19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

06/09/2025: A magical, timeless setting, with modern and classic touches. The food exceeds all expectations; the chef takes you by the hand and leads you on a magical journey, thrilling you with every dish (I tried the 5-moves menu). The dining room staff is extraordinary; their helpfulness was almost surreal. These are the places that make Italy great!!! It's a shame there are only 5 stars, because this place deserves so many more!!!

10/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic restaurant with a warm, family atmosphere! The service is quick, genuinely friendly, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is outstanding! far better than the typical tourist spots nearby. Dining here truly feels like being welcomed to a family farm, complete with friendly dogs and other farm animals wandering around. All the ingredients are locally sourced, and their own wines are an absolute must try! they pair perfectly with the dishes. Do yourself a favor and book a table in advance! it’s always full, which says a lot about the quality. If you show up without a reservation, you’ll need a bit of luck to find a spot. We loved every bite, every sip, and the entire atmosphere. One of those places you’ll remember long after your trip. Highly recommended!

As a vegetarian I was super satisfied with the truffle-based menu. You can see that the owners are passionate about what they do! Go there and you won't regret it! 10/10

11/09/2025: Had I known this was the only place to get their specific items (we were just passing through and needed a quick stock up on some things) I would have spent more time here! The Boccioli di Aglio Orsino and the Ai Fungi Porcini are TO DIE FOR. I am so sad they don’t ship to the states, and will 100% be making sure I come back to the Dolomites and stop here. I literally have been having dreams about finding them in other places. Hopefully my dream will come true 🤞

11/09/2025: We had the tortelli alla lastra with pumpkin, potatoes, and pancetta. The dough was very good, but the only flaw was the filling (very generous with nutmeg and cheese)—at least for us—it tasted a bit sour, as if it contained vinegar. Otherwise, the prices were reasonable and the staff very welcoming.

21/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance. Discovered from the city walls, we were served wonderful pasta and felt completely at home. I've never had pasta with tomato sauce that was so perfect. Everything is lovingly served, a welcome from the kitchen, wonderfully delicious bread—everything is simply fantastic! We'll definitely be back! And thanks for the gelato tip—Momo's gelato was very, very delicious! Million thanks for everything!

17/09/2025: Business dinner at this restaurant near the Monfalcone marina. The restaurant is casual, simple, yet welcoming and well-appointed. Service is fairly quick, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The menu is displayed on a blackboard and explained once you're seated. It's varied and features typical seafood dishes. The dishes are excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The seafood is fresh and of excellent quality. The wine and grappa cellar is also excellent. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. Highly recommended.
