Excellent restaurant with excellent fish. Mussels and fried calamari and fried calamari and sardines. Excellent sweet cream pasta.

An old school osteria (although they call themselves a trattoria). It's one of those places with regulat customers, not too obsessed with interior design. The quality of the food is great with prices below the average in Trieste. We ordered several dishes: calamari fritti, a seafood plate, spaghetti with mussels and we shared. The service was warm and friendly.

Sunday day spent choosing the restaurant based on the reviews that inspired us with confidence. In the end the result was very positive. Not very large but welcoming restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed "canestrelli gratin" and "antipasto mito" as a starter, "fried calamari" and "mixed grilled fish" as a main course, dessert and wine, all good and delicious. Excellent quality/price, highly recommended.

I was disappointed because I had a gratin starter that only had burnt bread and no other taste and then a marinara risotto that only tasted of butter and a lot of pepper and I waited about an hour. The service and the bill were good.

Fish restaurant off the beaten track, on the left side of the Maggiore hospital and not far from Viale xx Settembre. The service is friendly and offers traditional Trieste seafood dishes. The seafood risotto, the pasta with clams and the mixed frying are definitely recommended, but not only that. Excellent quality-price relation.

Il locale non non è certamente indimenticabile ma si mangia bene con una spesa assolutamente contenuta.Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli sono educatissime e gentili cosi' come il proprietario.Sicuramente ritornero'

Un'esperienza piacevole. Locale datato ma ampiamente compensato dalla qualità del cibo. Consigliamo il baccalà mantecato e gli spaghetti con i caperozoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: sapori sinceri e porzioni abbondanti.
