16/08/2024: We are two hungarian travelers passing by from Padova to Trieste and stopped by for a coffee. The crew were very friendly and spoke good english. They also helped is with parking ( which is free ín front of the café). The place is spatious, very clean and has a wide variety of coffee and sweets. Highly recommended!

13/08/2024: UNCOMMENTABLE! From what I read in the comments, what happened to us was not a "mistake" of the evening but a constant practice, so already here we understand that lies are the first to appear on the menu! We sit down when the place is not yet full, we are served by at least 4 waiters, without any logical sense or organization. The appetizers arrived almost immediately while after 45 minutes we did not receive any further dishes, nor did the nearby tables which in the meantime had filled up. No attention to the customer, no explanations, no excuses... just a lot of lies and carelessness. After asking the "very kind" room manager twice, we were told that the dishes would be ready in 3 minutes... only two seconds arrived... after another 15 minutes a dish was finished (you'll notice it after 1 hour!!! ) and I rejected the other one myself. The apologies finally came only from one of the waiters and 5 MISERABLE € were deducted from the bill on a bill which to say was INAPPROPRIATE for such a service would be an understatement. The most serious thing is not knowing how to relate to customers, not being honest and continuing to take them for a ride without taking the slightest responsibility and without having the ability to communicate (which would be the minimum to do a job like this). Never again!

24/06/2024: I had dinner with my wife in this restaurant with a simple setting but which offers excellent local delicacies. The attentive lady who serves is very kind and smiling, the dishes arrive quickly and the price is honest. I recommend the delicious sweet ciarsons as dessert. We will happily return on our next trip to Paularo.

14/08/2024: One star is too much. Rude staff, avoid if you have children. They allow themselves to judge their children's education without knowing the situations at all. Zero never again

08/08/2024: Servizio scadente. Cibo di normale qualità. Carne piena di grasso (di terza scelta). Vino con cui ci puoi annaffiare tranquillamente, le ortiche del prato. Prezzi esagerati. Molto Negativo . Meglio andare in altri posti...

14/08/2024: I went to osteria Leon d'Oro last night and I have to say I was really impressed. The setting is charming and the atmosphere warm. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. As for the food, every dish was delicious. The flavors were well balanced, and the ingredients fresh and quality. I particularly loved the tortelli alla zuccha, which was simply divine. This is a place I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fine dining and quality service. I will come back without hesitation!

25/07/2024: The environment and the quality of what was served were more than satisfactory. I would like to make a note on the amount of work that the waiters have to carry out during peak hours. In my opinion it is not elegant to see them practically running between the tables.
