volterra. I found all the products to be of high quality and kindness from the owners of the place. I tried a sandwich made with rustic bread with oil with Cinta Senese hamburger, provola, caramelized onions and BBQ sauce, really excellent and then a piadina with chianti (that is, the wine is put in the dough) with porchetta, peppers, caciotta and mayonnaise, also very good and enjoyable, the potatoes cut at the moment and fried, very tasty as well as the sauces. The local red wine, poured from a small barrel containing a bag in box, is also good and sincere, excellent way to preserve the product. If you are in Volterra, I recommend the hamburger joint for a "quick" but tasty and quality meal, nothing to do with a fast food chain. only note, I would put warm light bulbs but that's my taste :-)

26/05/2025: The Maraffa Pub awaits you every day except Tuesday all year round along the western bank of the Canale Leonardesco of Cesenatico in a dream setting. Typically Irish with a wide selection of beers on tap in continuous evolutionary research, led by the unmistakable Guinness. Themed, informal and familiar environment thanks also to the professionalism and courtesy of its staff. Excellent dishes offered. Even the hamburgers are carefully prepared and release quality flavors that are never banal. With friends or family it offers pleasant evenings from 6 pm to 2 am. The bill in line with the drinks. Well done! Recommended!

28/04/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso La Casa nei Boschi, un agriturismo che riesce davvero a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Le camere sono pulitissime, curate nei dettagli e arredate con gusto, con una vista mozzafiato sulle dolomiti bellunesi che ogni mattina ti fa iniziare la giornata col sorriso. Il cibo è semplicemente delizioso: prodotti freschi, locali, a chilometro zero, cucinati con passione e genuinità. Ogni pasto è un'esperienza che racconta il territorio. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono i proprietari: accoglienti, simpatici, sempre disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Max, che con le sue mitiche cartine personalizzate ci ha aiutato a scoprire luoghi, sentieri ed esperienze su misura per noi. La sua conoscenza del territorio e la voglia di condividerla fanno davvero la differenza. Un posto da consigliare a chiunque cerchi relax, natura, ottimo cibo e un’accoglienza sincera.

28/04/2025: A corner of paradise surrounded by nature We had a wonderful stay at La Casa nei Boschi, an agriturismo that really manages to make guests feel at home. The rooms are spotless, with attention to detail and tastefully furnished, with a breathtaking view of the Belluno Dolomites that makes you start the day with a smile every morning. The food is simply delicious: fresh, local, zero kilometer products, cooked with passion and authenticity. Every meal is an experience that tells the story of the territory. But the real added value are the owners: welcoming, friendly, always available. Special thanks go to Max, who with his legendary personalized maps helped us discover places, paths and experiences tailor-made for us. His knowledge of the area and the desire to share it really make the difference. A place to recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, nature, excellent food and a sincere welcome.

04/06/2025: The chicken trappizino tasted really good, it was a perfect price-performance place. It was a good starter and snack place for Trastevere. Their aperols were also nicely prepared.

04/06/2025: Really different food experience. So tasty. I also did the wine tasting option here. It was 12 euro and included 3 wines. It was really enjoyable. It's great to have a place with good food and nice wine that stays open late. The staff were very nice also.

17/05/2025: Estamos en nuestro cuarto día viajando por Sicilia. Al llegar a nuestro alojamiento deambulamos por las calles de Marsala, buscando un lugar para comer. Después de haber pasado por varios restaurantes que casualidad en Oscia Restaurante, habiendo sido sentado por el camarero educado leímos el menú haciendo nuestras elecciones. Durante este tiempo me di cuenta de lo relajado que me sentía, el ambiente del restaurante era cálido, acogedor y rezumado de calma. Disfrutamos de la casa de color rojo, y nuestros dos principales, que eran deliciosos y calientes. (La comida caliente es una ventaja en estos días que encuentro) Luego seleccionamos el desierto, uno mejor descrito como un sándwich de gofres crujientes (waffle hecho con masa de cerveza) con un relleno cremoso. Para ser justos lo seleccionamos como un “realmente con cerveza” pero recomendaría este postre, no se dejen llevar por los ingredientes que tiene un factor sorpresa. La otra era una casita de naranja, las dos no dudaría en tomar de nuevo. Si volvemos a Marsala, no dudaría en volver a Oscia.
