06/06/2026: Good value for money and a great location, small but functional rooms, top-notch reception and housekeeping.

03/06/2026: One of the worst experiences in years. The room was filthy... The only clean thing were the sheets. We paid €99 for stained curtains, a super stained fabric lamp, and an extractor fan full of dust, with dust everywhere except the bed. The first room had broken parquet flooring. We tried to sleep, but in the next room they had put a couple with a crying baby. Then, after we complained, since we were the only two rooms on a completely empty floor, they changed our room. The second room also had a cobweb above the headboard and the same flaws as the first (but at least the floor wasn't broken). I went down to reception twice and there was no one there. I had to call on my cell phone because the lady was always serving tables in the restaurant. It was a terrible experience for us... and we're not picky. It's a thousand times better to sleep outside in a sleeping bag. I recommend something else! Walls that have never been painted have scratches from years ago.

04/07/2026: Terrible experience. I asked for a pizza from their menu, but they clearly didn't have all the ingredients. Instead of telling me and allowing me to choose something else, they did their own thing. I only discovered once I opened the box at home that the pizza wasn't the one I'd ordered. I'm sure it wasn't a misunderstanding or mistake. They weren't overworked, quite the opposite. I should also point out that I could have been allergic to what was added. I really don't understand why they would behave this way.

20/04/2026: I had a great time. The owner was very kind and helpful. The pizza was very good. I reheated it in the pan the next day and it was still fragrant and tasty. Very good.

05/05/2026: Great place. IF IT WERE NOT for the fact that they don't update their closing times on Google, you'd make your way there, arrive, thinking it's open, and then find a fantastic marker sign that says "Closed Tuesday," but on Google it should have been open. Thanks.

23/03/2026: Excellent, the service and food were truly top-notch. We return every summer.

10/05/2026: Today I went to get a cup of ice cream and was denied payment by debit card because they wouldn't turn on the card just for one cup. I had to leave without the ice cream because I didn't have any cash with me. I reported the matter to the appropriate authorities because I've seen it happen several times before.

10/05/2026: If you want a cup of ice cream and don't have cash, they won't give it to you. The lady told me twice when I showed up, "We won't turn on the POS for two scoops." I'll leave you to decide.

11/08/2026: Great food, service and the best "Old Fashioned" in Italy

10/08/2026: After waiting for more than 15 minutes, we requested service at the counter and were told to wait for the staff to arrive at our table. A young waiter also pointed out to his colleague taking orders that we'd been waiting a long time (and the tables that arrived after us had already been served), but she ignored us and left us waiting again. We got up and left, so I'm not commenting on the food or ambiance, but it was a huge disappointment. Service and courtesy are the first thing to remember. Having worked in the industry (both as an employee and as a co-owner), I recommend the waitress change her job. If there's an owner present (other than the waitress), I recommend supervising/training the staff properly.

15/02/2026: Unfortunately I have to add to other negative experiences. Very kind staff but unfortunately without the slightest preparation. The menu list is already sparse, we order for 4 and they don't have 4 dishes in the kitchen, crazy! We almost have to make do with what is "left in the fridge" and it's Saturday evening, Valentine's Day! Biblical waiting times, portions that wouldn't even feed a 1-year-old child, to satisfy our hunger we order the puntarelle which they tell us they have plenty of but unfortunately they didn't bring it to us 😱. Terrible wine! All desserts obviously from the freezer. Finally at the checkout, 5-star restaurant prices! We feel robbed and scammed! A TERRIBLE experience!!

24/01/2026: Worst dinner of my life. It's hard to list all the negative things that happened during the evening. The wait staff does their best; I don't blame the girls, but whoever sent them into the fray without teaching them the ropes. Of all the dishes we ordered (6 people, 2 dishes each), 2 were edible. Both the meat and fish tartare were insignificant, the cacio e pepe pasta was clearly reheated, the gnocchi with mussels and saffron were floating in a primordial broth, the octopus and burrata had an ambiguous smell, and the radicchio risotto was so tasteless it tasted like oatmeal and water. The Roman-style artichokes, which were passed off as a side dish, turned out to be artichokes in vinegar, which was frankly unacceptable. I hate to write negative reviews, but I think it's a matter of fairness towards future diners. The only positive note: the risotto and artichokes weren't included in the price. Paid 36 euros each with 1 bottle of wine and 4 proseccos.

27/06/2026: Beautiful spot on the beach, overlooking the lighthouse. The bar prices are lower than those in some places on the main avenue, the atmosphere is priceless, and the cocktails are well-made! Recommended for breakfast too! The staff is young, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant offers a good value for money; everything is very good, with generous portions and gluten-free options. We returned to this beautiful restaurant for dinner again this year, and I still don't understand the negative reviews. This place is a cut above the rest of the restaurants in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The prices are slightly higher than those on the main avenue, but the quality of the food and service is much, much higher, not to mention the unique atmosphere! Very good, we'll definitely be back! We'll definitely be back!

20/06/2026: A beautiful little restaurant by the sea, adjacent to the port and a small public beach. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant, but we had the immense pleasure of trying the aperitif. The staff was very courteous and professional; I especially thank Sebastian for his great friendliness and expertise behind the bar!

02/08/2026: We ate the worst spaghetti of our lives here; Grandma's sauce tasted exactly like an opened can of corned beef with a little oil added. They also automatically bring you bread, for which you then have to pay an extra 4 euros... tough luck... The toilets are dirty and some are broken... I've never seen such a filthy mirror in a restaurant before...
