Thanks to Martina and her fantastic cakes and to Luca and Matteo for their kindness and hospitality, which made our holiday at Agriturismo Il Corbezzolo an incredible experience!
The location is breathtaking, the rooms impeccably clean, and the splendid pool provided moments of pure relaxation.
The dinners, prepared with all local products, were excellent!
A dream place we will definitely return to ♥️

What a wonderful stay – absolutely everything it should be. Located in the green heart of Umbria, surrounded by peace and quiet and nature. The brothers Matteo and Luca are incredibly friendly and hospitable.
Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, but the real surprise was the dinner: a freshly prepared four-course meal every evening, cooked with love. Value for money? More than fantastic.
With a beautiful view and such a warm atmosphere, this is a truly unique find. We will definitely be back.

Everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious.
They also have a variety of (local) specialty beers in bottles.
25/08/2025: I went there on Friday evening with my partner, and I can say that we're always greeted with a smile and professionalism, always accompanied by the
friendliness of the staff...
The menu is mostly gluten-free, with dishes from appetizers to dessert also available for vegetarians and vegans.
In 2025, that's the minimum... but not a given.
Both Alice and I recommend the place.
PS: Remember to book because it's always FULL...

10/08/2025: I go to this place often and I must say I always eat very well, both the pizza and the appetizers, first courses, and meat-based main courses.
They also have a blackboard with the daily specials, including various fish options.
The prices are fair, and in the summer, being surrounded by greenery, it's always a pleasant place to be.

Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo.
Prezzi onesti per la qualità.
Servizio rapido e cortese.
Ottimo sconto con The Fork.

25/08/2025: I went to this restaurant last Sunday for my son's 18th birthday, as I wanted to give him his first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Upon our arrival, the chef greeted us, and we exchanged a few words, immediately putting us at ease. When I explained the reason for our lunch, he showed us around the kitchen, and we took a few photos with the entire team. I assure you, as a father giving a gift to his son, I was truly moved, as it was
truly special for him. Once seated, we chose the full tasting menu and asked for a wine recommendation, which we really liked.
The bread and breadsticks, all of which were homemade, were fantastic. Shortly afterward, the team called us back to the kitchen, where they let us taste a dish they were testing for the new menu. It was a very unexpected and welcome experience.
It would take too many words to describe the dishes. Let's just say they were all delicious, an escalation of flavors and textures that were fun and captivating. During dinner, we discovered the chef's Torino loyalty; we were in Turin to watch Juventus. As I write this review, Torino has taken a resounding thrashing from Inter. I hope this honest review can ease their disappointment over the defeat.
Jokes aside, thank you so much for everything. I will recommend it, and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

Comfortable atmosphere, attentive yet discreet and professional staff.
The chef's hospitality was excellent.
The food was perfect in every way...the Bavarian cream was fantastic. We could have tried two "decks" of Bavarian cream.

17/08/2025: Dinner with friends. Very nice place. We tried the blind menu proposed by the young chef Alessia and it was a revelation: respect for the raw ingredients with preparation and care of each dish... from savory to sweet, excellent combinations and pleasantly unexpected pairings... various consistencies created with technique and a lot of passion that is found in every dish: from the watermelon that looked like a carpaccio... to the cuttlefish with a reduction of its liver and Marsala: excellent! Nothing was left to chance: from the Entre'... raspberry and goat cheese cream puffs and a pappa al pomodoro, to name two that made us dream... to the breads all made in-house, absolutely worth trying!! Attentive service and an excellent wine cellar complete the experience that leaves a wonderful memory... a next visit soon.
15/08/2025: It's become a tradition for me to dine at this wonderful place every Ferragosto evening.
You can judge a restaurant by its bread: theirs is homemade, warm, and fragrant.
Each dish is prepared with the utmost attention to detail and the highlighting of every flavor.
The owner is incredibly professional and kind.
I can't recommend it enough!
P.S.: The best Americano I've ever tasted.

23/08/2025: We are a group of volunteers from the Equi Terme Ancient Crafts Association. Our stay at the Albergo Toscano was an incredible experience. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, refined, and with unique combinations of flavors and aromas—everything was truly delicious. The wine was excellent. All this in the wonderful setting of the center of Acquapendente! The staff were fantastic, both in welcoming us with a smile and in explaining the dishes to us. A big hug to all the staff, and we hope to return soon.
26/07/2025: Una splendida posizione, all'aperto in una piazzetta vicina alla piazza del Municipo. Cibo buono... accoglienza calda e servizio efficace. Erano pieni ma dopo aver fatto un giro del paese ci hanno trovato posto. C'era pure una classe di bambini delle medie ma i loro nervi erano sempre saldi... 😅

26/08/2025: We came here for lunch and absolutely loved it! The setting is beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. The homemade pasta was fresh, flavorful, and served in just the right portion. That worked out perfectly, because we had to try the desserts. They were the highlight: creamy, indulgent, and full of flavor, truly a little taste explosion to end our meal. A fantastic lunch or dining spot.
