A typical tavern, with a friendly atmosphere and staff, albeit a bit noisy. Breaded sardoni with mayonnaise and horseradish "de capottarse" (topped with a little breadcrumb).

Authentic, simple in a good way, tasteful. Will visit again. Fried baccalà and breaded sardoni are top choices, they employed high quality fish.

Excellent food, friendly staff, we ate outside and, despite the heat, it was airy and shaded because the tables are between two buildings that protect from the sun.

An excellent restaurant in Trieste that we can recommend without hesitation! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. We were particularly impressed by the wide selection of fresh appetizers displayed in the display case: each more inviting than the last. I ordered the spaghetti alle vongole, cooked to perfection, with the freshest clams and an excellent flavor. My wife chose the pasta alla roccia, made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and truly delicious. The beer, wine, and coffee were also excellent and served at the perfect temperature. Everything here is perfect: quality, freshness, service, atmosphere, and value. We will definitely return on our next visit to Trieste. Kudos to all the staff!

Some of the best seafood we had on our trip and excellent Osteria food, definitely worth a visit again. The service was very sweet and friendly, especially the older lady.

One of our favorite restaurants for many years, consistently offering excellent quality. The appetizer, Caserecci (branzino, zucchini, and pesto), was outstanding, as were the Sardoni Panati. A good wine list featuring local winemakers. Very friendly service. Reservations recommended.
