19/06/2025: Con: Room 220 being alone next to the elevators is extremely nosy unfortunately. You can hear drunk people coming back to their rooms at 2am shouting. Maybe it should be sound proofed, at least that one room that is isolated from the others. Maybe some more amenities in the bathroom would be appreciated. Pro: Employees were super nice and caring. Breakfast was great and full of fresh food.

18/05/2025: A large and modern city hotel that, fortunately, offers much more than its exterior facade suggests. I had a large room at the end of the long corridors, so it was really quiet at night—even though the rooms are very noisy. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, very friendly staff at the reception.

30/04/2025: It has existed for years and the sandwiches have remained the same, huge, super stuffed and delicious! Contrary to the trend compared to the rest of the world which has started to reduce portions, here we eat period! Internally there are about 10 tables, there is also a small garden immediately at the entrance with a few tables. It's the place of worship of the sandwich!

25/05/2025: We are talking about the restaurant of a well-attended hotel, so the freshness of the raw materials is guaranteed. The service was truly excellent, present and courteous, never intrusive. The well-made dishes reminded me of healthy home cooking. Recommended

05/07/2025: Excellent food, I had the vegan sushi and was very happy with it. The fish sushi looked great. Very friendly service from all staff. Good atmosphere. Looked deceivingly quiet on entry for lunch but is very spacious inside.

08/06/2025: What a disappointment... The Tiramisu does not look like anything in the picture. It was barely half the portion and many layers missing. The drink I ordered had barely 0,2 l but cost 12€. I am willing to pay higher prices but if it is something special. In this was anything but tasty, creative or outstanding. When visiting the ugly bathrooms, I finally knew why I should have not picked this restaurant in the first place.

02/06/2025: This is a great place to eat or drink in Trieste, tables outside for comfortable summer dining or drinking, the service is good , and on this visit, the quality of the food was once again exceptional. My third visit, I really enjoy the experience.

14/07/2025: Honestly, I'm so disappointed that I'm wasting a few minutes trying to figure out the situation.... today we ordered 2 spritzes and they arrived in a few minutes..... tasteless..... without any food to accompany them..... without a smile from the aseptic waiters..... without a greeting even after paying 9.50 euros..... you have definitely lost 2 customers and the trust in you..... terrible impression from every point of view.

14/07/2025: For my group of friends, it's a must-visit after-work stop. The staff, first and foremost, is incredibly kind and professional; the excellent quality of the wines and food is a must!

25/06/2025: We stopped at this trattoria before going to Trieste from the airport. It has ample parking both inside and outside, free of charge. The service is fast and the seafood dishes are excellent. The 'savor' (sarde in saor) made with red wine was innovative. The gnocchi Busara (with scampi) had a good bisque flavor and were excellent. Fair prices.

15/07/2025: A historic and literary café for over 100 years, it has offered excellent coffee service and a restaurant, with noteworthy menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

15/07/2025: Spectacular literary bar, with a bookshop inside. Fantastic period decor. Excellent desserts.

20/06/2025: Disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiters are distracted and inattentive, we waited a good 20 minutes after ordering before receiving our drinks (water and coke). But the real problem was when they served us the food. We ordered the world plate, but what we received was unacceptable: undercooked vegetables and shoe soles instead of meat. I don't think I will return to this restaurant.

15/06/2025: I can highly recommend. After multiple disappointing experiences on main square/pier and canal we have found this hiden gem right at the corner of our appartment. We went there for last 3 nights as group of 4 people for dinner and drinks. Simple and authentic experience, english speaking staff ready to fullfill all your wishes. We have ordered almost half of menu over those days, multiple courses with drinks, nothing to complain, even steaks or sliced beef just according to our order. Pizza is epic I would like to thank you for your hospitality and service and I would like to appologice for luck of maners in case we have occupied tables usually used by locals 🫣.
