24/08/2025: I've been to this club several times, and all the drinks I've received have always been almost entirely non-alcoholic, with almost no alcohol. This evening, before we went in, we had a bottle of 20% alcohol between us, and the bodyguard wouldn't let us in because, in his opinion, people who drink like this (I repeat, three people for a very low-proof alcohol that wasn't even finished) ruin the place when people drinking inside risk ending up in an alcoholic coma from drinking at the tables. After doing so, he took the bottle and poured it on the floor to make fun of us. I want to point out that an artist was performing that night, so the club was full, and the real reason they didn't want us in was that they let 15-year-olds in and people who even started a fight (we spent taxi fares for nothing). Get rid of those bodyguards who put on airs and act like big shots because they don't do anything good for the club or the customers.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered pizzas at 9:20 PM and they closed at 10:00 PM. I never got a response and I never received the pizzas.

22/09/2025: I'm delighted to update my review because they truly deserve it. I continue to order pizzas from this pizzeria. I've tried so many different ones (my favorite is the Fantasy), and each one is better than the last: the dough is well-leavened, soft, and flavorful, and most importantly, it doesn't stick to your stomach. The kebab is also delicious, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that make you want to return. I recommend the homemade kebab sandwich. The staff is friendly, approachable, and very welcoming, always available to offer advice with a smile. A genuine welcome that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying them if you're looking for quality and courtesy!

18/11/2025: I recently visited the Pilsner Urquell pub in Udine, Italy, and was quite disappointed. Initially, I ordered a large beer, but was served a standard-sized portion in a wine glass—about 0.3 liters. When I ordered another one, I did receive a larger size, but the waiter didn’t inform me that they had changed the type of beer. This lack of transparency was quite frustrating. Overall, it was not the experience I was hoping for.

12/10/2025: Always a delight. Excellent pastries, superb croissants, and very friendly service. In October, only open Saturdays and Sundays.

12/08/2025: Good bread, we especially like the crispy ciabatta. They also sell brioches, donuts, doughnuts, etc. The price is a bit high for both the bread and the brioches (€1.80). There's no bar and no tables.

08/10/2025: I may be biased, but after four years of visiting, they're always reliable: clean and tasteful rooms in their minimalist style; dinner at the trattoria was pleasant, with good food and attentive service. I always gladly return, even if it's not the Ritz. Value for money. Congrats

25/01/2026: Nice place, very good pastries for me, service could use some work, lots of people who obviously don't communicate well, no one is permanently at the cash register, etc. My cappuccino was scalding hot with very little foam, but I think that was more a matter of rushing and disorganized service than anything else. I'll be back and I wish them all the best and encourage them to reorganize a bit.

02/01/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The service was very disappointing and the staff was rude, especially one blonde woman with short bob hair, who behaved unprofessionally.

20/09/2025: Today we had three cockerels with grilled vegetables. Our friends came over and, when they tried the cockerel, said they'd never eaten such a good cockerel in their lives. Kudos to the cucco! WELL DONE!!!

15/07/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to leave a negative review, even though I've always had a good experience at Pasticceria Clochiatti. This isn't the first time I've heard complaints about the freshness of the products—more than one person has reported unpleasant incidents, such as packaged products served even though they were two months past their expiration date—and today, unfortunately, I had the opportunity to personally witness the situation. I came in for a simple coffee and a pastry for my son and me. The dessert featured clearly not-so-fresh fruit on top of the cream: the peaches were mushy and had clearly visible rotting spots. I politely pointed this out to the owner, but she curtly replied, "It's not true" and that "the pastries were made today." She was unwilling to listen or verify, just defensive. I approached the cashier and tried again to explain the situation, even suggesting we try the fruit, only to be told, "I don't have a sensitive stomach." A statement I honestly found inappropriate. I paid the full bill anyway, but I definitely won't be returning. It's a shame, because a business is judged also—and above all—by how it handles criticism and respects its customers.
