Personally, I don't like eating in large public squares and, for several reasons, prefer to seek out a place tucked away in small, winding alleyways. That's how I discovered this hidden gem in Trieste. Very unassuming from the outside, they actually still bake their stone-baked pizzas using traditional wood-fired ovens. The value for money is excellent: three pizzas, so large they barely fit in the packaging, for €21.50, and all without compromising on quality or toppings. The taste is also highly recommended, and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Anyone who gets hungry while out and about in Trieste should definitely take the 10-minute walk and stop by. But come hungry, because the three of us couldn't finish our pizzas! 😅 One thing to note: the place doesn't offer seating; it's all takeaway. Thank you for letting us stop in for a quick bite and for the quick and delicious service (even though we didn't have much time).
