Assirto In

Grazie, danke, and hvala! An unforgettable evening. We stumbled upon Assirto by chance and left as fans. The food—we had salt cod, anchovies, tuna, and Iberico pork—was truly excellent. Really, really excellent. The dishes have a story, everything is well thought out, yet feels very relaxed. The hosts are fantastic. Point one—and this is for everyone who loves traveling to Italy but, like me, hasn't yet learned Italian—they speak German. They also speak a little Croatian, which is extremely surprising but incredibly charming. As a guest, you're in good hands, multilingually speaking. More than that, it's simply a wonderful experience. The love for detail and the products they offer is palpable. The service is excellent, the atmosphere in the small restaurant is great, and you don't just get delicious food, you also get—and yes, this might sound cheesy, but it's true—something for the soul. To make a long story short: Go and be enchanted! It's worth it!

An exceptional evening in a splendid setting! We dined at Assirto and the experience was simply perfect from start to finish. The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared and explained in detail by the hostess, who speaks at least three languages. We were recommended an extraordinary wine, which paired divinely with each course. A special mention goes to the extreme kindness of the couple who run the restaurant: they do everything themselves, both in the kitchen and in the service, with a passion and care for their guests that is rarely seen. A true gem in Moneglia. We will definitely be back!

A delightful story about what is on the menu. Told with passion. Then it comes to the wine, and you receive an enthusiastic explanation about that as well. Had a delicious meal and enjoyed the passion that goes into it.

A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it. What can I say? If you're looking for something different from the usual restaurant, this is the perfect choice. The owners are very friendly and explain the menu and wine pairings, and the dishes are unique but very good. We went twice during our stay in Moneglia. The menu is revised annually. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area. The menu is very simple: a fixed-price menu, a welcome appetizer, and a choice of first course, second course, and dessert.

Furthermore, the service (sitting at the table together) is a special treat. In short, Assirto is a place where delicious food and wine combine with excellent service. I was at this restaurant tonight and was truly impressed. It was a delightful experience, almost like being a guest at a friend's house for dinner. The menu includes a two-course meal for €45. The selection is deliberately limited, but each dish is thoughtful, well-executed, and truly delicious. The portions are generous, so the price is fully justified by both the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. Special praise also goes to the wine selection: the one recommended to us was a real discovery. Even my girlfriend, who doesn't usually drink wine, really appreciated it. I congratulate Luca and Alexandra for their expertise, passion, and the quality of the experience they provide their guests. This is a place we will definitely return to.

Best resturant I've been to in a long time.

The food was incredible and while I dined alone, I felt like I was with friends as they explained the menu and checked in between. Every dish was decadent and I could not recommend this place enough. Edit - I came back the next night and had an equally amazing time - Alexandra and Luca are true gems!

Assirto is a rare gem. From the old-world atmosphere to the friendly and expert service, everything is thoughtfully designed. I tasted the best dish I've ever eaten (duck), and it was so impressive that I kept thinking about it for days afterward! We'll definitely be back.

For starters, you absolutely must try the tripe – a true culinary delight. The Iberian pork and the octopus are both divine. We felt very comfortable; it was like dining with friends. The wine pairings were excellent! Thank you!
