The food was good and cared for, the waitresses were friendly and attentive to customers, the place is old but clean. I will definitely come back

Small restaurant located in the center of old Muggia. The owners are very friendly and nice. The mussels were very good as was the pasta.

Capitati per caso siamo stati subito accolti dal sorriso disarmante di Nicoletta. Menù senza lista perchè qui c'è il pesce arrivato in giornata e che delizia! Abbiamo optato per 2 antipasti (carpaccio di spada e capesante al gratin), 2 primi (spaghetti alle vongole) e saremmo stati già sazi così...ma Nicoletta con i suoi occhi sorridenti ci ha indotto in tentazione con un piatto di calamari fritti da dividere in due: frittura leggera, leggera che non copriva il gusto dei calamari! Pensavamo di essere arrivati e invece la casa ha offerto torta e amaro locale o a scelta il limoncello. Conto più che onesto € 80,50. Se siete a Trieste e avete tempo, fate un giro a Muggia, magari via nave e non mancate questo ristorante che è un gioiellino impreziosito dal sorriso disarmante di Nicoletta, una collaboratrice che fa la differenza!

While walking through the town we stopped at this tavern in the center of Muggia. The place is small but well kept and looked after. The menu is based on fresh fish (really fresh). We took an appetizer (very tasty sardines in savor) and fried fish. Excellent and abundant. Salt just the right amount, which is not to be taken for granted. To return!
