Dinner on a Wednesday. All tables occupied, but the service was fast, friendly, and accurate.
Rich and well-presented dishes, clearly arranged and arranged with great care. Excellent organization.
Delicious food, with dry, flavorful fried food.
The mixed cold appetizer was delicious and plentiful.

A classic osteria.
A very scenic spot overlooking the entire bay of Trieste.
Although we asked when we booked whether there were non-fish dishes, the menu didn't offer any non-fish first courses, except for pasta with tomato sauce and a Milanese steak for the main course.
The staff is friendly.
But in 2026, you still can't see a toilet with a squat toilet.

A Slovenian osteria on the Trieste hillside along the Napoleonic road from Opicina. From the road, there's a spectacular view of the gulf; we dined outside, though not under the trees due to possible rain. All the food was high-quality and beautifully presented; the appetizers arrived almost immediately, but we had to wait a bit for the main courses. Excellent value, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice garden, good food, although a lot of it is from the deep fryer, maybe an extra piece of meat without "breading" is missing. Nice view and friendly staff.
