The friendliness and courtesy of a (I believe) small family business. The food is carefully prepared and excellent, with amazing ravioli and tagliatelle that speak volumes and are a testament to "LadyChef Maria." Let's avoid the defeatists and... 👍ITALIA THE FIRST (except for a few crooks) in food and courtesy.

12/10/2025: It's been years since I've been back, but they're always top-notch. Sincere compliments. The food is like it used to be, the atmosphere is honest, the service is exceptionally friendly, and they even let my dog ​​in despite the ban. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent, the fried lamb and goat are excellent. These places are sacred and must be preserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

11/10/2025: Spotlessly clean, spacious, extremely friendly staff, and excellent, plentiful cuisine. Located near Cerreto Laghi, I'd say it's a must-visit if you want good food at more than fair prices. Ample parking. Upon returning a month later, my first impressions were more than confirmed. Domenico's professionalism and courtesy in serving are exceptional qualities that make you regret leaving; the home-cooked cuisine remains superb.

05/10/2025: We went tonight for the first time and were truly impressed! The food was divine: perfect combinations of flavors and textures, dishes crafted with attention to every detail. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive. A truly impeccable experience in every way!

05/10/2025: We had dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait was almost non-existent; as soon as they took our plates away, the next one arrived immediately. We had a cheese platter as an appetizer, along with a fillet of beef with green peppercorns and wild boar cheeks with mashed potatoes. Everything was DELICIOUS, no complaints at all; we enjoyed the dinner until the last bite. The desserts were also truly delicious. Truly excellent value for money! Highly recommended 🤩 We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

29/09/2025: We come here every year; the rooms are simple but very clean. The food has always been good, both morning and evening. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The spa and sauna area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax after a busy day.

26/09/2025: Our mountain vacation was simply wonderful! We spent 4 days (3 nights) at the Hotel Lupo Bianco, and both my husband and I fell in love with it: we returned home with full hearts and the desire to stay longer. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the young and very kind owner, who immediately made us feel at home. Shortly afterward, we also met her mother, the former owner, who told us the hotel's wonderful history, spanning over 60 years: a detail that makes this place even more special. The rooms are spotless, and the view of the mountains from our terrace was breathtaking. The food… spectacular! Every dish was so good it was a shame not to finish it. A huge thank you to the chefs with their golden hands. The dining room staff was also impeccable: everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special thanks goes to Ion, the waiter, who looked after us with truly rare kindness and warmth. During our first few days, he also gave us helpful tips about the area, making us feel even more at home. The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by nature and convenient for exploring on foot or by cable car. Every day we discovered new views and never tired of walking. We spent wonderful days, hiking and enjoying unforgettable, picture-perfect views. We will definitely return as soon as possible. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, in a place that's more than just a hotel, but a true mountain home where you can feel part of a family.

29/09/2025: It may have been my impression, but because I'm not Italian and I was alone, I wasn't served like everyone else. A young man arrived after me and was served first. Another Italian family also arrived later and received their dishes, while I waited. The order took a long time. When it arrived, the salad was missing. I ordered it, and it arrived. I ordered gnocchi with tomato sauce and basil. The service could have been better; you could count the gnocchi. Despite that, the texture and flavor were good. My last dinner in Milan. I didn't leave satisfied.

07/10/2025: I was a guest at a wedding. Leaving aside the incredible beauty of the venue, which you can already see in the photos, I wanted to compliment the service! I've never seen a venue with such organization. The staff was perfectly coordinated; the head waiter seemed to be conducting an orchestra during service. The waiters were always kind and helpful, and the food was exquisite. The menu changes were handled with great precision, which is not a given. The entertainment and music were always spot on. Every moment was carefully planned, and the staff was able to deliver excellent service despite, as is often the case at weddings, many guests absenting themselves during the course of the meal. One guest asked to prepare baby food for her baby, and within minutes, she was already at her table—this is also not a given. I also saw the bride looking very relaxed; you made her live a true dream! Update: While I was writing this review, I was still at the event. The waiter approached to ask if anyone wanted a cannoli filled on the spot, and I replied that I'd prefer to wait for the gelato. After a few minutes it was served to my table... He had remembered my answer and took care to bring it to me before it ran out... Man, what can I say, I almost got emotional... Congratulations, I hope to be able to attend many more events in this wonderful place!

30/10/2025: This restaurant is only penalized for its location, but it's worth traveling a few kilometers from Trapani to try the excellent mixed grill at Casetta di Buseto Palizzolo. Family-run, welcoming atmosphere, and convenient parking. I highly recommend it!

03/08/2025: Spectacular job from everyone in the restaurant. Friendly and smooth service, creative dishes and flavours really to the point! Expect to try really fresh food, nice combinations of flavours and textures, really nicely presented. It was the best dinner experience in Sardinia, and everything felt fresh and healthy. We tried four different dishes and two desserts and everything was really memorable! High class cuisine! I don't think you can go wrong with any choice, because everything we tried was really worth it and I would order it again. Thank you everyone and keep up the amazing job you are doing!

31/07/2025: I think overrated, it is a pity there is no tasting menu anymore as it would be more reasonable considering price and portion correlation. Price/performance is pretty low to me. The menu is also chaotic i.e. Not clear to understand starter or main course. Waitresses should be more attentive to explain and guide through the plates.

The appetizer was excellent with cured meats and sgabei, the polenta with mushrooms was amazing, and the onion jam was simply fantastic... Then to finish, a tiramisu made on the spot that was a dream... We'll be back soon...
