15/07/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to leave a negative review, even though I've always had a good experience at Pasticceria Clochiatti. This isn't the first time I've heard complaints about the freshness of the products—more than one person has reported unpleasant incidents, such as packaged products served even though they were two months past their expiration date—and today, unfortunately, I had the opportunity to personally witness the situation. I came in for a simple coffee and a pastry for my son and me. The dessert featured clearly not-so-fresh fruit on top of the cream: the peaches were mushy and had clearly visible rotting spots. I politely pointed this out to the owner, but she curtly replied, "It's not true" and that "the pastries were made today." She was unwilling to listen or verify, just defensive. I approached the cashier and tried again to explain the situation, even suggesting we try the fruit, only to be told, "I don't have a sensitive stomach." A statement I honestly found inappropriate. I paid the full bill anyway, but I definitely won't be returning. It's a shame, because a business is judged also—and above all—by how it handles criticism and respects its customers.

03/11/2025: I stopped by this restaurant, which also has a bar, around 2 PM with my partner, to grab a bite to eat. I saw the window was empty and sad, so I asked if it was possible to have a toasted sandwich or even a simple sandwich. The lady behind the counter rudely told me no, she could make a sandwich, but emphasized "small." I asked if she had cooked ham because I'm pregnant, and looking up, she said only prosciutto and ossocollo (which I can't eat). I told her that unfortunately I couldn't eat both and if we could get something from the restaurant. She told us she'd have to see if there was anything left, but she didn't know. At that point, we left without a chance to eat. It seemed like we were bothering her when we just wanted to have lunch and bring in some "money" like normal customers; she obviously prefers not to work! Terrible behavior, I totally advise against it!

Falstaff rating for Agriturismo 🍴 A second glass of wine that had been ordered was refilled by the waitstaff into the still-empty glass. Absolutely unacceptable. The food quality was very good.

21/03/2026: A very nice family hotel. Excellent location 300 meters from the Zoncolan cable car station. The hotel is fully equipped for ski trips. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms, a professional ski room, a large swimming pool, saunas, a jacuzzi, a gym, and delicious cuisine.

14/02/2026: When entering the hotel, there is a smelly sewer smell. This is typical of all rooms, the most unpleasant in the stairwell. The reception was nice, although there was no contact during the week. The rooms on the 4th floor are extremely smelly. Used, dirty and smelly carpet inside and outside. The room is dark, the mini balcony is in front of a chimney. Smoke comes in when ventilating. The bathroom is moldy. There is an unusable, dirty sunken bathtub in the room, but why. There is no space in the closet for packing, only for 1 person. The restaurant chair covers are dirty. The restaurant (and bar) staff are jerks, arrogant, and pompous. The food is ridiculous, they skimp on portion sizes. Breakfast is the same every day for a week. Bad quality sausages, scrambled eggs (only made on request if they run out). Bad quality cut. The cheapest ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. It ran out after 3 days. They said there was no more... Instead of Nutella, the cheapest Nutoka cream is a huge disappointment for children in Italy. The stench of the hotel has seeped into the clothes. The staff, the attitude and the atmosphere are a shame and disgrace. NEVER AGAIN LA PERLA. It doesn't deserve a single star

12/10/2025: I asked for information on a quality product from our Friuli region. I was given the wrong answer the first time, walking in a hurry, and the second time with my back turned after specifying that it had a different origin. Come on!

26/08/2025: Very close to the beach, the bar is cute and welcoming. The waitress was friendly. It's a shame they didn't have the pancakes we wanted to try (the batter ran out from the weekend), but I settled for a yogurt bowl with bananas and strawberries. It was small for the price (€5.90) ​​but refreshing, even though it was missing some ingredients like the chocolate chips. I also ordered an iced matcha latte with strawberry. What I got was a slop with industrial strawberry syrup, brownish matcha that didn't taste like matcha, and a layer of milk that didn't even mix with the rest. Unfortunately, it was undrinkable! For €5.00, the strawberries should at least be fresh and made on the spot, and the matcha should taste like matcha (either too little was used or it wasn't good quality). I'm speaking from having tried quite a few; in fact, this drink has been available in Milanese cafes for a while. Before suggesting the latest trends, it would be best to test them out! It's a shame, because I've been wanting to try their breakfast options for a while!

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult. Information: The lunch menu consists of dishes priced at €0.

20/01/2026: After browsing the various menus in the area online, we opted for this place. They seated us in a room with the lights still off at 7:30 PM (which was surprising, considering the kitchen was supposed to close at 10:00 PM). We were served the menus, and when we asked for clarification, we realized they weren't the ones published on the website (we had chosen the place specifically for what the menu offered). We were told the menu was updated seasonally (on the website, it was dated 10 months earlier). Okay, let's order. I ordered tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, but when they were served, I already knew they'd only seen wild boar in photos; it was sweet and pale, almost certainly beef. I asked the waitress if she was sure it was wild boar, so she went to the chef to ask. He came back and told me it was wild boar, and that it was sweet because of the tomato. By then, I'd eaten, and I told her that despite her excuse, I was certain it was beef. We went to the counter to pay, and the chef (I assume also the owner of the place) showed up and showed me the traceability certificate. I told him that the paper peeled off the original packaging could have come from anywhere, and that I knew wild boar. Ultimately, I absolutely do not recommend the place. P.S. Only later did we learn that there had been a change of ownership, so here's the menu on the website—not just a seasonal update.

02/01/2026: We went in to ask for a table and were told to wait five minutes for them to set it up, but after 20-25 minutes we still hadn't been served. It would have been better to immediately say there was no availability (or be honest about the wait time) and there would have been no problem.

25/06/2025: Very nice service, smiling gentleman, you can see that he likes what he does and does it very well. At the very beginning I will point out that as a driver I had the opportunity to eat kebabs in various places, but it rarely happens that when I ask for a spicy sauce it really is spicy. Here, however, you can feel this spiciness in an exquisite way. Piadina kebab is simply heaven in your mouth, perfectly baked, ingredients selected in the right proportions 🤤 nothing falls out on the floor while eating 👏 Tasty, at a good price Pizza 🍕 delicious, I only took a slice and it was worth it 🤤 Panino kebab I will try tomorrow 🫶🏻 I will definitely come back, thank you and best regards

08/06/2026: The food was very good but the service was very bad: 1) no wine list was provided and we were not asked which one we wanted, 2) my partner's main course was served during the starter, 3) the waiter wanted to take the dessert order while I was having my main course, 4) The dessert, which was supposed to be gluten-free according to the menu, turned out not to be, 5) the bill was drawn up incorrectly, namely €20 too little, after which a waiter ran after us down the street to come back and pay the rest.

30/05/2026: We discovered it by chance in March. Even though it wasn't very crowded, we ate very well... which is not a given in restaurants during the low season. A beautiful place just steps from the sea. Impeccable service and dishes prepared with attention to every detail. A well-trained staff... courteous and very kind... everyone smiling and ready to satisfy every request. Definitely worth returning.
