05/06/2025: Mi sono recata qui tante volte, per cena o per aperitivo e non delude mai. Favoloso l'idea del cicchettin hour (buffet di cicchetti e bevanda a 20 euro a testa)... Assolutamente una tappa imperdibile a Udine per passare qualche piacevole ora tra delizie e buon vino. Tutti i ragazzi dal bancone alla sala sono sorridenti e gentili e rendono la visita ancora più gradevole

19/10/2024: Capitato per puro caso convinto dalle recensioni, ho cenato in questa osteria assaggiando per la prima volta"il Frico" ed i loro Gnocchi al Montasio e funghi. Tutto buonissimo, personale super cordiale, porzioni medio-abbondanti e conto in linea con I piatti proposti. Prima esperienza.

18/10/2024: Volevamo pranzare lì a causa delle buone recensioni. Purtroppo ci siamo resi conto che né il cibo né il servizio, molto poco cortese, hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. È un posto per un pranzo veloce per gli operai. Se volete del buon cibo e un servizio cordiale, dovete andare da un'altra parte. Ce ne siamo andati... mai più!

However, it turned out to be a place with good food (the starter and dessert were excellent), the young woman who served us was incredibly kind and friendly, and the prices, above all, are practically impossible to find these days. Recommended!

24/08/2025: What a shame! We've been coming back with the whole family for seven years, but this time it was a disaster from start to finish. The ordering process was completely lacking, the waitress was irritated and surly, some main courses were brought out with the main courses, while others arrived an hour later. The children waited an hour and a half for a pizza, while the mixed grill served a still-frozen swordfish fillet, which was immediately sent back. Only the very kind owner tried to cheer us up at the end, offering some bitters and a €10 discount as an apology. Unfortunately, after this experience, our next family dinner will definitely be elsewhere.

28/09/2025: I've been going here sporadically for years, ever since it was called Beefe'd. It's a quaint pub-style place, with excellent on-site beer, brewery-style meat dishes, burgers, and the famous rooster. The place is perfect for parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Recommended!
