09/11/2025: I think this place is a historic one, if it wasn't, it gives that impression. I like it, very friendly, BUT the pizza is phenomenal, pizza inferno, just the right amount of spicy. The amber beer is delicious. The white proffiterol with pistachios, I'm still licking my lips.

20/10/2025: I went to the pizzeria to visit Vittorio and Roberta, the owners, and while I was there, I ordered a delicious pizza, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was perfectly cooked and had plenty of mozzarella, just the way I like it. What can I say? One of the best pizzas in the area, and kudos to the service, too!

12/10/2025: I had the opportunity to dine here two evenings for work. The food is excellent, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very kind and helpful, as is the owner. Recommended

20/09/2025: On the way from Italy near the border with Austria, we stopped here for a small lunch. Just by looking at it, from the outside or inside, you can see that the Dolomites end around the corner and the Alps begin. We arrived at lunchtime, it was full, the staff had a lot of work and orders, so they were not very talkative. The pizzas on the plates of the other guests already looked so classic, not completely Italian, but this Pizza Štangla was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who is not too hungry. The taste, presentation, and overall appearance of the food are all excellent. I can imagine coming here again in a quieter time and having peace of mind even with choosing a place according to your own needs, watching the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

27/11/2025: Squalid place... basically a corridor, and for a toast without ham and a small bottle of mineral water I paid 11.50 euros. I'm from Trieste, and even at the Caffè degli Specchi in Piazza Unità it doesn't cost that much!!!!.... What a disgrace.... They justified themselves, even speaking bad Italian, by saying that the pink sauce was expensive and I didn't even want it. They're being clever, being guests in Italy. How shameful. I'll never go there again, and I'll ask if it's possible to pay that much for a shitty piece of toast. Highly not recommended.... blah blah

02/11/2025: Never miss it!! The food is delicious, and the wine is a gift. They also serve water from an artesian well. The server brings a pitcher, and you help yourself. Wonderful!

03/12/2025: Welcoming and warm place, friendly, helpful, and smiling staff. Good, very good food. The only (minor) flaw was the strong cooking smell, which left a strong odor on your clothes when you left, but it's overcome.

23/11/2025: We went for lunch yesterday, during our tour of the Santa Caterina Fair. A family-friendly atmosphere with the best traditional Friulian food. Good value. IF ANYONE AT THE RESTAURANT IS READING...you'll see that the women's restroom needs fixing.

01/12/2025: We arrived in town a day late, not knowing what to eat. They served us very well and kindly, recommending the crispy, thin-crust pizzas by the slice. One of the best I've ever eaten.

09/11/2025: Anyone expecting cozy, homey atmosphere from Italian bars is mistaken, but it's not quite up to par. The cake, however, is fantastic. My recommendation: the grape and walnut cake.

02/09/2025: A truly positive experience! It's hard for a vegan to find a café where you don't get dirty looks for ordering a veggie sandwich, but here I was greeted with an excellent welcome! The owner went out of her way to prepare something suitable for me despite being short on ingredients, and it truly warmed my heart! The other omnivorous diners were also pleased with their sandwiches. We'll definitely keep this as our go-to café for a quick lunch next time we're in the area! Thanks again!!!

10/12/2025: - Lunchtime Experience - The place, as usual, is excellent with its savory dishes and pizzas, as well as the service. The bitter surprise, more than the subsequent coffee, came with the coffee itself and the dessert. They set a "sugar limit" of one sachet per person, which my family and I were really surprised by, and we wonder what the point is if someone wants an extra sachet because they like their coffee sweet🤔😕. And the sweet dessert, here in the photo, is nothing like the one in the photo or the one in the videos displayed in the layouts of the place; it was almost 30-40% air, and not even at the brim as it appeared. We were a bit disappointed, since we're used to coming there, and the last time we had desserts, they were much better than that day. What happened, my dear Pizzikotto? What led to this decline in the sweet corner of your restaurant? It saddens me to write this because of this situation... :(
