I found the staff at reception extremely friendly! The rooms were quite spacious and clean! The on-site restaurant is second to none. The food is excellent, and the waiters are always helpful and friendly! Kudos to whoever selected the entire staff for the hotel!

However, our winter stay during the holiday season was a bit disappointing: the hotel restaurant was closed and the general atmosphere lacked vibrancy. The place felt empty and soulless, which significantly impacted our overall experience. It had good potential, but the circumstances and the season were clearly not ideal.
