There's everything on the floor inside, and the owner sits there with his phone in his hand, scrolling. In the bathroom, the sink gives you a sense of overall cleanliness. The white porcelain has a yellow mark, indicating that it hasn't seen any detergent since it was installed. See photo. The lady who prepares the poke is also very kind and nice, but that doesn't excuse the lack of cleanliness. When you go into the bathroom, you can see a small storage room...terrifying. STAY AWAY.
15/08/2025: The young man who prepares and serves food is very helpful and kind, the ingredients are excellent, and the atmosphere is well-kept, with several tables where you can enjoy a cool lunch break during the hot summer hours.

02/12/2025: Last Friday we went to pick up pizzas to take home. A young woman took the orders and a woman prepared them; she rolled out the dough, added the various toppings, went to the register to collect the payment in cash, added wood to the oven to raise the temperature a bit, prepared a kebab sandwich, etc., etc., all wearing the same pair of black latex gloves without ever cleaning or washing her hands. Congratulations, truly!

Rude and arrogant staff. After ordering (steak and baby squid), the food was served cold. After a polite complaint and a request that our food be served hot, especially the steak and grilled dishes, the head chef came to the table and completely lost it, raging and shouting. There was no apology, nothing! We will never come back! I have never experienced such aggression and behavior before!

31/10/2025: I stopped by to eat a pizza and I found kind people who welcomed me well I felt at home very polite and good pizza 🍕 prepared to order by the pizza chef Michele and obviously a hug to all the staff who on this Halloween evening managed everything well a big hug from Michele and obviously I will return

05/09/2025: The hotel is in a strategic location, and that's the only positive thing. I booked saying I had a small dog, and they said it was no problem, so I paid the supplement. So far, so good, but when we went to dinner, they told me we had to sit outside the dining room and put us in a dark, open-air corridor. They set the table as best they could, which made me a little upset. Things should be said right away, not later. Not all the reception staff are trained, and the rooms leave much to be desired. Highly not recommended.

21/03/2026: A place with great but untapped potential. A bit neglected and casually run. Great location, but the management should be replaced. The current crew acts as if they have to, rather than want to. Everything seems to be there, but the quality is very poor.
09/03/2026: Beautiful setting and panoramic views, cheap, cheap toast, and very expensive sandwiches. Everything is possible in the mountains, but the bathroom doors haven't closed for years, and the lack of cleanliness in the restrooms, make even one star seem excessive. The bathrooms are a place's trademark. Assign someone to clean them more often and fix the doors!

26/04/2026: We've been to this place twice (both on Sundays), and both times we were amazed at how, despite the huge crowds, the staff managed everything so well. We had a great time and had the feeling that the rest of the customers were also completely satisfied.

16/04/2026: We had two pizzas and two drinks. Overall, it was okay, nothing special.
What struck me was that a refreshment stand doesn't have a restroom for customers. How is this possible? At least there should be an agreement with the station's restrooms so customers can use them.
Furthermore, the station doesn't even have a luggage storage facility. I politely asked if it was possible to leave a small suitcase for a few minutes, since I had an emergency, but they said no, with no flexibility whatsoever.

07/05/2026: Noodles and other products I've tried in recent months aren't up to par for the price. Overcooked, tasteless noodles, unsalted, and sushi are also tasteless. The wait times are too long. Products arrive cold, you always spend a lot for nothing, and you're often disappointed, like in this case, which led me reluctantly to write this bad review. But enough is enough. Improve the prices, but above all, the dishes, and the delivery. If you're not up to it, forget it.
