There's no proper breakfast, but I was able to have some toast. It tasted very good and was made with olive bread. The prices are very reasonable. The pastries look delicious and are freshly made. I haven't tried them yet.

The vegan desserts are truly delicious. I would have preferred more vegan options, especially the cupcakes. Maybe they're worth considering. I ordered a basket with apples and cranberries because I'd already had breakfast. The cheesecakes in the photo aren't vegan.

This little place is charming. You can drink a tea/infusion and enjoy a cupcake, or call and order your cupcakes for takeout. Some times of the year they customize them with a theme, and they're BEAUTIFUL as well as delicious!

A fairytale corner in the city. Enchanting atmosphere, sublime cupcakes, and a superb cappuccino. The perfect place to treat yourself to a sweet moment surrounded by the magic of this fantastic little place. A well-deserved five stars!

Small but cozy place I gave it a 4 because I personally find it a bit expensive at €4.50 for a muffin with cream, even though they're good.

A small but particularly welcoming place. The cupcake display immediately catches your eye, inviting you to indulge your taste buds, which won't be disappointed... quite the opposite! There's a wide selection of herbal teas, which I haven't had the chance to try, but I'm sure there will be other opportunities to do so. Friendly and fast service. Ginger is always a great place to stop for a break with friends, chatting in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: Overall, the food was fine, though not every dish was equally tasty. 3 stars because a €2.50 service charge per person was automatically added to the bill. The service wasn't bad, but I never would have given that €10 tip myself. It wasn't worth it.
30/04/2026: Excellent restaurant on the Grand Canal. The food is excellent, the service is even better. Very friendly, helpful and just fast enough to give you a break between meals. I would be happy to come back.

05/05/2026: MUG is a place you absolutely must try if you come to Trieste. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food, both sweet and savory, is excellent in quality and variety. There are no other places like it in Trieste.
