16/01/2025: Nice, cheerful, non-intrusive and very knowledgeable staff. Excellent raw material prepared excellently by the kitchen staff. Chilling Tuscan Schiacciata, excellent cereal baguettes. The beverage offering in general is excellent. The themed evenings offered at various times of the year are excellent. The Oktoberfest evening was fantastic. Reservation is recommended. P.S. a particular positive note, and it's no small thing, goes to the cleanliness of the toilets. Congratulations 👏👏👏

29/12/2024: Finding fault with this place would be truly impossible. The clean, tidy and well-kept environment (the detail of particular importance was the bathroom, of impeccable hygiene!) goes perfectly with the quality of the genuine and enjoyable dishes, substantial, but not heavy. All crowned by a splendid view of the sea, with a background of very pleasant country rock music at an adequate volume. The staff are polite, friendly and competent and the service is very fast. Simply unbeatable quality/price ratio. Perfect experience, to do again and to tell ❤️

07/02/2025: The food and service were amazing at Vico Del Cuciniere. This restaurant was recommended by a foodie friend and when I asked for recommendations in Lecce, this was the only restaurant she listed. It is a beautiful space and the food tastes were creative and amazing. I had the ravioli and pork medallions and an out of this world, tiramisu for dessert.

23/01/2025: We stayed at the Fabbrini hotel during the Christmas holidays and everything was perfect. The polite and attentive welcome, the dining room and room staff prepared and attentive. The room was spotless and warm, we had asked for one with a balcony and we were satisfied. Breakfast, lunch and dinner always excellent and varied. 24, 25 and 26 December despite the more than doubled commitment for all staff, the service was not affected. 10 and praise to all. Thanks again, we will definitely be back

22/01/2025: We returned to this hotel after a few years because we had a wonderful time, what can I say, I confirm everything with great enthusiasm, starting from the helpful and attentive staff, the large and spotlessly clean rooms and the excellent restaurant, both for breakfast and for dinner. We had booked for 2 nights, but when checking out we added an extra night (so 3) because it was the Epiphany evening and a party was being organized for the arrival of the Epiphany, so we couldn't leave🤣.. .. very kind especially because they accommodated us even at the last minute (and saved us when the Befana gifts were delivered, a gesture of kindness that I won't forget) What can I say... We'll be back soon!! I highly recommend 🔝 Best regards

27/08/2024: Sono 24 anni che soggiorniamo in questa valle, e da allora almeno 2 volte nelle tre settimane di vacanza, andiamo con piacere in questa bella malga, è una famiglia gentilissima, i canederli (e in questi anni ne abbiamo mangiati tanti ed in diversi luoghi) sono i migliori di tutta la valle Aurina, come il tagliere misto. 20/01/2025: Visitamos esta trattoria propiedad de la familia por recomendación de nuestro anfitrión del apartamento y un largo tiempo residente de Firenze. La comida era deliciosa - nos encantó nuestro pici con ragu di cinghiale (la mano gruesa - pasta enrollada de la Toscana con un jabalí ragu) y osso bucco. Pensamos que el precio incluyendo 2€ por cabeza de coperto, MÁS 2€ por agua era un poco empinado, pero tal vez esto es razonable para Firenze.

03/02/2025: The view of the lake is beautiful and in this restaurant it seems that time has stopped. But in a positive way, you can breathe in the scents of the cuisine of the past. You feel at home. The food is of good quality and the staff are great. I went there for the first time with a friend of mine who already knew the place. But I would happily go back alone. Compliments

01/02/2025: We have been coming for years...varied menu...local specialties with porcini mushrooms (special escalope) and delicious pizza! Very kind owners, better to book if you go on weekends. the food is always excellent, I recommend the roasted porcini mushrooms and escalope with porcini mushrooms. This evening raw porcini salad, picked this morning. How delicious... I also recommend wild boar stew caccistora style.
