21/04/2025: We stopped today for lunch on our way back from Croatia to Venice. A tidy restaurant, very clean and even though we hadn't booked and there were 7 of us, they assigned us a nice table! Excellent, fast service. We had delicious gnocchi with chicken sauce, fusi alla carbonara and excellent asparagus, fresh homemade bread, warm. Very good chicory, even sweet, tender and tasty kifel, perfect, light and not greasy. We appreciated the level, the quality and above all the flavor of the dishes: very good. I recommend it and we will return!

22/04/2025: Es war gemütlich, eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Champagner, ein freundlicher, kompetenter Wirt, ein aussergewöhnliches Ambiente. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir sind zufällig vorbeigekommen und haben nur etwas getrunken. Leider war es unser vorletzter Abend und der nächste Tag war das Lokal geschlossen. Wir hätten gerne dort gegessen.

30/03/2025: Purtroppo centralissimo, il locale non rientra nel circuito turistico della zona rive. Servizio impeccabile e cameriere gentilissimo. Menu non troppo vasto ma curato e appetitoso. Ottimi vini e prezzi adeguati a un buon ristorante di pesce. Buona Accoglienza anche per eventuali "amici a 4 zampe"

16/02/2025: Das Agriturismo ist schön gelegen, nur ca. 20 Minuten oberhalb von Triest gelegen mit einem kleinen Bauernhof mit Tieren. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und mit Liebe angerichtet. Das Restaurant hat nur am Wochenende geöffnet, hier gibt es eine sehr einfache küche mit Aufschnitt und Wein aus eigener Produktion. Das Beef Tartar war gut, Cevapcici und Pasticcio mit Radicchio nichts besonderes, beim Essen darf man sich nicht allzu viel erwarten, aber es ist gemütlich dort!

06/01/2025: abbiamo soggiornato una notte, con cena e colazione. Camere molto belle, cena e colazione a dir poco spettacolari ... tutto molto buono e con ampia scelta. Proprietari gentili. Prezzo più che buono il ristorante (una trentina di posti all'interno) è aperto sono nei w.e.

07/03/2025: Great pizza, but no toilet. Just a thunderbolt from the Middle Ages, what's the point of that? The pizza with salami, sausages, gorgonzala and tuna was extremely tasty, I've never experienced anything like it. Great pizza for a good price. Given the name, I would have expected the potato dippers to be a dip... But they were also awesome.

30/03/2025: The atmosphere reminds of a pub, in reality it is more of a wine bar, suitable both for an aperitif with a glass of wine and canapés and for dinner, in the historic center. We come back here every year because the staff are kind and attentive and the food they offer is of high quality. Among the wines there is always something typical to try or some new winery. This time we tried the steak with potatoes and vegetables on the side, also exceptional. We will come back again to enjoy this place

Located directly at the Faro della Trieste, the lighthouse of Trieste. You have a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace, which is also beautifully designed. 31/01/2025: The restaurant offers both fresh butcher's products and delicatessen products prepared daily on site. I have been going to this business for three months during my lunch break. I have had the opportunity to try all the preparations offered and have always been very satisfied. Regarding gastronomy, there are things always present in the list, such as white and red meat preparations (e.g. rolls, wallets, morsels, meatballs) often stuffed with ham, cheese, mushrooms, etc., but then every day they are found also other dishes, from porchetta to hot sandwiches, assembled on the spot, and numerous side dishes, always excellent, including the baked potatoes, better than those made at home. On some occasions I have eaten first courses (pie, trofie, spaghetti), and I can give 5 stars for these too. I would like to point out on Thursday the arrival of fresh buffalo mozzarella from Campania, and the salami (of artisanal quality!) prepared by the owner and matured on site in a controlled temperature and humidity compartment are always available. I would also like to point out the courtesy of the owners, affable and always smiling, and the possibility of booking the dishes with a preventive WhatsApp message, in order to reduce delivery times. After the compliments there should be the criticisms, but honestly I don't know what to say, other than that, given the large offer of products, the space for consuming is limited to around ten places, and on some occasions, in moments of greater influx of customers, the place is a little crowded. But it doesn't happen that often. Clearly the problem does not exist in the case of take-away withdrawals. Last detail, the name "Butchery" is a little misleading, because in fact it is also a "super delicatessen" in all respects. Go, taste it and you'll see that you'll come back.
