Osteria Borgoluce is a refined restaurant on the hills above Susegana. Borgoluce is also the name of the eponymous farm that produces wine and other products, seemingly minimizing waste. Their every activity is part of a virtuous cycle that is important to me because I am a responsible biologist as well as a foodie. They produce honest food and wine among fields and lush woods, optimizing livestock and crops. Emanuela, the restaurant manager, welcomed us very graciously with two glasses of the farm's own sparkling wine. We sat at a cool outdoor table with the sun setting over the woods. Dinner then began in the beautiful building, in a private and elegant room. For dinner, we opted for two glasses of the house's sparkling rosé. The trio of chicken, meatballs, saor, and chicken liver pie on crostini was excellent. The fried mozzarella was also well prepared. The fried veal with vegetables was delicious. The suckling pig was special. The sorbets were artisanal, original, and unconventional. So, kudos to the chef and his assistants. We're grateful to the company for the taste in every sense.

What can I say!! It's a wonderful place, where everything is perfect!! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff is very friendly, professional, competent, and fast. The dishes are prepared like works of art with excellent quality ingredients. An osteria, which I would describe more as a restaurant, that I highly recommend for celebrating any event!! A place to return to!

I've eaten at this pleasant osteria on several occasions and have always had a great time, whether as a couple or in a group.
The location is beautiful and nestled in the green hills of Susegana.
The atmosphere is refined and comfortable, and the service is, in my opinion, impeccable.
The food and drinks are high-quality and almost entirely homemade.
I highly recommend it and give it a well-deserved 5 stars.

Fried buffalo mozzarella, I could eat a tray of it. Sliced rare, perfect, perfectly cooked, and served piping hot. The wines, as always, were exceptional. Excellent service despite not having booked and the place being packed both inside and out.

We organized lunch for my daughter's first communion and had a wonderful time. Excellent organization, thanks to Mrs. Emanuela for her patience with us. The food? Excellent: 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, a second course, and a freshly made dessert. The location in the Susegana hills is breathtaking. Also recommended for groups and special occasions.
