I gave it a 4 because I personally find it a bit expensive at €4.50 for a muffin with cream, even though they're good.

A small but particularly welcoming place.
The cupcake display immediately catches your eye, inviting you to indulge your taste buds, which won't be disappointed... quite the opposite!
There's a wide selection of herbal teas, which I haven't had the chance to try, but I'm sure there will be other opportunities to do so.
Friendly and fast service.
Ginger is always a great place to stop for a break with friends, chatting in a relaxed atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

A lovely, welcoming place with a wide selection of teas and herbal teas, as well as a wide selection of pastries and biscuits, including vegan ones.
The place is quiet and the ladies are really kind, although I find the €0.50 per person table service a bit excessive.
The restrooms are clean, and everything is very clean.

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, Ginger Tea & Cakes is a must-see.
The place is incredibly unique, a little treasure trove of attention to detail.
Their muffins are simply delicious, always fresh, and with flavor combinations that are never banal.
The staff is always friendly and passionate.
In short: An unmissable gem in Trieste for those who love places with personality and high-quality artisanal pastries. It's impossible to leave without a smile!

No matter how busy they are, they are always kind. There’s more than cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
It’s a rainy Monday and I need good tea... Best place to go for a nice cup of Rooibos tea is Ginger! Not only natural Rooibos but also with vanilla or orange. Quite unusual for Trieste! Brought to the table in a generous cup and a timer. What’s not to love? 🤗🥰🤗🥰☔️☔️☔️

Excellent cupcakes. I think this place has been open for over 10 years. It's a cozy, small space with a few tables, and there are a couple of tables outside along the road.
