Even though we hadn't booked and the place was crowded, the staff managed to provide excellent service, ambiance, and food. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended!

05/05/2026: MUG is a place you absolutely must try if you come to Trieste. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food, both sweet and savory, is excellent in quality and variety. There are no other places like it in Trieste.
