30/06/2025: Saturday June 28th I booked a table with 2 of my friends for 9:30 pm, at 9:30 pm the table was ready. Nice menu with many variations. Very good pizza, very high quality, efficient and fast service, also good and kind. What can I say, this Pizzeria is perfect, I recommend it.

21/10/2025: This was a great experience. We had a cocktail in the bar first - terrific negroni for me. We were able to enjoy our drinks and then move into the dining room. The room is lovely with a stunning roof fresco. We opted to go with the 6 course tasting surprise menu. There were extra little amuse bouche through the meal. The service was excellent. The main older man with the grey hair explained each dish very well and seemed proud of the food. We really liked him. The sommelier was very good too. We started with a local white wine and then went onto a red wine. Both were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It felt like a proper treat. I would recommend if you want a special meal in Bologna.

16/10/2025: Never to be forgotten…we have spent the past 4 weeks ‘living’ here in Bologna - visiting from Tasmania, Australia. Last night we came to I Carracci to celebrate both our 50th wedding anniversary and our combined 70th birthdays this year. From our first interaction with Simone, where we came in prior to ensure that we would have the correct dress code (as travellers), to the whole experience, we were blown away. The ambience of being seated in an historic room, served magnificent food (there was nothing that was not flavoursome nor so unique) and was topped off by being made to feel so special with a candlelit dessert decorated Buona Anniversario! 13/08/2025: I went there with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent dishes, prepared and presented with love and care. It was our first time at a home restaurant and it's an experience we absolutely recommend because we felt pampered from start to finish!

10/09/2025: Arrived here by chance, to escape the infamous autobahn grills. And what a pleasant surprise! A restaurant that may not look like much, but step inside. You'll be warmly welcomed, and you'll be delighted. Don't forget to try the Tiramisu before leaving.

12/10/2025: Excellent food. Prices seem a bit high at first glance, even for Champoluc, but considering the portions and quality, they're absolutely justified. The wine list is extensive. Congratulations!

12/10/2025: We slowly arrived at the Grange, smiling and a bit hungry. Was it late? No, just a little, nineteen seventeen by fate. The reservation said twenty-one, we thought, "What a lucky day!" But instead of bread, a smile, or a drink, a rather stiff and bland voice greeted us. "The kitchen is closed, we're not joking!" someone said, not even saying hello. No one told us, when making the reservation, that the wheel closes at nine. A real shame, it could have been fine, but the tone and the welcome ruined the scene. So the Grange, like a faded dream, leaves a somewhat... burnt memory.

14/10/2025: Historic restaurant. They serve excellent quality cured meats. They serve them without cutlery, with bread and accompanying sauces. The wine (a fairly wide selection) is served in bowls, just like in the old taverns of old. Recommended

11/09/2025: An old-world atmosphere, a stunning interior hall connected to the world of opera and Verdi. Excellent quality cured meats, cold cuts, sauces, and cheeses, and wine served by the glass. A beautiful place.

03/10/2025: Tastiest farmhouse pizza ever. Very flavorful pale ale from the in-house brewery. A perfect treat in the old town of Klausen!

23/08/2025: Excellent bakery! I didn't try the desserts, unfortunately, but they look inviting. The rotisserie, pizza, and bread are top-notch! I think they're some of the best fried foods I've ever had in a bakery—impressive! If you're ever in the area, a stop is a must!
