26/10/2025: We stumbled upon OSTERIA DAI GIMUI by chance last night with a last-minute reservation. Well...the dishes were a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes. My compliments to Chef Eros, who clearly puts so much love and passion into what he does. Kudos also to the beautiful and sweet Ludovica, who served us with professionalism and such grace. We'll definitely be back.

20/04/2026: The dough is good, the ingredients are fresh. We order it every Friday night and it always arrives hot and just as good. Keep it up! RECOMMENDED!
