27/04/2025: I went to this pizzeria and I was really happy! The pizza was simply fantastic: the dough was very light and melted in your mouth. The ingredients were of excellent quality and put together created a great flavour. The service was also top, fast and very kind. I will definitely come back and I would recommend it to everyone!

24/04/2025: Credevo a Caserta città di aver provato tutte le top pizzerie , e non solo del centro, ma anche delle periferie e della provincia di Caserta . Ma mi sbagliavo , e spero di averne riscontro anche in futuro con le prossime visite. Ci sono stato a pranzo il giorno di Pasquetta, e sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto di tutto, gentilezza del personale, qualità della pizza , ingredienti, leggerezza tutto veramente delizioso . Il prezzo adeguato alla qualità . Veramente complimenti a tutto lo staff e ci rivedremo al più presto .

19/05/2025: One Sunday evening we decided to go and eat a pizza at this place that has recently been taken over by new management. Excellent pizza, nice atmosphere and excellent service. Oh, for those who want, they also serve hamburgers, really excellent (I've had them take-away a couple of times).

Cuisine savoureuse simple avec des produits très frais et de grande qualité. Pâtes aux truffes d'été (portion très généreuse de lamelles) à prix très doux. Conseils très professionnels sur le choix des vins également à prix très doux. Ambiance familiale très sympathique. Nous recommandons sans aucune restriction.

05/06/2025: Sometimes a glance is enough to understand that something is worth it. Walking around Rimini, we let ourselves be guided by the queue outside 3Bis: a continuous flow of people, but orderly, fast and intelligently managed. First you get the receipt, then you choose the flavour: simple, functional and above all quick. 👉 Top organisation, especially in a seaside town where ice cream is often a “quick stop”. Once you get to the counter, you find yourself faced with a wide choice of flavours, but what really strikes you is the appearance of the ice cream: creamy, compact, without those excessively “rubbery” textures of industrial products or prepared with the usual bases and semi-finished products. To the eye (and palate) you can perceive the true artisanal workmanship. 🍨 My experience: – The ice cream base is well made: creamy, balanced, without excess sugar or fake flavours. – Some flavors tend slightly towards a marked presence of cream, which for those who love more distinct flavors can be a bit invasive, but it still remains on a more than good balance. – The quantities served are just right: no skimpy “tasting” portions but not exaggerations that ruin the pleasure either. A perfect middle ground, which unfortunately is rarely found around. 💡 And an extra gem: I discovered that 3Bis is not only in Rimini, but also has locations in other cities and even abroad. A sign that there is a solid project behind it, but that has not given up on the original quality. ✅ In conclusion: One of the best ice creams I have tasted recently, not only in Rimini. Authentic flavors, artisanal workmanship, efficient service. If you are in the area (or happen to come across a 3Bis point elsewhere), stop by without hesitation.

21/05/2025: We are from the UK and stayed in Lido for 5 nights . This Restaurant is the Best, Great Food, excellent Service, Friendly Staff and reasonably priced. It has a nice atmosphere, lots of choice and we love the daily visitor The Blackbird.

21/04/2025: After dreaming about it so much, my partner and I go to Andreina. We have followed and esteemed the chef for some time, and therefore the expectations are very high, the emotion is great. Therefore I am very sorry to describe our experience in these terms: We start very badly with the service: we are brought a welcome bubble, we choose the "smoking" menu and decide to take a bottle. We ask which macerated wines are on the menu. Answer: not present. We ask for some Orange, answer: I can make you a juice. We understand that there is not what we are looking for and we choose the tasting of 3 glasses, asking for reds at this point. The first glass is brought to us without any interest in first understanding our tastes (perhaps the absence of coravin inhibits the pairing). A low-priced wine that we already knew and in our opinion not of very high quality. In the meantime, 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed, 2 glasses were brought to us without any plans or cutlery. We give some indication of our tastes for the subsequent wines and it goes a little better, but now we are resigned that the experience of wine will not entertain us as much as that of food. In fact, the service continues more relaxed from then on and the food is excellent, from the first course to the dessert. We really appreciate the guys in the room but above all the chef's humility in coming to the tables several times, his evident passion and above all the desire to share hard work and research with the diners, work that can be felt entirely. However, from a restaurant of this size and for the price paid, one expects excellent service and a sommelier attentive to making the drinking experience live which accompanies and enhances the taste experience. This, to my enormous regret, did not happen. Hoping that our criticism is understood in a constructive way, I highly recommend a Coravin (also because there are important labels on the menu while the glasses served for tasting disappointed us a little) and greater attention to service. We will continue to follow the chef's journey with esteem, but we will not return any time soon because for many, having this experience requires a considerable financial outlay and the experience was not up to par due to the service which I would define as "not very pampered".

07/06/2025: Mother and daughter served us warmly – super friendly and promptly. The food was delicious: Schlutzkrapfen, spinach spaetzle, delicious wine, and to top it all off, the best tiramisu we've had in ages. Highly recommended!
