At 9:30 pm I receive my pizza which, when I arrived home after a 5 minute drive, was cold, not even warm. Total lack of respect, you should just be ashamed. The staff is also rude: hearing the response to a customer who had been waiting for half an hour, they told him "and I've been here for 4 hours". Informing customers at the counter in advance of technical problems seems like the least I could do, but instead it's total indifference.

03/02/2025: Found by chance as we wanted to sleep one night to be on the Zoncolan slopes early the next morning, it was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly staff, very good value for money, clean and new rooms, excellent cuisine (we opted for half board), excellent location. I recommend it.
