A well-deserved 5 stars. Manuela makes truly fantastic piadinas and is always cheerful and friendly. She makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in! The piadinas are special, truly different from those you might make at home or eat elsewhere. You can taste the care, quality, and passion. Special mention for Ellie, the sweetest mascot ever, a very well-behaved French bulldog with the sweetest eyes who instantly wins everyone over.

Delicious sandwiches, friendly staff. The dog's presence was pleasant and not at all intrusive.

I went to La Caveja Piadineria hamburgeria in Udine with a friend, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience. We had a piadina, and it was truly delicious: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully paired ingredients. Besides the food, what makes this place special is the welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very kind and friendly, making us feel at ease right away. And then there's Ellie, her dog: so sweet and truly adorable, she made the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place, both for good food and a pleasant time with friends. I'll gladly return!

I often come to this piadineria and have always had a great experience. The piadinas are truly delicious, you can taste their artisanal flavor, and the service is always friendly, even when the place is busy. It's not a full-service restaurant, but a piadineria: you come here specifically to eat Romagna piadinas and simple, well-made dishes. The atmosphere is simple and informal, and I've always found it well-kept and comfortable. I've even been welcomed by a little dog, which adds to the family atmosphere. It's one of those places you'll want to go to and come back to again!

Very friendly service. You can tell the lady is trying. The food is good, but you won't find traditional Italian cuisine here. The place looks nice, but the restroom doors are terrible. Plus, there was a dog wandering around the place.

A wide variety of piadinas, burgers, fries, and desserts. The piadina doughs are excellent and unique, the ingredients are high-quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're passing through Udine, it's definitely worth a visit!
