We went for a romantic birthday dinner and also booked a room in the guesthouse. From the website it is not clear that the guesthouse is far from the restaurant, otherwise I would not have booked, since the idea was to enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner and wine and not have to take the car to go home. In any case, although at first glance the staff seemed more ironic than interested in solving the problem, except for our lady at the table who brought us a business card with a map to explain the way, we stopped for dinner. The food and wine are of good quality, the restaurant is simple and welcoming, the view is splendid, I suppose, but it was foggy, the price is that of a restaurant, not an osteria, but one would happily spend it if the service was attentive (some dishes were summarily reheated for example) . Once we left, with the navigator losing the connection because the phones both had poor reception, the 15 minute drive to get to the guesthouse (we come from Venice and arrived in 40 minutes) became 25. Okay, let's laugh about it. When we arrived the guesthouse, a very nice location, was closed, no one opened the door when we rang and there was no answer when calling. When they called us back they told us that they thought we had been contacted by an imaginary colleague who should have informed us that they would arrive in another 15 minutes. We left their restaurant, we had our colleagues before our eyes and no one said anything. Precisely it was 9pm, not the middle of the night. As if in a flash I thought that during the booking phase on the phone I had been told that they were full on Sundays and that therefore they would give me not a double but a twin with single beds so as not to have to join them and then separate them... right then and there I It seemed like they had eliminated the problem at its root. Series of unfortunate events can happen, surely the kids will improve. There is a need for better empathy and communication to the customer and to each other. Good luck!

Splendid restored farmhouse in the hills above Susegana. I ate really well: 0 km products, since they own a farm nearby. Young, helpful and trained staff. Adequate price. We will definitely be back as soon as the weather gets warmer to enjoy an outdoor lunch. Well done!

Pranzo domenicale, fin dall'inizio siamo stati accolti in modo cordiale, il personale ci ha consigliato sulla scelta del menù, abbiamo apprezzato i prodotti freschi di loro produzione. Ci torneremo!

Buon ristorante dove poter mangiare piatti semplici ma preparati in modo ricercato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per i vini, la carta non è molto vasta ma sufficiente per accompagnare il pasto piacevolmente.

Sempre una garanzia, ci torniamo ogni anno il 1 gennaio per una pranzo tranquillo senza troppa gente, cibo sempre di alta qualità e personale gentilissimo.

Ci è stato consigliato per una cenetta in tranquillità questo posticino delizioso e se non fosse che purtroppo abitiamo lontano torneremmo molto spesso! Abbiamo ordinato due tagliate di manzo con patate al forno e un contorno di verdure. Posso solo confermare che è nella semplicità dei sapori che si comprende realmente quanto la materia prima fosse di altissima qualità: verdure freschissime, carne morbida e cotta al punto giusto. Il ristorante è molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli così come il personale super disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo arrivando da una degustazione di vino poco prima non abbiamo assaggiato nulla, ma abbiamo notato felicemente che le bottiglie esposte erano per la maggiore docg, un’ottima pubblicità e tutela per il territorio che offre così tanta buona uva! Davvero un bel posto, situato tra i colli sopra Susegana, dal quale si può godere di una bella vista. L'interno del locale è ben curato, in stile moderno. La qualità dei piatti, e la loro preparazione estetica, è degna di nota. Ottimo anche il servizio. Insomma, mi sono trovato molto bene. Spero di poterci tornare in primavera/estate, in modo da mangiare fuori all'aperto e godermi il panorama.
