19/12/2025: Very good first courses, exquisite meat, pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.

16/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant for the excellent quality of the food. The meat is excellent and cooked to perfection. The only negative is the service. There are only two waiters in the entire restaurant (though they were excellent). The waits were long. Unthinkable for a crowded place.

19/11/2025: I've had the opportunity to try several burger joints in Udine. I hate to say it, but I don't think Mr. Smoky is among the best. While they offer generally good burgers, I find the portions rather small and the prices excessively high. Paying €15 for a sandwich consisting solely of a meat patty, sauce, and double cheddar doesn't seem justified (with a side of potatoes, of course); I can't imagine the total cost for a family of four. It almost seems like the burger is becoming a niche product, treated like a refined, elite food. I have no complaints about the service, however: the staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The guy in charge of pouring the beers was very good, and he recommended an excellent selection.

12/11/2025: We chose this place randomly for three takeout pizzas, so we can't judge the ambiance or service; we'll focus "only" on the pizzas. A capricciosa with spicy salami, one with olives, and one with sausage and chips. We trust the owners for the quality of the ingredients, but the quantity on the pizzas was truly ridiculous: eight olives with the pits (obviously, these prized Greek olives are the only way to eat them), eight slices of sausage, and four slices of salami. This isn't a freebie, given that we paid €32 for just three pizzas. We understand that your ingredients are renowned and expensive, but we would have liked to savor them more, and for our next takeout pizza, we'll pamper our taste buds elsewhere.

07/11/2025: Excellent pizza: good, light dough, top-quality ingredients and toppings. Sandwiches (tried the burgers - just added to the menu) AMAZING! I haven't been this satisfied with a burger in years: abundant, high-quality ingredients, excellent, perfectly cooked meat, harmonious flavors. Melts in your mouth. 11/10. The freshly made bread with pizza dough is a great touch! My new go-to place in the area for satisfying my burger cravings!

30/10/2025: One of the best places to have a beer with friends and eat something. The food is good and plentiful. The draft beer is the best in the area.

16/11/2025: Ultra-traditional Friulian cuisine, excellent flavors and excellent value. Two or three first courses, two or three second courses every day for an excellent fixed-price lunch. I recommend it to anyone passing through; it's much better than all the restaurants at the Udine Fair, which are close in terms of physical distance but far away in terms of authenticity and pleasantness.

15/11/2025: One-year review update: Greatti is still excellent. After a year of discovering and frequenting this place, especially for lunch on Saturdays, we can say that Greatti is unmatched for its consistently varied and seasonal menus, generous portions, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service from people who know how to work. The indoor and outdoor spaces make it a perfect place for any season, and the quality-price ratio is excellent. It's also nice to see so many young, dedicated waitresses who always have a smile and a pleasant manner.

13/09/2025: The agriturismo is a well-kept and clean place, offering delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. We've had several dinners there and always left feeling very satisfied. Excellent location along the SS14, with ample parking. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: The ayce price at lunchtime during the week is not €13.90 but €14.90 plus a €2 cover charge. If you're not thirsty, you're forced to get a drink and they pester you until you order one, which adds another €2.50. Terrible experience, overpriced for the service: €19.40 for mediocre food. I definitely won't be returning. Also, the bathroom was smelly and dilapidated.

01/05/2025: Un'ottima scoperta nel cuore di Lignano! Osteria Corso 21 ci ha accolti con un’atmosfera rustica ma calda e accogliente, perfetta per una serata informale e genuina. Il menù offre piatti abbondanti e ben curati: abbiamo gustato come antipasto un'insalata di polpo freschissima e ben bilanciata, e a seguire degli spaghetti allo scoglio ricchi e saporiti e uno spaghetto al ragù di polpo. Entrambi ottimi, ben cotti ed abbondanti. Il servizio è stato cordiale e attento, senza mai essere invadente. Un posto in cui si sente la passione per la cucina e l’attenzione per l’ospite. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

27/05/2025: Piacevole scoperta per un pranzo di mezzogiorno in una bella Trattoria Friulana. A prezzo fisso abbiamo degustata il Prosciutto di San Daniele e le Fettuccine sempre al San Daniele, piatti abbondanti e succulenti. Ampio parcheggio a lato della provinciale. Personale attento, cordiale e veloce.

05/10/2025: The smile and courtesy here are the order of the day (believe it) I politely asked for a knife and he angrily gave it to me to warm up a brioche for a second. It seemed like I had asked for a miracle. If you're from the area, it's fine, but if not, it's better to avoid it. Maybe with the wine and cicchetti they would have treated you a little better.

05/11/2025: The owner won the bet, and we won the address of a good restaurant. We discovered this restaurant thanks to the manager of the beach club Uffico N°2, who also owns the restaurant Amici Miei. When I asked him which restaurant he could recommend, he took the opportunity to tell me about his. We told him we were leaving in the afternoon and that before leaving Lignano we wanted to eat well, and if it wasn't good, we wouldn't pay. He laughed. He challenged me to go for lunch so we could try the food. Sometimes, chance helps. We ate wonderfully: shrimp, mussels, scallops au gratin, and of course, spaghetti with clams, baked fish, and, to finish, delicious desserts. They offered us coffee and an excellent grappa. After this excellent meal, we delayed our departure for a few hours and enjoyed the meal. The owner won the bet, and we won the address of a good restaurant.
